Este artigo relata uma investigação -formação, na qual buscamos, pelo diálogo do teatro com a memória, perceber aspectos da docência muitas vezes ignorados nas ref lexões sobre as relações docente-discente — em especial, um deles: o "figurino" dos professores. Investigamos elementos da cena teatral, relacionando-os à docência. Buscamos evidenciar posturas assumidas pelos professores e possibilitar a reflexão e o questionamento sobre elas. O ponto de partida foram as lembranças dos sujeitos pesquisados em relação às roupas de seus professores. A partir da síntese das roupas lembradas individualmente, criou-se um figurino coletivo em grupo, após a experiência com exercícios teatrais e a ref lexão sobre qual imagem de professor gostariam de retratar. Este processo permitiu entrar em contato com aspectos significativos da docência, questioná-los e, em muitos casos, recriá-los.

This article brings a reflection on the "costumes" of teachers. We present a research in the field of teacher training, which is configured as a research-training, in which we seek, in the dialogue of the theater with memory, the perception of aspects of teaching that are often ignored in the ref lections about the teaching-learning relationships. To this end, we set out to investigate elements of the theatrical scene in relation to teaching, starting from the hypothesis that these objects may show postures assumed by teachers and, thus, enable the ref lection and questioning about the same. The starting point were teachers who have gone through life of the surveyed people and, in this exercise that we narrated, the focus were the memories of these teachers' clothes. This exercise with the memory enables to enter in contact with motivations that, possibly, guided some of your choices. The "costumes" created from those memories and experience with theatrical exercises led to the need for ref lection on which image of teacher they would like to portray. This process enabled t hem to enter in contact wit h significant aspects of teaching, question them and, in many cases, recreate them.

O artigo apresenta uma experiência em projeto social com crianças em situação de risco social e pessoal, envolvendo uma pedagoga e um artista. Ambos estudavam na mesma universidade, mas só se encontravam no trabalho. Dividiam responsabilidades, mas não as partilhavam. Como professora de ambos, em disciplinas e institutos diferentes, tive a oportunidade de acompanhar de perto seus embates. Proponho, aqui, uma reflexão sobre a necessidade, apesar das dificuldades, de aproximação de profissionais dos campos da arte e da educação. E, também, sobre a importância de encontrarmos caminhos para a pesquisa em arte na educação, que respeitem a especificidade do campo. Tomando como referência a psicologia junguiana, procuro discutir a importância de encontrar na imagem o fio condutor para a pesquisa em arte e a necessidade de desenvolvermos uma observação atenta e cuidadosa durante a pesquisa, dando tempo para emergir tudo o que for necessário ser descoberto.

This paper presents an educational experience in a social project for children living in at-risk conditions, involving one pedagogue and one artist. Both of them were working on the same project and studying at the same university, but only met at the project site. They partook of the same responsibilities, but didn't share them with each other. As I taught both of these students, though they were in different institutes and teacher training courses, I could follow their debates very closely. My aim here is to reflect on the necessity, despite the difficulties, of bringing together professionals from the fields of art and education. I also focus on the importance of finding methodologies for art education research that respect the specificities of this field. Using Jungian psychology as my primary reference, I discuss the importance of using images as guidelines for research in art and the need to develop very attentive and respectful observation strategies, so that everything that needs to be discovered has time to emerge.

Este trabalho apresenta resultados parciais de uma pesquisa sobre as possibilidades formativas estabelecidas na relação entre memória, criação e formação docente. O texto traz reflexões sobre aspectos de uma prática de formação realizada com alunas do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Objetivamos, com esta reflexão, estabelecer relações entre os processos de rememoração e de criação de narrativas cênicas vivenciados pelas alunas, na perspectiva de que essas relações venham a contribuir para a pesquisa e as práticas de formação docente. Constituem os referenciais teóricos deste trabalho estudos sobre a pesquisa (auto)biográfica e aportes da Psicologia Analítica de Carl Gustav Jung. Resulta dessa análise a identificação dos processos de criação como espaços privilegiados para a produção e elaboração de símbolos, potencializando a ordenação do vivido por meio do rememorar, do encenar histórias de vida e do registro das experiências de formação com palavras e imagens.

This work presents partial results of a research on the training possibilities established by the relations among memory, creation and teacher education. It brings reflections about the training practice developed with students of the Graduation in Pedagogy of the State University of Campinas. Those reflections intend to establish relations between the processes of remembering and of creating theatrical narratives experienced by the students, expecting that those relations can contribute to the research and practices of teacher education. The theoretical framework is basically constituted by the studies of self-biographic approach and concepts of the Analytical Psychology of Carl Gustav Jung. This analysis results in the identification of creation processes as a privileged space to produce and draw up symbols allowing to ordinate has been experienced through the acts of remembering, staging life stories, writing and drawing from the experiences lived.
