Toma-se por base minha tese de doutorado, na qual busco perscrutar os lugares possíveis para a subjetividade em uma época em que a ausência de obra expandiu-se para todos os meandros da constituição subjetiva, criando-nos dificuldades em nos tornarmos sujeitos. Os lugares que busco mapear e discutir neste artigo, norteada principalmente pelo movimento de constituição de obra que é realizado no campo das artes visuais, e a partir da discussão feita por algumas artistas sobre tais lugares desde suas produções, são o corpo e o feminino.

This article is based on my PhD thesis, where I aimed to find possible places for subjectivity process in a time when the absence of work has expanded itself to all aspects of subjective constitution, creating to us difficulties on becoming subjects. These possible places I try to locate and discuss in this article, mainly based on the mouvement of constituting artwork that is still done within the contemporary art field, as well as guided by the discussion developed by some female artists regarding these places within their productions, are precisely the body and the feminine.

Este trabalho visa explorar a idéia de que o Acompanhamento Terapêutico serve como paradigma de manejo na clínica das psicoses em instituições de saúde mental. Com base em experiência como psicóloga, psicanalista e acompanhante terapêutica em um desses serviços, o CAPS-Itapeva, faço uma reflexão sobre como essa clínica do acompanhamento é necessária no cotidiano institucional, permeando todos os espaços de tratamento. A partir da idéia de referência, segundo a qual cabe a um profissional qualquer do serviço acompanhar o percurso de determinado paciente ali, servindo de intermediário entre ele e as atividades, tanto quanto entre ele e o fora da instituição, busco problematizar os pontos em que a clínica do AT se aproxima dessa clínica institucional das psicoses.

ABSTRACT This text aims to explore the idea that the Therapeutic Accompaniment can be used as a paradigm to the holding concept at the clinic of psychosis within mental health institutions. Based on my personal experience as psychologist, psychoanalyst and therapeutic accompanier at one of these institutions, named CAPS-Itapeva (Psychossocial Attention Center - Itapeva), I think on how this accompaniment clinic is necessary to the institutional routine, crossing all the treatment spaces. From the idea of reference, which stands that it's up to each professional working within the institution to accompany the route of each single patient, standing as a intermediate between him and his activities, as well as between him and what is out of there, I try to seeks where the Therapeutic Accompaniment's clinic approaches to the psychosis institutional clinic.

Neste artigo, realizo uma reflexão acerca dos CAPS - Centros de Atenção Psicossocial, serviços públicos de saúde mental, criados segundo as diretrizes da Reforma Psiquiátrica. Através da retomada dos aspectos éticos, técnicos e políticos subjacentes a tal dispositivo institucional, e por meio da aproximação dos mesmos da ética e da técnica psicanalítica, reflito sobre o momento atual de expansão dos CAPS em âmbito nacional e problematizo as questões da alta e da alienação na técnica, intensificadas por tal desenvolvimento.

In this paper, I develop a reflexion on the CAPS - Psychossocial Attention Centers - some public mental health institutions created according to the Psychiatric Reform guidelines. Through the resumption of some ethical, technical and political aspects that exist within the institutional technologies, and through their approximation along with the psychoanalytical ethics and techniques, I think over the actual expansion moment of the CAPS in a national scale, as well as the problems concerning the end of treatment and the alienation within the techniques, both heightened towards this development.

À cet article, on fait une réflexion sur les CAPS - les Centres d’Attention Psychosocial, qui sont des services publiques pour la santé mentale crées en accord avec les directions donées par la Réforme Psychiatrique. À travers la reprendre des aspects éthiques, techniques et politiques sous-jacentes à ce dispositif institutionnel, et par leurs rapprochement autant de l’éthique que de la technique psychanalytique, on réfléchi sur l’expansion des CAPS chez notre territoire et en outre, on rend problématique des thèmes de la fin du traitement et de l’aliénation à la technique, lesquelles deviennent intensifiées par cet expansion.
