Pretende-se demonstrar como a matriz primeira de interpretação freudiana da religião - baseada na crítica aos elementos imaginários que compõem o quadro da adesão religiosa - é suplantada por Freud com a escrita de Moisés e o monoteísmo em 1939. É a leitura deste ensaio que nos permite perceber a presença do real na genealogia da religião. O sentimento de desamparo vinculado à experiência de satisfação foi alvo de nossa investigação, fornecendo subsídios que confirmaram a presença de outros elementos além dos imaginários no fenômeno religioso.

Beyond Illusion: the Real in Freud's criticism to religion. This paper aims to demonstrate how the first religious interpretative Freud's matrix - based on the criticism of imaginary elements that constitute the framework of the religious adhesion - is overcome by Freud's Moses and the Monotheism in 1939. This reading allows us to realize the presence of the Real in the genealogy of religion. The analysis of the feeling of helplessness combined with the experience of satisfaction was also investigated here, providing subsidies that confirm the presence of other elements beyond the imaginary in the religious phenomenon.

A objetivação da transferência sustenta uma posição epistemológica característica do discurso da ciência e implica a forclusão do real do sujeito e de sua verdade, excluindo a possibilidade do ato analítico. Para mostrá-lo, o trabalho utiliza dados biográficos e relatos das últimas sessões da análise de Marylin Monroe. Destaca que o masoquismo, vertente real do enlaçamento amoroso da atriz com o Outro, foi elidido em favor da interpretação simbólica do inconsciente e da transferência tomada como simples repetição das relações de objeto, com trágicas consequências para o sujeito.

The transfer objectification is based on an epistemological position characteristic of the science discourse and implies the Verwerfung of the subject's real and of its truth, excluding the possibility of the analytical act. To discuss it, this paper uses biographical data and reports of Marylin Monroe's last analytical sessions emphasizing that masochism, the real part of the actress' love engagements with the Other, was ignored in favor of the symbolic interpretation of the unconscious and of the transfer taken as a mere repetition of the object relationships, with tragic consequences on the subject.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar se a suplementação com LH ao final do tratamento gonadotrófico sincroniza o tempo das ovulações e incrementa a taxa de ovulação e produção de embriões em ovelhas Santa Inês. Vinte programas de superovulação (SOV) foram realizados em delineamento cross-over (intervalo de 60 dias). No D0, um CIDR foi inserido, sendo trocado por um novo sete dias após, quando 37,5µg de d-cloprostenol foram administradas. No D12, iniciou-se o tratamento com 256mg de pFSH em 8 administrações (12/12h). No D14, o CIDR foi retirado, 200UI de eCG e 37,5µg de d-cloprostenol foram administradas. No D15, as ovelhas foram alocadas em um dos dois grupos: Controle (n=10), sem suplementação com LH, e LH (n=10), tratado com 7,5mg de LH, 24h após a remoção do CIDR. Inseminações artificiais (IA) foram realizadas 42 e 48h após a remoção do CIDR. As estruturas ovarianas foram avaliadas por laparoscopia imediatamente antes de cada IA e 5 dias após, quando os embriões foram colhidos. As ovelhas que receberam o LH tiveram maior frequência de ovulações antes de 42h (P=0,05). O tratamento com LH tendeu em incrementar a frequência de CL e diminuir a de folículos anovulatórios (P=0,08). A suplementação com LH incrementou (P=0,05) a frequência de ovelhas com alta resposta superovulatória (≥11 CL; P=0,05). Em conclusão, a suplementação com LH incrementou a frequência de ovelhas com alta resposta e ovulações antes de 42h depois da remoção do CIDR, entretanto, não houve sincronia entre as ovulações. A suplementação diminuiu a frequência de folículos anovulatórios, embora a taxa de ovulação e a produção de embriões permaneceram inalteradas.

The objective was to evaluate if supplemental LH given at the end of FSH treatment would synchronize the time of ovulation and increase the ovulation rate and embryo yield in Santa Ines ewes. Twenty superovulatory (SOV) programs were accomplished in cross-over design (60d interval). On D0, a CIDR device was inserted, and the device was replaced with a new one 7 days later, when 37.5µg of d-cloprostenol was administered. On D12, we started the SOV treatment, administering 256mg of pFSH 8 times, 12h apart. On D14, the CIDR was removed, and 200IU of eCG and 37.5µg of d-cloprostenol were administered. On D15, the ewes were allocated into one of two groups, a Control group (n=10) that received no supplemental LH and a LH group (n=10) treated with 7.5mg of LH 24h after CIDR removal. Artificial inseminations (AI) were performed 42 and 48h after CIDR removal. The ovarian structures were evaluated by laparoscopy immediately before each AI and 5 days later (D21) when the embryos were collected. The LH ewes ovulated more frequently (P=0.05) before 42h than between 42 and 48h. Treatment with LH tended to increase the frequency of CL and to decrease the anovulatory follicles (P=0.08). The supplemental LH increased the frequency of ewes with a high SOV response (≥11 CL; P=0.05). In conclusion, supplemental LH increased the frequency of ewes with high SOV response and ovulating prior to 42h, however, there was no synchrony between ovulations. The supplemental LH also decreased the frequency of anovulatory follicles, although the ovulation rate and embryo yield were unaffected.

O artigo demonstra que o feminino não possui uma característica masoquista que lhe seja inerente. O suposto masoquismo feminino seria uma das máscaras utilizadas pelo feminino tanto para localizar-se como mulher como para atrair o desejo de um homem. Concluímos, porém, que existem parcerias tão devastadoras que podem reduzir o sujeito a nada.

This paper demonstrates that the feminine doesn’t have an inherent masochist character. The supposed feminine masochism would be one of the masks used by the feminine as means to find a place as well as to attract the male’s desire. Yet we conclude that there are some partnerships so devastating that they can diminish the subject to nothing.

El artículo demuestra que la mujer no tiene un rasgo masoquista que le es inherente. El supuesto masoquismo femenino sería una de las máscaras usadas tanto para ella localizarse como mujer como para atraer el deseo de un hombre. Llegamos a la conclusión, sin embargo, de que hay asociaciones tan devastadoras que pueden reducir el sujeto a nada.

O texto apresenta casos clínicos atendidos na Enfermaria de Alienados de Paris pelo psiquiatra Gaëtan de Clérambault. As pacientes eram detidas pela polícia quando furtavam pedaços de seda em grandes lojas da cidade. No decorrer do acompanhamento clínico descobriu-se uma atração doentia das mesmas pela seda, e uma compulsão cleptomaníaca por furtá-las. O estudo sistemático desses casos levou a formulação de uma hipótese diagnóstica: as pacientes apresentavam uma doença histérica cujo sintoma prevalente consistia em uma paixão arrebatadora por tecidos, utilizados para atingir o gozo sexual. O esforço de sistematização desses casos clínicos levou o médico a escrever o livro, Paixão erótica pelos tecidos na mulher. A discussão romanceada das histórias das pacientes cleptomaníacas tornou-se um dos textos mais curiosos da literatura psiquiátrica. Esse artigo pretende, a partir dos casos das pacientes de Clérambault, apresentar reflexões a respeito do gozo feminino em Jacques Lacan.

This text is concerned based on the presentation of clinic cases in the Paris Infirmary for the Insane by the psychiatrist Gaëtan de Clérambault. The patients were detained by the police after they were caught shoplifting pieces of silk in department stores. During their clinic follow up, Clérambault noticed the existence of a sickly attraction of the patients towards cloths and a kleptomaniac compulsion to steal them. The systematic study of such cases led him to formulate the diagnostic hypothesis that the patients presented the clinical picture of a hysteric disease which prevailing symptom consisted of a fascinating passion for cloths and their subsequent use to attain sexual enjoyment. In an effort to systematize these clinical cases, the doctor wrote the book Erotic passion of women for cloth. Our paper presents reflections about the passion of women for cloth and the specific nature of their enjoyment supported by the text written by Clérambault and by the Lacan´s theory of feminility.

El texto presenta casos clínicos atendidos en la Enfermería de Alienados de París por el psiquiatra Gaëtan de Clérambault. Las pacientes eran detenidas por la policia cuando hurtaban pedazos de tela en grandes tiendas de la ciudad. En el transcurso del acompañamiento clínico se descubrió una atracción enfermiza de las mismas por la seda, y una compulsión cleptománica por hurtarlas. El estudio sistemático de esos casos llevó a la formulación de una hipótesis diagnóstica: las pacientes presentaban una enfermedad histérica cuyo síntoma dominante consistía en una pasión arrebatadora por telas utilizadas para el placer sexual. El trabajo de sistematización de esos casos clínicos, llevó a lo médico a escribir el libro, Pasión erótica por las telas en la mujer. La discución de las historias de las pacientes cleptómanas, se volvió uno de los textos mas curiosos de la literatura psiquiátrica. Ese artículo pretende, a partir de los casos de las pacientes de Clérambault, mostrar reflexiones respecto del goce en las mujeres, en Jacques Lacan.

Le texte présente des cas cliniques reçus à l´Infirmerie d´Aliénés de Paris par le psychiatre Gaëtan de Clérambault. Les patients étaient arrêtées par la police quand elles s´appropriaient des morceaux de soie dans de grands magasins de la ville.Pendant l´accompagnement clinique, on a découvert une attration maladive de ces dernières pour la soie, et une compulsion cleptomaniaque de s´en approprier. L´étude systématique de ces cas a mené à une hypothèse diagnostique: les patientes présentaient une maladie hystérique dont le symptôme prédominant devenait une passion incontrôlable pour des tissus, utilisés pour atteindre la jouissance sexuelle. L´effort de systématisation de ces cas cliniques a mené le médecin à écrire un livre, Passion érotique pour les tissus chez la femme. La discussion romanesque des histoires de patientes cleptomaniaques est devenue un des textes les plus curieux de la littérature psychiatrique. Cet article a l´intention, à partir des cas de Clérambault, de présenter des réflexions au sujet de la jouissance féminine chez Jacques Lacan.

Partindo da noção de Estádio do Espelho em Lacan, este trabalho de investigação sobre a TV Pinel - TV comunitária realizada no Instituto Phillipe Pinel, do Rio de Janeiro - tem como objetivo demonstrar os efeitos da imagem videográfica sobre a constituição do eu em pacientes psiquiátricos, na sua maioria psicóticos.

The aim of this article, based on Lacan's concept of the mirror stage, is to investigate the effect of video images on the constitution of the ego in psychiatric patients, most of whom are psychotics. The study was undertaken at the Instituto Phillipe Pinel, in Rio de Janeiro, where TV Pinel - a community television station - is broadcast.

A partir de la noción Estadio del Espejo en Lacan, esta investigación sobre la TV Pinel - TV comunitaria realizada en el Instituto Phillipe Pinel de Río de Janeiro - tiene como objetivo demostrar los efectos de la imagen videográfica sobre la constitución del yo en pacientes psiquiátricos, en su mayoría psicóticos.

À partir de la notion de Stade du Miroir chez Lacan, ce travail de recherche sur la TV Pinel - TV communautaire réalisé à l'Institut Phillipe Pinel, de Rio de Janeiro - a l'objectif de démontrer les effets de l'image vidéo sur la constitution du moi de patients psychiatriques, dont la plupart est psychotique.

Argumenta-se aqui que a descrição e o próprio uso do método psicanalítico em uma pesquisa devem ser coerentes com a formalização da clínica. Essa formalização tem revelado que as articulações significantes podem ser colocadas logicamente na modalidade do necessário (interpretação). Por outro lado, a quantidade de investimento libidinal que elas podem atrair escapa da possibilidade de cálculo e é melhor caracterizada como contingente (ato). Essa divisão do sujeito é o obstáculo para que o método seja descrito dentro dos padrões acadêmicos de pesquisa mas é, também, o que define o campo psicanalítico.

The paper argues that the description and the application of the psychoanalytical method in a research must be coherent with clinical formalization. Such formalization has revealed that significant articulations can be logically described in terms of the necessary modality (interpretation). On the other hand, the amount of libidinal investment they can attract is impossible to calculate and is better described as contingent (act). This subject splitting constitutes the obstacle to the full description of the method in academic patterns but, at the same time, constitutes the psychoanalytical field itself.

O artigo argumenta que a universidade deve assumir a função de legitimar a vocação científica da psicanálise. O objeto da psicanálise faz com que ela opere com um saber suposto e cabe à universidade demonstrar o saber envolvido na experiência. O trabalho alerta ainda para os riscos ideológicos do discurso universitário e sugere sua confrontação contínua pelo discurso analítico.

The present paper argues that the University has the function to legitimize the scientific vocation of psychoanalysis. The subject of psychoanalysis requires that it operates based on a presumed knowledge. It is up to the University to demonstrate its validity. This paper also warns about the ideological risks of the academic discourse and suggests that such discourse should be confronted continually with the analytical discourse.
