Abstract We investigated the Biogran on bone repair and metabolism at several time-intervals upon grafting into rat tibia artificial defects. The biomaterial was thoroughly characterized in vitro, and its dissolution behavior upon immersion was assessed in simulated body fluid (SBF) solution for 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 days. Biogran was also assessed by in vitro hydroxyapatite formation in SBF solution, which is a marker for bioactive behavior. In vivo, distal and proximal bone defects were performed in the Wistar rat's right tibia and filled according to the experimental groups: I) negative control, no filling; II) positive control, 10 mg of autogenous bone; and III) 10 mg of Biogran. Animals were euthanized at 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 10 weeks. Bone neoformation was analyzed using histomorphometry (proximal defect), and local levels of bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP-2) were measured using the ELISA assay (distal defect). In vitro, the Biogran sample showed a fast dissolution rate within the first 7 days, parallel to the formation of the hydroxyapatite layer. In vivo, the sample was progressively resorbed at a higher rate within the first month until it became almost absent at week 10th. The sample presented similar or higher bone neoformation concerning the autogenous bone. BMP-2 levels were sustained in the Biogran group (around 200 pg/mg) and detected until the last experimental time with a significant difference compared with the controls. Results suggest Biogran is a candidate for hard tissue engineering even in highly active bone remodeling sites.

Abstract This study aimed to assess the cortisol, body and reproductive development of prepubertal Holstein and Holstein-Gir ¾ heifers at 27 months of age maintained in an integrated livestock-forest (ILF) system for 60 summer days compared to the monoculture system in full sun (FS). The ILF system promoted changes (P=0.02) in the cortisol levels of Holstein-Gir ¾ heifers and did not affect weight gain in any of the breed groups studied. Animals in ILF system presented a lower (P=0.006) vulvar development for the rima height parameter and similar for the vulva width parameter. The ovarian follicular population of Holstein-Gir ¾ heifers in the ILF system was lower (P=0.004); however, for the Holstein heifers, no statistical difference was found, and numbers were higher (P=0.08) in the ILF system. None of the other ovarian parameters studied had any changes, and we also found important racial differences. Weight gain (P=0.003), vulvar development (P<0.001), and mean follicular size (P=0.008) were higher in the Holstein-Gir ¾ animals. Based on such results, the effect of the ILF system at 27 months of age on stress and reproductive parameters in the Holstein breed is considered positive, although negative effects have been detected on reproductive parameters in the Holstein-Gir ¾ breed.

Resumo Estudos que visam quantificar e analisar a dinâmica do crescimento da vegetação, fornecem informações para o manejo e conservação das florestas ao longo do tempo. Sendo assim, o objetivo principal deste trabalho foi analisar a dinâmica e o crescimento em área basal, em diferentes intervalos (2008-2016; 2008-2017 e 2008-2019), em duas áreas com diferentes históricos de perturbação e uso, no município de Floresta - PE. Foram instaladas 40 parcelas permanentes de 20 m x 20 m, com coleta de dados do ano de 2008 até 2019, em duas áreas, A1: menos conservada e A2: mais conservada, em que foram medidos os indivíduos e fustes com circunferência a 1,30 m do solo ≥ 6 cm. Foi verificado o número de indivíduos e fustes por espécies, calculado a área basal nos diferentes intervalos, taxas de ingressos, mortalidade, crescimento bruto e líquido, incluindo e excluindo ingressos. Foi constatado decréscimo em número de indivíduos e fustes ao longo dos anos para ambas as áreas, no entanto, houve aumento na área basal da A1, 2008: 3,1 m2.ha-1; 2016: 3,8 m2.ha-1; 2017: 3,9 m2.ha-1 e 2019: 4,6 m2.ha-1, já na A2 ocorreu o inverso, com área basal inicial de 8,3 m2.ha-1; 6,4 m2.ha-1; 6,4 m2.ha-1; e 7,0 m2.ha-1, respectivamente, verificou-se ainda que nos anos de menos chuvas a área basal teve valor médio menor, o inverso é verdadeiro, maior volume precipitado significa aumento de área basal. Apesar da A1 ter se sobressaído, as altas taxas de mortalidade de fustes e indivíduos em todos os intervalos estudados fez com que a área basal diminuísse gradativamente, o crescimento líquido foi afetado, além disso nos anos de menores precipitações pluviométricas houve valores menores da área basal, evidenciando a dependência climática, impactando na dinâmica florestal.

Abstract Studies that aim to quantify and analyze the dynamics of vegetation growth provide information for the management and conservation of forests over time. Therefore, the main objective of this work was to analyze the dynamics and growth in basal area, at different intervals (2008-2016; 2008-2017 and 2008-2019), in two areas with different disturbance and use histories, in the municipality of Forest - PE. Forty permanent plots measuring 20 mx 20 m were installed, with data collection from the year 2008 to 2019, in two areas, A1: less conserved and A2: more conserved, in which individuals and shafts with a circumference of 1.30 were measured m from the ground ≥ 6 cm. The number of individuals and stems per species was verified, calculating the basal area at different intervals, rates of entry, mortality, gross and net growth, including and excluding entries. A decrease in the number of individuals and stems over the years was observed for both areas, however, there was an increase in the basal area of the A1, 2008: 3.1 m2.1.6ha-1; 2016: 3.8 m2.1.6ha-1; 2017: 3.9 m2.1.6ha-1 and 2019: 4.6 m2.1.6ha-1, while in (A2) the reverse occurred, with an initial basal area of 8.3 m2.1.6ha-1 ; 6.4 m2.1.6ha-1; 6.4 m2.1.6ha-1; and 7.0 m2.1.6ha-1, respectively, it was also found that in years with less rain the basal area had a lower mean value, the inverse is true, higher precipitated volume means an increase in basal area. Although A1 stood out, the high mortality rates of stems and individuals in all studied intervals caused the basal area to gradually decrease, the net growth was affected. basal, showing climate dependence, impacting forest dynamics.

Abstract This work aims to evaluate the application of ultrasound and marinate with extract of acerola (Malpighia emarginata) residue on the tenderness and lipid oxidation of the meat pork. Samples of loin (Longissimus dorsi) containing approximately 90 g, 10 cm long, 5 cm wide, and 2 cm high were extracted from the pig carcass. The samples were coded and randomly allocated under a factorial scheme 2 (with and without antioxidant extract) x 3 (ultrasonic bath times 0, 5, and 10 minutes); each treatment had four replicates. The final extract volume was adjusted with distilled water, ensuring 200 mg of gallic acid equivalents per kilo of meat. Then, the samples were placed in the ultrasonic bath at a fixed frequency of 170 W, 35 kHz. During the ultrasound application, the bath temperature was maintained at 10 °C with ice/ice water addition when necessary. The acerola´s extract showed a significant effect (P < 0.05) on the meat Cohesiveness and to a lesser extent before rupture. With the modification of the microstructure in the meat, there was a decrease in elasticity. The application of ultrasound to meat (170 W, 35 kHz) in times (5 and 10 minutes) combined with the marinating in a natural antioxidant acerolas residue extract improves the meat's quality characteristics, decreasing the hardness and chewiness.

ABSTRACT High acidity and low soil P availability in the soils from the Pampa natural grasslands generally limit the forage growth and economic return. Thus, to increase the economic return and avoid environmental degradation and biodiversity loss due to replacement by intensive cropping systems, it is essential to improve the soil P availability. This study aimed to diagnose the nutritional status of the pluri-specific natural grasslands amended with different history of P sources. Additionally, we also try to indicate the most appropriate range of soil P availability for maximizing forage growth. The experiment started in 1997 in an area of Pampa natural grasslands in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The treatments evaluated the application of Gafsa hyperphosphate (HP) and triple superphosphate (SP) for four years (1997, 1998, 2002, and 2010). Soil and aboveground biomass sampling were performed five times from October 2010 to March 2011 to access aboveground biomass production, botanical composition, soil available P, and N and P nutrition index. Greater P availability in the soil amended with SP produced more forage and resulted in a higher P accumulation than in the soil amended with HP. The ideal range of soil P availability in the soils of natural grasslands ranged from 14 to 20 mg kg˗1, varying for different plant species. The species Paspalum plicatulum and Aristida laevis produce less aboveground biomass and accumulate less P in their tissue than Dichantelium sabulorum and Eustachys uliginosa, and P. notatum. Therefore, areas of natural grasslands dominated by D. sabulorum, E. uliginosa and P. notatum demand higher soil P availability to maintain high forage production. Soil P fertilization of pluri-specific natural grasslands in the Brazilian Pampa biome must consider the dominant forage species in the area and the soil P availability.

RESUMO Objetivo: Descrever a construção de uma tecnologia gerencial voltada à implementação da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem em serviços de enfermagem. Método: Estudo metodológico, qualitativo e explicativo, sustentado no referencial normativo e legal da Resolução COFEN nº 358/2009. Compreendeu a construção teórica de instrumentos para a prática ancorados na literatura e na expertise de um grupo de 40 enfermeiros, entre os meses de abril de 2020 e junho de 2021. Resultados: A tecnologia está delineada a partir das dimensões método, pessoal e instrumentos de enfermagem que sustentam o tripé da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem. É constituída por um modelo explicativo de uma matriz de gestão operacional e de um instrumento do tipo checklist para o acompanhamento/monitoramento da gestão da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem nos serviços. Conclusão A tecnologia gerencial se insere como uma solução para melhorar a performance organizacional, a atenção à saúde, o apoio às decisões clínicas, o planejamento, a administração, a organização dos serviços e a prática profissional, e criar condições favoráveis para a aplicação do Processo de Enfermagem em sua plenitude.

ABSTRACT Objective: To describe the construction of a management technology aimed at implementing the Systematization of Nursing Care in nursing services. Method: This is a methodological, qualitative and explanatory study, based on the normative and legal framework of COFEN Resolution 358/2009. It comprised the theoretical construction of instruments for practice anchored in the literature and expertise of a group of 40 nurses, between April 2020 and June 2021. Results: The technology is outlined from the dimensions of method, personnel and nursing instruments that support the Systematization of Nursing Care tripod. It consists of an explanatory model of an operational management matrix and a checklist-type instrument for follow-up/monitoring of Systematization of Nursing Care management in services. Conclusion: Management technology is inserted as a solution to improve organizational performance, health care, clinical decision support, planning, administration, organization of services and professional practice, and create favorable conditions for applying the Process of Nursing at its fullest.

RESUMEN Objetivo: Describir la construcción de una tecnología de gestión dirigida a implementar la Sistematización de la Atención de Enfermería en los servicios de enfermería. Método: Estudio metodológico, cualitativo y explicativo, sustentado en el marco normativo y legal de la Resolución COFEN nº 358/2009. Comprendió la construcción teórica de instrumentos para la práctica anclados en la literatura y la experiencia de un grupo de 40 enfermeros, entre abril de 2020 y junio de 2021. Resultados: La tecnología se perfila a partir de las dimensiones de método, personal e instrumentos de enfermería que sustentan el trípode de la Sistematización de la Atención de Enfermería. RESUMO CONTEXTO: A doença de Crohn (DC) e a retocolite ulcerativa (RCU), duas das principais doenças inflamatórias intestinais (DIIs), têm sido cada vez mais diagnosticadas na América do Sul. Embora a DII tenha sido intensamente estudada nos últimos anos, os dados epidemiológicos no Brasil são escassos. OBJETIVO: Estudar o perfil clínico e epidemiológico dos pacientes com DII atendidos no Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia de 1999 a 2014. MÉTODOS: Foi realizado um estudo retrospectivo dos prontuários de pacientes com diagnóstico de DII, de acordo com a classificação internacional de doenças (CID) - CID K50 para DC e CID K51 para RCU - confirmado por exame endoscópico para ambas as doenças. Analisamos as seguintes variáveis: idade; sexo; etnia; hábito tabágico; diagnóstico primário; local de manifestação da doença; principais manifestações clínicas; complicações relacionadas a DII; manifestações extraintestinais; tratamentos medicamentoso e/ou cirúrgico instituídos. RESULTADOS: Foram avaliados 183 casos de DII (91 casos de RCU e 92 casos de DC). A prevalência estimada de RCU foi de 15,06/100.000 habitantes e de DC foi de 15,23/100.000. As taxas de incidência entre pacientes do sexo feminino e masculino foram de 1,7 para RCU e 1,8 para DC. A idade média dos pacientes com diagnóstico de RCU foi de 39,4 anos e daqueles com DC foi de 31,1 anos. A raça branca foi o grupo étnico mais afetado por RCU (66,0%) e DC (69,0%). Poucos pacientes foram submetidos a procedimentos cirúrgicos como alternativas de tratamento. CONCLUSÃO: A prevalência estimada de DII nesta população foi baixa em comparação com populações da América do Norte, mas elevada em comparação com outras regiões consideradas de baixa incidência, como alguns países da Ásia e da América Latina.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), two of the main inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), have been increasingly diagnosed in South America. Although IBD have been intensively studied in the last years, epidemiologic data in Brazil are scarce. OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical and epidemiologic profile of IBD patients treated in the Clinical Hospital of the Federal University of Uberlândia from 1999 to 2014. METHODS: We performed a retrospective study of the medical records of patients diagnosed with IBD, according to the international classification of diseases (ICD) - ICD K50 for CD and ICD K51 for UC - confirmed by endoscopic examination in the case of both diseases. We analyzed the following variables: age; sex; ethnicity; smoking habit; primary diagnosis; site of disease manifestation; main clinical manifestations; IBD-related complications; extraintestinal manifestations; and established drug and/or surgical treatment. RESULTS: We evaluated 183 IBD cases (91 UC and 92 CD cases). The estimated prevalence rate of UC was 15.06/100.000 inhabitants and of CD was 15.23/100.000. The CU and CD female to male incidence ratios were 1.7 and 1.8, respectively. The average age of patients diagnosed with UC was 39.4 years and of those diagnosed with CD was 31.1 years. White-skinned people were the most affected by UC (66.0%) and CD (69.0%). Few patients were submitted to surgical procedures as treatment alternative. CONCLUSION: The estimated prevalence of IBD in this population was low compared to that of populations of North America, but high compared to that of other regions considered to present low incidence, such as some Asian and Latin American countries.

ABSTRACT South American natural grasslands are composed of several species with different growth strategies, with variations in specific leaf area (SLA), leaf dry matter content (LDMC), specific root length (SRL) and specific root area (SRA). The objective of this study was characterizing in grasses cultivated with different levels of phosphorus (P) in the soil if species with higher leaf and root area production per unit of dry matter have higher tissue P concentration, P use efficiency and higher dry matter yield. The plant species were grown in a greenhouse in pots with 5 kg of soil in a completely randomized design with four replicates and two conditions of P availability: addition of 60 mg kg-1 soil and without addition of P. The species with the highest SRA had a higher leaf and root P concentration. The higher production of leaf or root surface area per unit of dry matter did not represent higher tissue P use efficiency. The group formed by species of genre Paspalum had a higher leaf and root P use efficiency, therefore, areas composed of this genre are preferred for P fertilization.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the morphogenetic and structural characteristics of Piatã grass under rotational stocking and nitrogen fertilization during the seasons. A randomized complete block design in a split-plot arrangement with three replications was used. The main plots were the applications of 0, 150, 300 and 450 kg per ha of N in the form of urea, and the subplots were seasons of the year: late summer/fall, winter, spring and summer. No interaction was detected between nitrogen fertilization and season for leaf appearance rate, leaf lifespan, number of live leaves and final length leaves. However, an interaction (P<0.05) of nitrogen fertilization and season influenced leaf elongation rate, phyllochron, leaf senescence rate and stem elongation rate. The leaf elongation rate and leaf appearance rate were linearly affected (P<0.05) by nitrogen fertilization. The seasons affected (P<0.05) the leaf lifespan and number of life leaves. The leaf lifespan decreased by 0.06 days for each kg of N applied. On the other hand, the number of live leaves increased by 0.0026 leaves/tiller for each kg of N. Fertilization with nitrogen positively affects morphogenetic and structural characteristics of Piatã grass under rotational stocking. This effect can be optimized during rainy periods in spring and late summer/autumn.

El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar las características morfogenéticas y estructurales del pasto Piatã bajo pastoreo rotacional y fertilización nitrogenada durante las diferentes estaciones del año. Se utilizó un diseño de bloques completos al azar con un arreglo de parcelas divididas con tres repeticiones. Las parcelas principales fueron las aplicaciones de 0, 150, 300 y 450 kg/ha de N en forma de urea, y las subparcelas fueron las estaciones del año: finales de verano/otoño, invierno, primavera y verano. No se detectó interacción entre la fertilización nitrogenada y la estación para la tasa de aparición de hojas, la esperanza de vida de la hoja, el número de hojas vivas y longitud final de las hojas. Sin embargo, una interacción (P<0,05) de la fertilización nitrogenada y la temporada influyeron en la tasa de elongación de la hoja, filocrono, tasa de senescencia foliar y tasa de elongación del tallo. La tasa de elongación de la hoja y la tasa de aparición de la hoja se vieron afectadas linealmente (P<0,05) por la fertilización nitrogenada. Se observó un efecto (P<0,05) de las estaciones sobre la vida media foliar y el número de hojas vivas. La vida útil de la hoja disminuyó en 0,06 días por cada kg de N aplicado. Por otro lado, el número de hojas vivas aumentó en 0,0026 hoja/macollo por cada kg de N. La fertilización con nitrógeno influye positivamente en las características morfogenéticas y estructurales del pasto Piatã bajo pastoreo rotativo. Este efecto se puede optimizar durante los períodos de lluvia, en la primavera y al final del verano/otoño.

Abstract Background: Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is an important treatment option for obstructive coronary artery disease, but it represents a high expense for paying sources. The complications of CABG impose an additional expense to the procedure that is not yet clearly established. Objective: To determine the economic impact of postoperative complications of CABG during hospitalization in a hospital of the unified health system (SUS). Methods: This is an observational study involving 240 patients undergoing isolated CABG in a reference hospital in cardiology in 2013. Patients aged over 30 years with proven coronary artery disease and indication to perform CRVM were included. Patients who performed CRVM associated with other procedures were excluded. Results: The average cost of hospitalization was R$ 22,647.24 (SD = R$ 28,105.66). In 97 patients who presented some complication the average cost was R$ 35,400.28 (SD = R$ 40,509.47), and in the 143 patients without complications the average cost was R$ 13,996.57 (SD = R$ 5,800.61) (p < 0.001). Expenditures ranged from R$ 17,344.37 in patients with one complication up to R$ 104,596.52 in patients with five complications (p < 0.001). Conclusions: The occurrence of complications during hospitalization for CABG significantly increases the costs of the procedure, but the magnitude of this increase depends on the type of complication developed, and higher expenses related to cardiovascular complications, infections and bleeding. With this information, managers can improve the allocation of resources to health.

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the participation frequency and competitive performance of Campolina and Mangalarga Marchador horses in national shows concerning marcha type, sex, and age. To that end, the trial results of national horse shows between 2007 and 2017, comprising 1,781 Campolina and 5,239 Mangalarga Marchador animals, were extracted from the databases of the breeders’ associations of each breed. The results regarding participation frequency in these events and the performance achieved by horses were grouped by breed, marcha type, sex, and age group and then subjected to frequency distribution tests. In both breeds, most animals attended only one national show. However, when the specimens were separated by marcha type, sex, and age, it was observed that 54.39% of marcha batida Campolina males competed twice, with greater participation of adult horses (41.41%) than of young ones (22.22%). For Mangalarga Marchador, irrespective of gait type, the proportion of adult horses (67.22%) that competed was higher than that of young ones (25.63%). For marcha picada competitors, the proportion between young (13.97%) and adult (81.91%) was even higher. It was concluded that, over their competitive careers, most horses of either breed attended only one national show, that marcha picada animals usually compete only when adults, and that marcha batida females compete more often when young. In addition, the age group in which competitors achieve their best performances varies according to the specimen.

RESUMO A sorção de selênio (Se) em solos pode ser influenciada por fatores que são alterados pelas práticas agrícolas, as quais são geralmente realizadas para a produção agrícola, tais como o pH do solo, anions competitivos e conteúdo de matéria orgânica, entre outros. Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a influência do manejo do solo e da força iônica (FI) na retenção de Se em solos brasileiros, o que é importante para prever a disponibilidade de Se em ambos os sistemas, solos nativos e cultivados. Para isso, as reações de adsorção e dessorção de Se foram avaliadas em 16 amostras de solo (oito de solos cultivados e oito de solos nativos), utilizando soluções contendo 100 e 500 μg L-1 sob a forma de selenato de sódio e em duas FI, 15 e 150 mM. A adsorção variou em função da FI para a maioria dos solos, o que pode indicar que o mecanismo de adsorção por complexo de esfera externa é importante para a retenção de selenato nos solos estudados, mas, estudos futuros envolvendo outras técnicas, como técnicas espectroscópicas, são requeridos para confirmar claramente o mecanismo de adsorção. Em geral, a adsorção variou em relação às características do solo, sendo que os solos nativos adsorveram maiores quantidades de Se que os solos cultivados. Em termos de dessorção, os solos que apresentaram as maiores quantidades adsorvidas de Se também apresentaram as maiores quantidades dessorvidas. Finalmente, a FI e o manejo do solo influenciaram a disponibilidade de selenato nos solos estudados.

ABSTRACT Sorption of selenium (Se) on soils may be influenced by factors that are changed though agricultural practices usually performed for crop production, such as soil pH, competing anion and organic matter contents, among others. This study aimed to evaluate the influence of soil management and ionic strength (IS) on Se retention in Brazilian soils, which is important to predict Se availability in both systems, native and cultivated soils. For that, adsorption and desorption reactions of Se were evaluated in 16 soil samples (eight from cultivated soils and eight from native soils), using solutions containing 100 and 500 µg L-1 Se in the form of sodium selenate and in two IS, 15 and 150 mM. Se adsorption varied as a function of IS for most soils, which may indicate that the adsorption mechanism by outer-sphere complex is important for selenate retention in the studied soils, but future studies involving other techniques, such as spectroscopic studies, are needed to more clearly confirm the adsorption mechanism. In general, adsorption varied in relation to soil characteristics, and native soils adsorbed larger Se amounts than the cultivated soils. In terms of desorption, soils which had larger Se adsorbed amounts also presented larger desorbed amounts. Finally, IS and soil management influenced the availability of selenate in the studied soils.

Abstract This study aimed to measure the carbohydrate and protein fractioning of silage of Brachiaria brizantha cv. Marandu (BBS). The experiment was a completely randomized design with five treatments and five repetitions to evaluate the inclusion of dehydrated brewery residue (DBR) to Marandu grass silage at levels of 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40% fresh matter basis. The DBR inclusion resulted in a linear reduction (P<0.05) of total carbohydrate content, which decreased 0.35% per unit of residue added. The content of fraction B2 decreased linearly as DBR was added (P<0.05). Nitrogen content increased linearly when residue was added to silage of Marandu grass (P<005). Fraction A, obtained from Marandu grass, presented a linear increasing behavior according to the inclusion of DBR. This inclusion promoted a linear decrease (P<0.05) of fraction B1+B2, which resulted in a 0.37% reduction for each 1% of byproduct added. Dehydrated brewery residue is a good source of additives for ensiling Marandu grass, by considerably improving fractions of proteins and carbohydrates. The level of addition of 40% is recommended for providing better nutritional value to silage.

Resumen Este estudio tuvo como objetivo medir el fraccionamiento de carbohidratos y proteínas del ensilaje de Brachiaria brizantha cv. Marandu (BBS). El experimento fue un diseño completamente al azar con cinco tratamientos y cinco repeticiones para evaluar la inclusión de residuos de cervezas deshidratadas (DBR) en ensilaje de hierba Marandu en niveles de 0, 10, 20, 30 y 40% de materia fresca. La inclusión de DBR resultó en una reducción lineal (P <0.05) del contenido total de carbohidratos, que disminuyó 0.35% por unidad de residuo agregado. El contenido de la fracción B2 disminuyó linealmente a medida que se agregaba DBR (P<0.05). El contenido de nitrógeno aumentó linealmente cuando se añadió residuo al ensilaje del pasto Marandu (P <005). La fracción A, obtenida del pasto Marandu, presentó un comportamiento de aumento lineal de acuerdo con la inclusión de DBR. Esta inclusión promovió una disminución lineal (P<0.05) de la fracción B1 + B2, que resultó en una reducción de 0.37% por cada 1% de subproducto agregado. Los residuos de cervecería deshidratada son una buena fuente de aditivos para ensilar el pasto Marandu, mejorando considerablemente las fracciones de proteínas y carbohidratos. Se recomienda un nivel de adición del 40% para proporcionar un mejor valor nutritivo al ensilaje.
