Este artigo apresenta o perfil de professores de redes municipais e identifica aspectos que, segundo eles, devem nortear os processos de formação contínua. A pesquisa desenvolveu-se junto a 533 professores de escolas públicas de 10 municípios do Estado de São Paulo. A abordagem metodológica foi quantitativa, do tipo survey descritivo. Usamos um questionário para coleta dos dados empíricos e a análise de conteúdo para categorização das informações. Constatamos aspectos significativos que podem nortear propostas de políticas de formação contínua, partindo das necessidades e expectativas docentes, procurando articular a teoria e a prática. Tais aspectos são relevantes para que a formação contínua cumpra efetivamente o seu papel.

This article presents the profile of municipal teachers and identifies aspects that, according to them, should guide the continuing education processes. The survey was developed with 533 public school teachers from 10 municipalities of the State of São Paulo. The methodological approach used was quantitative, of the descriptive survey type. We used a questionnaire to collect empirical data and content analysis to categorize the information. We found significant aspects that can guide continuing education policy proposals, based on the teachers' needs and expectations, trying to articulate theory and practice. These aspects are relevant for the effective fulfilling of the continuing education role.

The study consists is the application of zeolites NaX, NaY and A as builder in detergent formulations to eliminate the hardness of water. Therefore, the adsorption of ions Ca+2 and Mg+2 were evaluated, and the effect of the cleaning action of the surfactant sodium dodecil sulfate (SDS) through tests of detergency. The experiments were conducted in bath system (with shaking) and quantification of metals was performed by atomic absorption spectrometry. Zeolite A showed the best results for adsorption of Ca++ and Mg++ with retention rates of around 90 and 70% respectively and acted positively on the action of cleaning the surfactant SDS.
