RESUMO O presente ensaio objetivou apresentar o dossiê sobre epistemologia da Educação Física, produzido pela RBCE. Como viés de apresentação, optou-se por trazer elementos que permitem entrar no debate dos fundamentos norteadores das críticas à chamada pós-modernidade. Sem pretensão de esgotar esse debate, foi mostrada uma expressão do pensamento pós-moderno com caracterizações que acabam por desconsiderar categorias centrais do pensamento marxiano. Detivemo-nos, em especial, em uma delas: a categoria da totalidade. Esperamos, assim, contribuir para que, diante do combate às manifestações autoritárias e mesmo de corte fascista que visualizamos na atualidade contemporânea do capitalismo, a nossa “batalha das ideias” decorra em ambiente fértil e profícuo.

RESUMEN Este ensayo tuvo como objetivo presentar el dossier sobre epistemología de la Educación Física”, elaborado por la RBCE. Como sesgo de presentación, optamos por traer elementos que nos permitan entrar en el debate sobre los fundamentos rectores de la crítica a la llamada posmodernidad. Sin pretender agotar este debate, se mostró una expresión del pensamiento posmoderno con caracterizaciones que terminan por desconocer categorías centrales del pensamiento marxista. Nos centramos, en particular, en uno de ellos: la categoría de totalidad. Esperamos, por tanto, contribuir para que, frente a la lucha contra las manifestaciones autoritarias e incluso fascistas que vemos en el capitalismo contemporáneo, nuestra “batalla de ideas” se desarrolle en un ambiente fértil y fructífero.

ABSTRACT This essay aimed to present the dossier about epistemology of Physical Education, produced by the RBCE. As a presentation bias, it was decided to bring elements that allow us to enter into the debate on the guiding foundations of criticism of the so-called postmodernity. Without intending to exhaust this debate, an expression of postmodern thought was shown with characterizations that end up disregarding central categories of Marxian thought. We focused, in particular, on one of them: the category of totality. We hope, therefore, to contribute so that, in times of fight against authoritarian and even fascist manifestations that we see in contemporary capitalism, our “battle of ideas” takes place in a fertile and fruitful environment.

RESUMO O presente artigo objetivou investigar à luz da teoria de Adorno como o esporte é utilizado na propaganda bolsonarista. O trabalho tem um caráter teórico-empírico, cujos aspectos do pensamento de Adorno tornam-se instrumento para análise do fenômeno esportivo. Metodologicamente, foram analisadas as publicações do perfil oficial do Instagram de Jair Bolsonaro que fizessem alguma menção ao esporte. Verificou-se que há uma vinculação entre o esporte de alto rendimento e a propaganda fascista difundida pelo perfil de Bolsonaro. ABSTRACT This article aimed to investigate, in the light of Adorno's theory, how sport is used in Bolsonarist propaganda. The work has a theoretical-empirical character, whose aspects of Adorno's thought become an instrument for analyzing the sporting phenomenon. Methodologically, publications from Jair Bolsonaro's official Instagram profile that made any mention of sport were analyzed. RESUMO O presente artigo objetivou analisar o Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) entre 2007 e 2018. Para tanto, utilizaram-se, para investigação, três fontes distintas: 1) quantitativo de bolsas relacionadas ao PIBID/nacional, ao PIBID/UFMS e ao PIBID/UEMS; 2) documentos que regulam o PIBID/MS e o PIBID/nacional; e 3) entrevistas com os coordenadores institucionais do PIBID/UFMS e do PIBID/UEMS. Para efeitos de análise, utilizou-se um contraponto entre as teorias de Hayek e de Mészáros. A instabilidade e a redução verificadas na concessão de bolsas do programa a partir de 2015 corroboram que se associem as influências liberalizantes com a acentuação da crise econômica e política no cenário brasileiro.

ABSTRACT This article aims to analyze the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) between 2007 and 2018. For conducting the research, we used three different sources: 1) the data related to the number of scholarships related to PIBID national, at UFMS and UEMS; 2) the internal documents that regulate those programs; and 3) interviews with the institutional coordinators. For analyses, we used a counterpoint between the liberal theory discussed by Hayek and the Marxist theory of Mészáros. The instability and the reduction verified in the granting of scholarships in the program from 2015 corroborate the association of liberalizing influences with the worsening of the economic and political crisis in the Brazilian scenario.

Abstract The Higher Formation in Physical Education has been increasingly discussed by researchers in the field. Currently, the course is divided into undergraduate and baccalaureate degrees, regulated by Regulations CNE / CP 01/02 and CNE / CES 07/04, respectively. A new regulation (CNE / CES, 06/2018), criticized by Physical Education researchers, among other modifications, makes it possible for Higher Education Institutions to offer two formations in a single curriculum. From this situation, this article aims to compare and analyze the Projects-Political-Pedagogical of a Federal University that offers, in different curricula, undergraduate and baccalaureate. From a broad data collection, a case study methodology was used to portray the possible approximations and the possible distancing between undergraduate and baccalaureate at Federal Universities. In addition, the data were also treated qualitatively inspired by the educational principle of Antonio Gramsci. As a result, it may be noted that there is a wide range of disciplines common to both courses, as well as a formation proposal, but they are offered separately. Thus, we concluded that the offer of the Physical Education course can be reconceptualized and rethought from the new Curricular Guidelines.

Resumo A formação superior em Educação Física vem sendo cada vez mais discutida por pesquisadores da área. Hoje, o curso é dividido em licenciatura e bacharelado, regulamentados pelas Resoluções CNE/CP 01/02 e CNE/CES 07/04, respectivamente. Com a nova Resolução (CNE/CES, 584/2018) que aguarda homologação, no entanto, dentre outras modificações, será possível que as Instituições de Ensino Superior ofereçam as duas formações em um único currículo. Em posse de tal debate, o presente artigo tem como objetivo geral comparar e analisar os Projetos-Político-Pedagógicos de uma Universidade Federal que oferece, em currículos distintos, os cursos de licenciatura e bacharelado. A partir de uma ampla coleta de dados, utilizou-se uma metodologia de estudo de caso para retratar as possíveis aproximações e os possíveis distanciamentos entre os cursos de licenciatura e bacharelado nas Universidades Federais. Além disso, os dados foram também tratados qualitativamente inspirados no princípio educativo de Antonio Gramsci. Como resultado, pôde-se observar que há uma ampla gama de disciplinas comuns aos dois cursos, bem como uma proposta de formação aproximada, apesar de serem oferecidos separadamente. Desse modo, concluiu-se que a oferta do curso de Educação Física separadamente pode ser reconceptualizada e repensada a partir das novas Diretrizes Curriculares.

Abstract Aim: Sporting mega-event organization requires developing strategies to maximize the chance of success. For the Brazil 2014 Fifa World Cup, it was not different. The action started long before the opening match on 06/12/2014. The issue we seek to investigate is: How did the 2014 Fifa World Cup’s management as a sporting mega-event develop during the pre-event phase? The general objective was to identify and analyze management-related peculiarities of the 2014 Fifa World Cup’s management during the pre-event period. The operational objectives were: (i) To identify the organizational structure set up to manage the 2014 Fifa World Cup; (ii) reveal the candidacy process; (iii) find out the initial budgets/investments planned for the 2014 Fifa World Cup; (iv) examine the management difficulties that happened during the pre-event period; and (v) detect the legacy left by said phase. Method: primary data was collected through an elite interview conceded by ex-Minister of Sports Orlando Silva and secondary data was obtained through bibliographical and documental research techniques. The interview was evaluated through content analysis. The analysis and discussion were categorized as follows: organizational structure, candidacy process, management, and legacy. The results show legacy was obtained in the pre-event phase due to the knowledge generated during the candidacy process. They also show a strengthening of Brazil’s image as a mega-event organizer. Some difficulties include no integration between organizers, delay in defining host-cities and construction, no initial budgets and no transparency in the bid’s initial publishing.
