Resumo Estudos relacionados à gestão da cadeia de suprimentos da construção (GCSC) despontaram em meados dos anos 90 para atender à natureza estrutural, econômica e organizacional típica da indústria da construção. Pesquisas anteriores buscaram revisar a literatura sobre GCSC, no entanto, geralmente concentradas em questões pontuais e bem definidas. Este artigo tem como objetivo mapear as atuais áreas e subáreas do GCSC. Adotando-se uma abordagem bibliométrica e seguindo-se as recomendações PRISMA-ScR uma revisão de escopo foi realizada. Com auxílio da ferramenta CiteSpace © as informações foram visualizadas em forma de rede de cocitações, proporcionando uma visão panorâmica de como as principais publicações estão distribuídas e interligadas em rede, formando áreas e subáreas de pesquisa. Os documentos chaves e os principais autores foram identificados; a situação atual e os pontos de interesse emergentes no campo do GCSC também foram revelados. Este artigo estabelece uma base de conhecimento para pesquisas futuras, podendo auxiliar estudiosos e gestores a identificarem autores, documentos e periódicos que precisam ser considerados ao lidarem com determinados tópicos do GCSC.

Abstract Studies related to construction supply chain management (CSCM) emerged in the mid-1990s to address the structural, economic and organizational nature typical of the construction industry. Previous researches sought to review the literature on CSCM, however, they usually focused on specific and well-defined issues. This article aimed to map the current areas and subareas of the CSCM. Adopting a bibliometric approach and following the PRISMA-ScR recommendations, a scoping review was carried out. With the help of the CiteSpace© tool, the information was viewed as a co-citation network, providing a panoramic view of how the main publications are distributed and networked, forming research areas and subareas. The key documents and the main authors were identified; the current situation and the emerging points of interest in the CSCM field were also revealed. This article establishes a knowledge base for future research, which can help scholars and managers to identify authors, documents and journals to be considered when dealing with certain topics of the CSCM.

Resumo O presente artigo tem por objetivo formular um modelo de avaliação da eficiência do relacionamento entre construtoras e fornecedores para a construção de parcerias na cadeia de suprimentos da construção civil. Foram pesquisadas, com adoção do método survey, 100 empresas brasileiras, 50 fornecedoras e 50 construtoras. Os dados foram analisados com a aplicação de técnicas multivariadas (cluster, análise fatorial, correlação de Spearman e regressão linear). O modelo desenvolvido nesta pesquisa explica, por meio da criação de um índice de eficiência composto por três fatores determinantes (confiança, relacionamento de longo prazo e compartilhamento de informações), as características do relacionamento interorganizacional na amostra pesquisada. Serve, portanto, de orientação diretiva para adoção de estratégias de formação de parcerias entre construtoras e fornecedores. Para melhorar os índices de eficiência do relacionamento construtora-fornecedor, os principais processos que precisam ser considerados quando da criação de estratégias de parcerias são: seleção e avaliação de desempenho de fornecedores e realização de reuniões conjuntas.

Abstract The objective of this article is to formulate an evaluation model to measure the effectiveness of a construction company relationship in creating partnerships with the supply chain of the construction industry. A survey was conducted with 100 Brazilian companies (50 suppliers and 50 construction companies) and the collected data was analysed using multivariate techniques such as cluster, factorial analysis, Spearman correlation and linear regression. Through the creation of an efficiency index composed of three determining factors (trust, long-term relationship and information sharing), the model developed in this study explains the characteristics of interorganisational relationships in the sample studied. Hence, this model serves as a guideline for the adoption of strategies to form partnerships between builders and suppliers. To improve the efficiency of the relationship between construction companies and suppliers, the following key processes should be considered when adopting partnership strategies: supplier selection, performance assessment and joint meetings.

Abstract Paper aims This paper identifies variables that differentiate the relationship between small and medium-sized construction companies and suppliers; and impact the integration of the supply chain of the construction sector with the aim of obtaining performance gains. Originality The data was collected through a questionnaire to two specific groups of business: small and medium-sized construction and suppliers. Research method Survey with a sample of 50 construction companies and 50 suppliers. Through the discriminant analysis it was possible to identify the variables related to the relationship between construction companies and suppliers which distinguish more both groups of business. Main findings The biggest points of divergence are: operational relationship, degree of commitment with the product cycle, expectation of compliance with the agreement and pressure for a rise in quality. Implications for theory and practice The researched companies are not committed with the performance of the supply chain in the sector.

Uma das causas do insucesso do ERP nas empresas de construção civil é o fato da implantação desse sistema ser uma grande mudança organizacional. O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar como a implementação do sistema ERP impacta na organização e nos processos gerencias das empresas de construção civil. Foi realizada uma survey em uma amostra de empresas construtoras brasileiras. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário encaminhado por email a dois grupos de empresas: com e sem ERP implantado. A partir da análise estatística discriminante foi possível identificar as variáveis relacionadas ao nível de desenvolvimento dos processos de gestão e as características organizacionais que mais distinguem os dois grupos de empresas. Os resultados revelaram que a implantação do ERP impacta nas variáveis da maturidade organizacional nos seguintes aspectos: visão estratégica, relacionamento com cliente, gerenciamento de recursos humanos, gestão financeira e de TI.

One of the causes of ERP failure in construction companies is fact that the implementation of this system requires a major organizational change. The objective of this research work is to identify how the implementation of the ERP system impacts the organization and managerial processes of construction companies. It was based on a survey with a sample of Brazilian construction companies. Data were collected through a questionnaire sent by email to two groups of companies: with and without ERP systems. By using the statistical discriminant analysis, it was possible to identify the variables related to the level of development of managerial processes and organizational characteristics that most distinguish those two groups. The results show that ERP implementation impacts on the variables of organizational maturity in the following aspects: strategic vision, customer relationship management, human resources, financial management and IT.
