Abstract With the growing demand for solutions to prevent and resolve faults in gas-insulated substations that affect the operation of the electrical system, a fault simulation laboratory for gas-insulated substations was developed to develop solutions for monitoring and locating these faults. The laboratory is composed of instruments for a fault location system based on traveling wave theory. The laboratory also has computational programs for fault simulation control and signal acquisition, in addition to having tools to analyze the data. The results were obtained through tests carried out that confirmed the laboratory's ability to simulate the operation of faults in gas-insulated substations, which allowed demonstrating the capacity of the fault location system using the theory of traveling waves.

ABSTRACT Objective To estimate the prevalence and analyze factors associated with inadequate work ability among community health workers (CHWs). Methods This was a cross-sectional study conducted with CHWs, from July to October 2018, in Montes Claros, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil; work ability, sociodemographic, occupational, and clinical factors were investigated; prevalence ratios (PRs) with 95% confidence intervals (95%CI) were calculated using Poisson regression. Results Of the 675 CHWs, 25.8% (95%CI 22.7;29.2) showed inadequate work ability; length of service greater than five years (PR = 1.64; 95%CI 1.24;2.18), poor health status (PR = 2.10; 95%CI 1.56;2.83), depressive symptoms (PR = 1.98; 95%CI 1.54;2.55) and voice disorders (PR = 1.85; 95%CI 1.26;2.73) were associated with the event. Conclusion There was a high prevalence of inadequate work ability, associated with occupational and clinical factors.

RESUMEN Objetivo Estimar la prevalencia y analizar factores asociados a la inadecuada capacidad para el trabajo entre los agentes comunitarios de salud (ACSs). Métodos Estudio transversal realizado con ACS, de julio a octubre de 2018, en Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, Brasil; se investigó la capacidad de trabajo y factores sociodemográficos, ocupacionales y clínicos; las razones de prevalencia (RP) con intervalos de confianza del 95% (IC95%) se calcularon mediante regresión de Poisson. Resultados De los 675 ACS, el 25,8 % (IC95% 22,7;29,2) presentó capacidad laboral inadecuada; tiempo de servicio superior a 5 años (RP = 1,64; IC95% 1,24;2,18), mal estado de salud (RP = 2,10; IC95% 1,56;2,83), síntomas depresivos (RP = 1,98; IC95% 1,54;2,55) y trastornos de la voz (RP = 1,85; IC95% 1,26;2,73) estaban relacionados con el evento. Conclusión Hubo alta prevalencia de capacidad inadecuada para el trabajo, asociada a factores laborales y clínicos.

RESUMO Objetivo Estimar a prevalência e analisar fatores associados à capacidade inadequada para o trabalho entre agentes comunitários de saúde (ACS). Métodos Estudo transversal realizado com ACS, no período de julho a outubro de 2018, em Montes Claros, Minas Gerais, Brasil; foi investigada a capacidade para o trabalho, fatores sociodemográficos, laborais e clínicos; razões de prevalência (RPs) com intervalos de confiança de 95% (IC95%) foram calculadas por regressão de Poisson. Resultados Dos 675 ACS estudados, 25,8% (IC95% 22,7;29,2) apresentaram capacidade inadequada para o trabalho; tempo de serviço superior a cinco anos (RP = 1,64; IC95% 1,24;2,18), percepção do estado de saúde ruim (RP = 2,10; IC95% 1,56;2,83), sintomas depressivos (RP = 1,98; IC95% 1,54;2,55) e distúrbios da voz (RP = 1,85; IC95% 1,26;2,73) estiveram associados ao evento. Conclusão Houve prevalência elevada de capacidade inadequada para o trabalho, associada a fatores laborais e clínicos.

Abstract Background Postoperative cough may occur after tracheal intubation, but it is indistinct which drug is best at diminishing these events. Additionally, airway reflexes are commonly accompanied by severe hemodynamics responses during emergence. Objectives To evaluate the role of topical airway anesthesia on immediate post-extubation cough/bucking and extubation time. Methods Randomized clinical trials from MEDLINE, EMBASE, CENTRAL, and LILACS published until December 23, 2020 were included. Our primary outcome was postoperative cough/bucking incidence which was compared between local anesthetics and controls. Extubation times were likewise considered. Predisposition appraisal and subgroup, affectability investigations were likewise performed. Results The pooled analysis found a 45% reduction in cough incidence after treatment with topical airway local anesthetic (RR = 0.55; 95% CI: 0.42 to 0.72; p< 0.001). The number needed to treat (NNT) was 4.61. The intervention showed no differences in reduction of the extubation time (mean difference = -0.07; 95% CI: -0.14 to 0.28; p= 0.49). Conclusion Topical airway anesthesia demonstrated better than placebo or no medication in reducing immediate post-extubation cough/bucking. Further studies could have this objective to combine the different ways to perform better outcomes for patients.

ABSTRACT The use of echocardiography by physicians who are not echocardiographers has become common throughout the world across highly diverse settings where the care of acutely ill patients is provided. Echocardiographic evaluation performed in a point-of-care manner can provide relevant information regarding the mechanism of causes of shock, for example, increasing the rates of correct diagnosis and allowing for faster informed decision-making than through evaluation methods. Considering that the accurate diagnosis of life-threatening situations is essential for professionals working with acutely ill patients, several international associations recommend that physicians responsible for critically ill patients acquire and develop the ability to perform bedside ultrasound examinations, including echocardiographic examinations. However, there is no consensus in the literature regarding which specific applications should be included in the list of skills for nonechocardiographer physicians. Taking into account the multiplicity of applications of echocardiography in different scenarios related to acutely ill patients; the differences in the published protocols, with regard to both the teaching methodology and competence verification; and the heterogeneity of training among highly diverse specialties responsible for their care at different levels, this consensus document aimed to reflect the position of representatives of related Brazilian medical societies on the subject and may thus serve as a starting point both for standardization among different specialties and for the transmission of knowledge and verification of the corresponding competencies.

RESUMO O emprego da ecocardiografia por médicos não ecocardiografistas tem se tornado comum em todo o mundo nos mais diversos ambientes em que se dá o cuidado do paciente agudamente doente. A avaliação ecocardiográfica realizada de forma point-of-care pode fornecer informações pertinentes em relação ao mecanismo das causas de choque, por exemplo, incrementando as taxas de diagnóstico correto e possibilitando a tomada de decisão fundamentada de forma mais rápida do que por meio dos métodos tradicionais de avaliação. Considerando que o diagnóstico preciso de situações ameaçadoras à vida é indispensável a profissionais atuando junto a pacientes agudamente enfermos, diversas entidades associativas internacionais recomendam que médicos responsáveis por pacientes gravemente doentes devam adquirir e desenvolver a habilidade para realizar exames ultrassonográficos à beira do leito, inclusive ecocardiográficos. Entretanto, não há consenso na literatura acerca de quais aplicações específicas devam compor o rol de habilidades do médico não ecocardiografista. Levando-se em consideração a multiplicidade de aplicações da ecocardiografia em diversos cenários relativos ao paciente agudamente enfermo; as diferenças nos protocolos publicados, tanto no que diz respeito à metodologia de ensino como de verificação de competências, bem como a heterogeneidade da formação entre as mais diversas especialidades responsáveis pelo seu cuidado em diferentes níveis, este documento de consenso teve o objetivo de refletir o posicionamento de representantes de sociedades médicas brasileiras afins acerca do tema, podendo, assim, servir de ponto de partida para a uniformização entre diferentes especialidades, bem como para a transmissão de conhecimento e a verificação das competências correspondentes.

RESUMO: A prática da eutanásia animal é circundada por questões éticas e morais, o que resulta, muitas vezes, em prejuízo à saúde mental do veterinário, podendo levar ao desenvolvimento de problemas psíquicos e mesmo ao suicídio. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar as percepções do médico veterinário a respeito da eutanásia e as possíveis implicações da prática à sua saúde mental, além de buscar identificar lacunas acerca do tema na formação destes profissionais. A coleta dos dados ocorreu mediante aplicação de questionário online encaminhado a médicos veterinários atuantes no território brasileiro. Dentre os 243 participantes, 78% afirmaram não ter tido durante a graduação disciplinas que abordassem de forma ampla a prática da eutanásia e distanásia animal; além disso, 71% alegaram que conteúdos como ética médica, psicologia, saúde mental e comunicação verbal não foram tratados. A grande maioria (90%) considera não ter sido preparado para lidar com a morte de seus pacientes e 67% já questionaram se o procedimento era o melhor a se fazer naquele momento. Á presença de tristeza após realização de uma eutanásia apresentou-se de forma frequente entre os participantes. Os clínicos de pequenos animais mostraram-se mais suscetível à presença deste sentimento quando comparados aos veterinários de outras áreas. A maior parte dos médicos veterinários (86%) acredita que a prática da eutanásia animal pode oferecer riscos a saúde mental do realizador e 89% afirmam que a mesma pode ter influencia sobre sua saúde mental. Sendo que, 17% dos participantes estavam fazendo uso de medicamentos controlados durante o período da pesquisa. Diante desses achados, evidencia-se que a prática da eutanásia animal repercute negativamente na saúde mental de quem a executa, sendo necessárias medidas que minimizem os impactos advindos da prática, visando melhoria na saúde e bem-estar desta população.

ABSTRACT: Ethical and moral issues surround the practice of animal euthanasia, which often damages the veterinarian’s mental health, leading to psychological problems and even suicide. This study aimed to evaluate veterinarians’ perceptions about euthanasia and the possible implications of the practice for their mental health and seek to identify gaps in the training of these professionals. Data collection occurred by applying an online questionnaire sent to veterinarians working in the Brazilian territory. Among the 243 participants, 78% said they did not have classes that broadly addressed the practice of animal euthanasia and dysthanasia during undergraduate disciplines; in addition, 71% claimed that they did not address subjects such as medical ethics, psychology, mental health, and verbal communication. The vast majority (90%) considered not trained to deal with patient death, and 67% have already questioned whether the procedure was the best alternative. The presence of sadness after performing euthanasia was frequent among participants. Small animal clinicians were more susceptible to the presence of this feeling when compared to a veterinarian from other areas. Most veterinarians (86%) believed that the practice of animal euthanasia poses risks to the performer’s mental health, and 89% claimed that it influences their mental health. 17% of the participants were using controlled medications during the research period. So, given these findings, it is evident that animal euthanasia negatively affects the mental health of those who perform it. Measures are needed to minimize the impacts arising from the practice, aiming to improve this population’s health and well-being.

RESUMO Objetivo. Atualizar o mapa de evidências sobre os efeitos de intervenções para reabilitação de covid-19 pós-aguda. Métodos. O escopo da busca foi definido conforme a população (pacientes que tiveram covid-19 sintomática e sequelas da doença pós-aguda), o contexto (intervenções para recuperação das sequelas) e o tipo de estudo (revisão sistemática, revisão sistemática rápida, revisão de escopo ou revisão de revisões). Após a busca na PubMed e na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, dois autores independentes selecionaram estudos de revisão. A atualização do mapa feita em 27 de julho de 2022 seguiu os mesmos procedimentos descritos anteriormente. Resultados. O mapa inicial de evidências continha 22 estudos (quatro revisões sistemáticas, quatro revisões rápidas, quatro revisões de estudos de caso, uma revisão de escopo e nove protocolos de revisão sistemática). Nesta atualização, outros 10 estudos foram incluídos. Foram identificados quatro grupos de intervenções (multimodal, terapêutica, terapias complementares e farmacológica) e sete grupos de desfechos (condições patológicas, doenças/transtornos respiratórios, dor, indicadores fisiológicos e metabólicos, saúde mental/qualidade de vida, funções sensoriais, mortalidade), totalizando 166 associações entre intervenções e desfechos. As terapias complementares tiveram mais associações com os desfechos (n = 94). Entre os desfechos, destacaram-se os indicadores fisiológicos e metabólicos, as condições patológicas e a saúde mental/qualidade de vida (44, 41 e 35 associações, respectivamente). Conclusões. Na atualização do mapa, analisaram-se 69 associações, com destaque para exercício (isolado, multicomponente ou intervenção multimodal, apresentando 23 efeitos positivos e quatro potencialmente positivos) e intervenções farmacológicas e terapias complementares para funções sensoriais (15 associações). O alto número de protocolos indica que a literatura permanece incipiente.

ABSTRACT Objective. To update the evidence map on the effects of interventions for post-acute COVID-19 rehabilitation. Method. The search scope was defined according to the population (patients with symptomatic COVID-19 and post-acute COVID sequelae), the context (interventions for rehabilitation), and the type of study (systematic reviews, rapid reviews, scoping reviews or overviews of reviews). Following a search in PubMed and the Virtual Health Library, two independent authors selected the articles for review. The map was updated on July 27, 2022, using the same procedures employed in the initial review. Results. The initial evidence map included 22 studies (four systematic reviews, four rapid reviews, four reviews of case reports, one scoping review, and nine systematic review protocols). In the present update, an additional 10 studies were included. The analysis revealed four groups of interventions (multimodal, therapeutic, complementary, and pharmacological) and seven groups of outcomes (pathological conditions, diseases/respiratory disorders, pain, physiological and metabolic markers, mental health/quality of life, sensory function, and mortality), totaling 166 associations between interventions and outcomes. The highest number of associations was observed for complementary therapies (n = 94). Among the outcomes, the highest number of associations was observed for physiological and metabolic markers, pathological conditions, and mental health/quality of life (44, 41, and 35 associations respectively). Conclusions. The map update involved the analysis of 69 associations, most notably exercise (isolated, multicomponent, or multimodal intervention), with 23 positive and four potentially positive effects) and pharmacologic and complementary therapies for sensorial functions (15 associations). The high number of systematic review protocols indicates that the literature is still incipient.

RESUMEN Objetivo. Actualizar el mapa de evidencia de los efectos de las intervenciones de rehabilitación tras la COVID-19 aguda. Métodos. El alcance de la búsqueda se definió en función de la población (pacientes que habían tenido COVID-19 sintomática y secuelas tras un cuadro agudo de la enfermedad), el contexto (intervenciones de recuperación de las secuelas) y el tipo de estudio (revisión sistemática, revisión sistemática rápida, revisión del alcance o revisión de revisiones). Después de realizar búsquedas en PubMed y en la Biblioteca Virtual de Salud, dos autores independientes seleccionaron los estudios de revisión. En la actualización del mapa realizada el 27 de julio del 2022 se siguieron los mismos procedimientos descritos anteriormente. Resultados. El mapa de evidencia inicial contenía 22 estudios (cuatro revisiones sistemáticas, cuatro revisiones rápidas, cuatro revisiones de estudios de casos, una revisión del alcance y nueve protocolos de revisión sistemática). En esta actualización se incluyeron otros 10 estudios. Se encontraron cuatro grupos de intervenciones (multimodales y terapéuticas, y tratamientos complementarios y farmacológicos) y siete grupos de resultados (afecciones patológicas, enfermedades y trastornos respiratorios, dolor, indicadores fisiológicos y metabólicos, salud mental/calidad de vida, funciones sensoriales y mortalidad), con un total de 166 asociaciones entre las intervenciones y los resultados. Los tratamientos complementarios presentaron más asociaciones con los resultados (n = 94). Entre los resultados, se destacaron los indicadores fisiológicos y metabólicos, las afecciones patológicas y la salud mental/calidad de vida (44, 41 y 35 asociaciones, respectivamente). Conclusiones. En la actualización del mapa, se analizaron 69 asociaciones entre las cuales se destacan el ejercicio (aislado o compuesto o una intervención multimodal, con 23 efectos positivos y cuatro potencialmente positivos) y las intervenciones farmacológicas y los tratamientos complementarios para las funciones sensoriales (15 asociaciones). El elevado número de protocolos indica que la bibliografía sigue siendo incipiente.

Abstract Shielded substations with SF6 gas insulation (GIS) play a critical role in supplying power to urban areas, and it is crucial to quickly identify and isolate faults to restore system operation and meet supply demands. However, locating faults in such substations can involve extensive and time-consuming procedures, such as opening and closing hermetically sealed compartments containing SF6. This paper presents the development of an acoustic test bench that accurately replicates the dynamic characteristics of SF6 shielded substations. By utilizing the traveling wave technique, partial discharges occurring in high-voltage insulation can be detected and precisely located. The method employs various techniques, including the analysis of the arrival time of traveling waves at different points within the substation and triangulation methods. The use of traveling waves in partial discharge detection offers several advantages, such as precise fault location and non-interference with normal substation operations. Additionally, acoustic methods are highly sensitive to other sources of partial discharges, such as moving particles and fluctuating potential discharges. The results demonstrate that the combination of the acoustic test bench and the disturbance localization technique presents an innovative approach to fault location studies in GIS. The acoustic test bench enables controlled simulation of failure conditions, providing accurate data on the acoustic behavior of substations. Through the disturbance location technique, these data can be analyzed and interpreted to pinpoint the exact fault location. This integrated approach enhances the efficiency of the troubleshooting process and reduces the time required to repair GIS.

ABSTRACT In the Cerrado, the palm swamps ( veredas ) are characterized by being humid and stable environments that lead to the formation of Histosols ( Organossolos ). and soils with surface horizons of organic constitution, which are fragile and sensitive to anthropic action. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of anthropization (recurrent forest fires and livestock farming) on the chemical, physical and morphological properties of soils in two palm swamps in the Environmental Preservation Area (EPA) of Pandeiros River, Minas Gerais, namely: Água Doce, in preserved condition, and Taboa, in anthropized condition. Four soil profiles were morphologically described, two profiles in each palm swamp, with subsequent chemical and physical analyses, calculations of organic carbon stock and identification of the origin of organic matter. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Soil morphological properties were influenced by vegetation cover, drainage and anthropization conditions. As for the physical and chemical properties, adequate values were observed in the preserved palm swamp, including lower bulk density values and higher cation contents. Anthropic actions in the anthropized palm swamp caused degradation of soils, revealed by subsidence, reduction in organic carbon content, increase in bulk density and decrease in fertility. Changes promoted in the soils of the palm swamps compromise ecosystem services, indicating that actions at either local or governmental level should be stimulated for the preservation and conservation of these environments.

Abstract: Based on Brenda Dervin's alternative approach model, Sense Making, the present research aims to understand the process of searching and using information by students of Archival Science and Librarianship courses at the Federal University of Paraíba during classes remote, concerning the academic period 2020.1, carried out in the pandemic The research is characterized as descriptive and case study, with a qualitative approach. To obtain the data, the questionnaire was used, which was built based on the categories of Sense Making and the critical incident technique. For data analysis, the categories of the Sense Making model were used (situation, gap, bridge and helpers), associated with the content analysis technique, to describe the process of searching and using information. The results obtained showed that despite the obstacles imposed by this atypical school period, in general, the students managed to overcome the different obstacles and built bridges that led them to reach the satisfaction of their informational needs. It is concluded, therefore, that the application of the Sense Making model was able to provide an overview of the process of searching and using information by students of Archival Science (6th period) and Librarianship (8th period), during remote classes, in the pandemic period.

Resumo: A partir do modelo de abordagem alternativa de Brenda Dervin, o Sense Making, esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de compreender o processo de busca e uso das informações por alunos dos cursos de Arquivologia e Biblioteconomia da Universidade Federal da Paraíba, durante as aulas remotas, concernente ao período letivo de 2020.1, realizado na pandemia. Foi utilizado o método do estudo de caso, de natureza descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa. Para a obtenção dos dados, utilizou-se o questionário, que foi elaborado com base nas categorias do Sense Making e na técnica do incidente crítico. Para analisar os dados, empregaram-se as categorias do modelo Sense Making - situação, lacuna, ponte e auxiliadores - associadas à técnica de análise de conteúdo, para descrever o processo de busca e uso das informações. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que, apesar dos obstáculos impostos por esse período letivo atípico, de maneira geral, os alunos conseguiram contornar as adversidades e construir pontes que os levaram a satisfazer às suas necessidades informacionais. Portanto, a aplicação do modelo Sense Making proporcionou uma visão geral acerca do processo de busca e uso da informação pelos alunos de Arquivologia (6º período) e de Biblioteconomia (8º período), durante as aulas remotas ministradas no período pandêmico.

ABSTRACT Echocardiography in critically ill patients has become essential in the evaluation of patients in different settings, such as the hospital. However, unlike for other matters related to the care of these patients, there are still no recommendations from national medical societies on the subject. The objective of this document was to organize and make available expert consensus opinions that may help to better incorporate echocardiography in the evaluation of critically ill patients. Thus, the Associação de Medicina Intensiva Brasileira, the Associação Brasileira de Medicina de Emergência, and the Sociedade Brasileira de Medicina Hospitalar formed a group of 17 physicians to formulate questions relevant to the topic and discuss the possibility of consensus for each of them. All questions were prepared using a five-point Likert scale. Consensus was defined a priori as at least 80% of the responses between one and two or between four and five. The consideration of the issues involved two rounds of voting and debate among all participants. The 27 questions prepared make up the present document and are divided into 4 major assessment areas: left ventricular function, right ventricular function, diagnosis of shock, and hemodynamics. At the end of the process, there were 17 positive (agreement) and 3 negative (disagreement) consensuses; another 7 questions remained without consensus. Although areas of uncertainty persist, this document brings together consensus opinions on several issues related to echocardiography in critically ill patients and may enhance its development in the national scenario.

RESUMO A ecocardiografia do paciente grave tem se tornado fundamental na avaliação de pacientes em diferentes cenários e ambientes hospitalares. Entretanto, ao contrário de outras áreas relativas ao cuidado com esses pacientes, ainda não existem recomendações de sociedades médicas nacionais acerca do assunto. O objetivo deste documento foi organizar e disponibilizar opiniões de consenso de especialistas que possam auxiliar a melhor incorporação dessa técnica na avaliação de pacientes graves. Dessa forma, a Associação de Medicina Intensiva Brasileira, a Associação Brasileira de Medicina de Emergência e a Sociedade Brasileira de Medicina Hospitalar compuseram um grupo de 17 médicos para formular questões pertinentes ao tópico e debater a possibilidade de consenso de especialistas para cada uma delas. Todas as questões foram elaboradas no formato de escala Likert de cinco pontos. Consenso foi definido, a priori, como um somatório de, ao menos, 80% das respostas entre um e dois ou entre quatro e cinco. A apreciação das questões envolveu dois ciclos de votação e debate entre todos os participantes. As 27 questões elaboradas compõem o presente documento e estão divididas em 4 grandes áreas de avaliação: da função ventricular esquerda; da função ventricular direita; diagnóstica dos choques e hemodinâmica. Ao fim do processo, houve 17 consensos positivos (concordância) e 3 negativos (discordância); outras 7 questões persistiram sem consenso. Embora persistam áreas de incerteza, este documento reúne opiniões de consenso para diversas questões relativas à ecocardiografia do paciente grave e pode potencializar seu desenvolvimento no cenário nacional.

ABSTRACT Objective: To map existing studies on the development of games for refugees, identifying the developed games, characteristics and possible application to health care. Method: A scoping review study, carried out in July 2022, using the MEDLINE® (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), CINAHL® (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature), SPORTDiscus, Scopus, SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials databases. Results: 8 studies were identified, with 8 different types of games published between 2016 and 2022. The characteristics of the games found essentially fall on their use to increase empathy towards refugees. Conclusion: This study identifies opportunities to strengthen the current body of knowledge in nursing, using games as ways of welcoming, training and integrating populations in situations of social vulnerability in which refugees find themselves.

RESUMEN Objetivo: Mapear los estudios existentes sobre el desarrollo de juegos para refugiados, identificando los juegos desarrollados, sus características y su posible aplicación a la atención de salud. Método: Estudio de revisión de alcance, realizado en julio de 2022, utilizando las bases de datos MEDLINE® (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), CINAHL® (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature), SPORTDiscus, Scopus, SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials. Resultados: Se identificaron 8 estudios, con 8 tipos diferentes de juegos publicados entre 2016 y 2022. Las características de los juegos encontrados recaen esencialmente en su uso para aumentar la empatía hacia los refugiados. Conclusión: Este estudio identifica oportunidades para fortalecer el conocimiento actual en enfermería, utilizando el juego como forma de acoger, capacitar e integrar a poblaciones en situaciones de vulnerabilidad social en las que se encuentran refugiados.

RESUMO Objetivo: Mapear os estudos existentes sobre o desenvolvimento de jogos para refugiados, identificando os jogos desenvolvidos, características e possível aplicação aos cuidados de saúde. Método: Estudo de revisão de escopo, realizado em julho de 2022, utilizando as bases de dados MEDLINE® (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), CINAHL® (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature), SPORTDiscus, Scopus, SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials. Resultados: Foram identificados 8 estudos, com 8 diferentes tipos de jogos publicados entre 2016 e 2022. As características dos jogos encontrados recaem essencialmente sobre a sua utilização para aumentar a empatia para com os refugiados. Conclusão: Este estudo identifica oportunidades para fortalecer o atual corpo de conhecimento em enfermagem, utilizando jogos como formas de acolhimento, formação e integração de populações em situação de vulnerabilidade social em que se encontram os refugiados.

ABSTRACT Objective: to know the generalized resistance resources of people deprived of liberty with systemic arterial hypertension in a triple border region. Method: a qualitative study based on the theoretical framework of Salutogenesis, in which 38 people deprived of liberty in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil, participated from February to July 2022. Guiding questions were used in the interviews which were submitted to thematic content analysis. Results: 12 generalized resistance resources emerged in the reports of people deprived of liberty with systemic arterial hypertension: health team; access to medications; work; lifestyle habits: food, physical activity and restriction of access to drugs/cigarettes/alcoholic beverages; stress/anxiety control; reading and games; religiosity; family; self-care; cellmates; and employees. Conclusion: people deprived of liberty with systemic arterial hypertension have generalized resistance resources to manage their life and health, which are related to personal care, the social group and the environment. It is noteworthy that once they are identified, the generalized resistance resources can be used by health professionals to manage SAH, other chronic diseases and aid in health promotion.

RESUMEN Objetivo: conocer los recursos generalizados de resistencia de las personas privadas de libertad con hipertensión arterial sistémica en una región de la triple frontera. Método: investigación cualitativa basada en el referencial teórico de la Salutogénesis, en la que participaron 38 personas privadas de libertad de Foz do Iguazú, Paraná, Brasil, de febrero a julio de 2022. Se utilizaron preguntas orientadoras en las entrevistas, que fueron sometidas al análisis de contenido en la modalidad temática. Resultados: 12 recursos generalizados de resistencia surgieron en los relatos de detenidos con hipertensión arterial sistémica: equipo de salud; acceso a medicamentos; trabajar; hábitos de vida: alimentación, actividad física y restricción de acceso a drogas/cigarrillos/bebidas alcohólicas; control del estrés/ansiedad; lectura y juegos; religiosidad; familia; cuidados personales; compañeros de cubículo y empleados. Conclusión: las personas privadas de libertad con hipertensión arterial sistémica poseen recursos generalizados de resistencia para el manejo de su vida y salud, los cuales están relacionados con el cuidado personal, el grupo social y el medio ambiente. Se destaca que, una vez identificados, los recursos generalizados de resistencia pueden ser utilizados por los profesionales de la salud en el manejo de la HAS, otras enfermedades crónicas y promoción de la salud.

RESUMO Objetivo: conhecer os recursos generalizados de resistência das pessoas privadas de liberdade com hipertensão arterial sistêmica de uma região de tríplice fronteira. Método: pesquisa qualitativa pautada no referencial teórico da Salutogênese, da qual participaram 38 pessoas privadas de Liberdade de Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brasil, no período de fevereiro a julho de 2022. Utilizou-se de questões norteadoras nas entrevistas, as quais foram submetidas a análise de conteúdo na modalidade temática. Resultados: emergiram 12 recursos generalizados de resistência nos relatos das pessoas presas com hipertensão arterial sistêmica: equipe de saúde; acesso às medicações; trabalho; hábitos de vida: alimentação, atividade física e restrição ao acesso a drogas/cigarro/bebida alcóolica; controle do estresse/ansiedade; leitura e jogos; religiosidade; família; autocuidado; companheiros de cubículo e funcionários. Conclusão: as pessoas privadas de liberdade com hipertensão arterial sistêmica apresentam recursos generalizados de resistência para manejar sua vida e saúde, os quais se relacionam ao cuidado pessoal, ao grupo social e ao ambiente. Destaca-se que, uma vez identificados, os recursos generalizados de resistência podem ser utilizados pelos profissionais de saúde no gerenciamento da HAS, outras doenças crônicas e promoção da saúde.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to understand the ethical problems experienced by primary health care nurses in using nursing teleconsultations for people living with the human immunodeficiency virus during the coronavirus pandemic. Methods: qualitative research, anchored in Constructivist Grounded Theory. Data was collected between July and September 2020, with 17 participants. Results: the first category highlights the ethical problems in conducting teleconsultations, managing high demand, communication barriers, and risks related to data security. The second emphasizes the potential of teleconsultations in communication and access, by generating changes in the work process and the use of protocols to guide clinical practice. Conclusions: nurses’ work in digital mode requires professional qualification, with a view to stimulating reflection on teleconsultation practice, ethical-moral deliberation and combating stigma, and also adopting data security-centered conduct.

RESUMEN Objetivos: comprender los problemas éticos experimentados por enfermeros de la atención primaria a la salud en el uso de la teleconsulta de enfermería a personas que viven con el virus de inmunodeficiencia humana en la pandemia del coronavirus. Métodos: investigación cualitativa, basada en la Teoría Fundamentada en los Datos Constructivista. Los datos fueron recolectados entre julio y septiembre de 2020, con la participación de 17 sujetos. Resultados: la primera categoría muestra los problemas éticos en la realización de teleconsultas, en la gestión de la alta demanda, las barreras de comunicación y los riesgos relacionados con la seguridad de los datos. La segunda enfatiza las posibilidades de la teleconsulta en la comunicación y el acceso, al generar cambios en el proceso de trabajo y el uso de protocolos para orientar la práctica clínica. Conclusiones: el trabajo del enfermero en la modalidad digital requiere capacitación profesional, para fomentar la reflexión sobre la práctica de la teleconsulta, la deliberación ético-moral, la lucha contra el estigma y la adopción de medidas centradas en la seguridad de los datos.

RESUMO Objetivos: compreender os problemas éticos vivenciados por enfermeiros da atenção primária à saúde no uso da teleconsulta de enfermagem às pessoas que vivem com o vírus da imunodeficiência humana na pandemia do coronavírus. Métodos: pesquisa qualitativa, ancorada na Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados Construtivista. Os dados foram coletados entre julho e setembro de 2020, com 17 participantes. Resultados: a primeira categoria evidencia os problemas éticos na realização de teleconsultas, no manejo da alta demanda, barreiras na comunicação e riscos relacionados à segurança dos dados. A segunda enfatiza potencialidades da teleconsulta na comunicação e acesso, por gerar mudanças no processo de trabalho e uso de protocolos para orientação da prática clínica. Conclusões: o trabalho do enfermeiro na modalidade digital requer qualificação profissional, com vistas a estimular a reflexão sobre a prática da teleconsulta, a deliberação ético-moral e o combate ao estigma, bem como a adoção de condutas centradas na segurança dos dados.

ABSTRACT. Analyzing the organochlorine pesticide (OCP) content in milk is relevantbecause it helps evaluate the quality of milk that reaches the consumer's table and also helps identify the geographical areas where there is a high possibility of contamination. Accordingly,thispilot project was aimed at determining the extent of contamination by OCP residues and their metabolites in fresh cow's milk in Mojuí dos Campos and Belterra, Pará, using solid-phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography coupled with electron capture detection (GC-ECD). The OCPs evaluated in this study weredichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) and its metabolites (dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene (DDE) and dichlorodiphenyldichloroethane (DDD)), hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH) (α, β, γ, and δ), endosulfanα and β, andendosulfansulfate. None of the thirty bovine milk samples analyzedshowed any contamination with OCPs.TheOCP content was within the limit of quantification of the method. The results of this study add to the existing knowledge on the quality ofbovine milk produced in these locations. However, further researchon other environmental matricesis required to confirm the results obtained in this study.
