Resumo O artigo sistematiza as ações das/os Assistentes Sociais vinculadas/os a um curso de residência multiprofissional em saúde da família cuja atuação ocorreu na Atenção Primária em Saúde (APS), durante a pandemia do novo coronavírus, num contexto de reorganização dos serviços de saúde e do trabalho das/os profissionais do setor. Pretende-se contribuir com as reflexões sobre a dimensão técnico-operativa da Profissão abordando aspectos do trabalho no Núcleo Ampliado em Saúde da Família (NASF) neste período de excepcionalidade. A sistematização foi realizada a partir dos registros em diários de campo elaborados pelas/os profissionais entre os meses de março a setembro de 2020. Os principais resultados indicam que a crise sanitária aprofundou as desigualdades sociais demandando ações profissionais predominantemente socioeducativas voltadas ao acesso da população aos serviços e direitos sociais que amparam e oferecem condições de vida diante das mudanças provocadas pela pandemia. A reorganização requerida no processo coletivo de trabalho nos serviços de saúde implicou em alterações dos fluxos de acesso aos serviços e direitos sociais. Significa que, no período analisado, predominaram demandas profissionais de gestão e planejamento seja envolvendo a elaboração de materiais informativos de suporte às ações educativas, divulgação de informações pertinentes à população usuária do SUS, bem como de instrução às equipes multiprofissionais quanto aos benefícios sociais disponibilizados para mitigar os efeitos da pandemia. As ações socioeducativas voltadas para mobilização e assessoria político-organizativas apresentaram-se imprescindíveis para concretizar o acesso às práticas coletivas de controle social atentas à universalidade do direito à saúde.

Abstract This article systematizes the actions of social assistants associated to a multi-professional residency course in family health, undertaken within the Primary Healthcare System, during the new coronavirus pandemic, in a context of reorganization of healthcare services and the labor of professionals in the sector. Its objective is to contribute to reflections about the technical-operative dimension of the profession, addressing aspects of work by the Expanded Family Healthcare Nucleus in this exceptional period. The systematization was conducted through registers in field diaries prepared by the professionals from March to September 2020. The main results indicate that the sanitary crisis deepened social inequalities, requiring predominantly educational professional actions aimed at the population’s access to social rights and services that support better living conditions, considering changes provoked by the pandemic. The reorganization required in the collective work process in healthcare services involved alterations in the flows of access to social services and rights. This means that, in the period analyzed, there was a predominance of professional demands related to administration and planning, that involved the elaboration of informative materials to support educational actions, the promotion of pertinent information to the population that uses Brazil’s federal public single healthcare system, and providing instructions to multi-professional teams about social benefits available to mitigate the effects of the pandemic. The socio-educational actions aimed at mobilization and political-organizational assistance were essential to realizing access to collective practices of social control focused on the universal right to healthcare.

BACKGROUND Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus are the most important arbovirus vectors in the world. OBJECTIVES This study aimed to investigate and compare the infestation pattern of these species in a neighbourhood of Recife, Brazil, endemic for arboviruses in 2005 (T1) and 2013 (T2). METHODS Infestation, distribution and relative abundance of these sympatric species were recorded by egg collection using a network of 59 sentinel ovitraps (s-ovt) at fixed sampling stations for 12 months in T1 and T2. FINDINGS A permanent occupation pattern was detected which was characterised by the presence of egg-laying females of one or both species with a high ovitrap positivity index (94.3 to 100%) throughout both years analysed. In terms of abundance, the total of eggs collected was lower (p < 0.005) in T2 (146,153) than in T1 (281,103), although ovitraps still displayed a high index of positivity. The spatial distribution showed the presence of both species in 65.1% of the 148 s-ovt assessed, while a smaller number of traps exclusively contained Ae. aegypti (22%) or Ae. albopictus (13.2%) eggs. MAIN CONCLUSIONS Our comparative analysis demonstrated the robustness of the spatial occupation and permanence of Ae. aegypti and Ae. albopictus populations in this endemic urban area.

Introduction The present study shows the colonization of Aedes mosquitoes in breeding sites specific for Culex quinquefasciatus in neighborhoods in the municipality of Olinda. Methods Samples were collected between May 2011 and June 2012 from breeding sites positive for Cx. quinquefasciatus by using a ladle and manual suction pump. Results Aedes aegypti (0.12%), Aedes albopictus (0.03%), and Cx. quinquefasciatus (99.8%) were found across the breeding sites. Conclusions The presence of Aedes ssp. in several Cx. quinquefasciatus breeding sites with a heavy load of organic material demonstrates the need to review the concepts and methods used for treatment, as the use of specific larvicide for breeding sites of Culex.

O objetivo do estudo é investigar a autopercepção dos adolescentes, entre doze e dezenove anos, da cidade de Aracaju (SE), sobre sua própria saúde e relacioná-la aos aspectos psicossociais. Foi realizado um estudo qualiquantitativo de corte transversal com 247 adolescentes matriculados em instituições de ensino, públicas ou privadas, da zona urbana do município de Aracaju (SE). A maior parte dos adolescentes (85%) se considera saudável, enquanto 9% têm vergonha das condições bucais. Apesar de referida por 71% dos escolares, a dor não foi o principal motivo para procura dos serviços odontológicos. Os indicadores subjetivos desta pesquisa podem ser utilizados para guiar programas voltados para a educação em saúde.

The objective of this article is to investigate the autoperception of teenagers, age range of 12 to 19 years old in Aracaju, Sergipe State, about their health and relate it with psychosocial aspects. The present work is a quali-quantitative study of transversal cut, carried through with 247 adolescents registered institutions of education, private or public, of the urban zone of the city of Aracaju. Most of the adolescents (85%) consider themselves healthful, while 9% have shame of the oral conditions. Seventy-one percent of the students referred to pain, however it wasn't the main cause to search dentistry services. The subjective pointers of this research may be used to guide programs directed toward education in health.
