RESUMO O presente artigo objetiva revelar como as réplicas dos outros compõem e ampliam as narrativas de uma professora de bebês e, ainda, como essas réplicas apareceram nessas narrativas no contexto de atendimento não presencial e assíncrono devido à pandemia de covid-19. A metodologia narrativa de pesquisa em educação, em diálogo com os aportes da filosofia bakhtiniana, foi a utilizada para interpretar as réplicas materializadas nas narrativas e a maneira como a professora reorganizava seu trabalho a partir delas. Revelou-se que, enquanto as narrativas eram referentes ao trabalho presencial, as réplicas dos bebês apareciam a partir do acabamento provisório que a professora produzia do vivido com eles; já, nas narrativas que tratavam do trabalho não presencial, as réplicas eram os acabamentos produzidos pelas famílias, a partir do vivido na relação com os bebês. Em ambas as situações, a professora buscou reorganizar o trabalho na relação com as réplicas de seus outros.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to reveal how the responses of the others compose and expand the narratives of an early years teacher and also how these responses appear in narratives in the context of non-face-to-face and asynchronous support, due to the covid-19 pandemic. The narrative methodology of research in education, in dialogue with the contributions of the Bakhtinian philosophy, was used to interpret the responses materialized in the narratives and the way the teacher reorganizes her work based on them. It was shown that whereas the narratives were related to face-to-face work, the babies’ responses came up from the unfinishedness utterances that the teacher produced from her experience with them; as regarding the narratives about non-face-to-face work, the responses came from the utterances produced by the families, based on what they experienced in their relationship with the babies. In both situations, the teacher tried to reorganize her work in relation to the responses of her others.

RESUMO O objetivo do presente artigo é revelar como ocorreu o processo de interlocução entre uma professora iniciante e um grupo de profissionais da educação, através de narrativas que a primeira escrevia sobre a própria prática pedagógica e enviava a esse grupo. A professora iniciante era também a pesquisadora que investigava como se constituía docente nessa fase da carreira. As narrativas sobre a própria prática e a narrativa da pesquisa eram ampliadas pelas narrativas dos sujeitos com quem a professora convivia no cotidiano escolar e no grupo de interlocutoras, por isso a pesquisa tem um cunho auto/hetero/biográfico. A metodologia narrativa de pesquisa em educação, em diálogo com os aportes da filosofia bakhtiniana, foi a utilizada para compreender esse processo interlocutivo. A materialidade a ser interpretada foi composta pelas narrativas da professora e do grupo de interlocutoras. Revelou-se que os movimentos de narrar e de compartilhar esses escritos potencializaram excedentes de visão de si, das relações e dos acontecimentos, já que ela se colocava num outro espaço e num outro tempo no momento da escrita, construindo outras compreensões para o já vivido, bem como memórias de futuro relativas à docência. Os atos de narrar a própria prática e compartilhar essas narrativas se mostraram potentes no processo formativo de professoras iniciantes na carreira docente.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to describe how the process of interlocution between a beginner teacher and a group of educational professionals occurred through narratives that the first one wrote about her teaching practice and sent to the group. The beginning teacher was also a researcher who investigated the process of her constitution as a teacher at the first stage of her career. The narratives about her practice and the narrative inquiry were amplified by other descriptions written by subjects with whom she shared her school routine in the group of interlocutors, for this reason, this research has a self/hetero/biographical nature. The methodology used to understand this interlocutory process was the narrative inquiry, alongside with some contributions of the Bakhtinian framework. The data were composed of teachers’ narratives and the enunciation of a group of interlocutors. The movements of narrating and sharing these writings enable her a surplus of vision of the self, of relationships and events, since she placed herself into another space and time at her moments of writing, thus building other understandings of what had already been lived, as well as creating memories of the future related to teaching. The acts of narrating her practice and sharing these narratives proved to be powerful assets in the formation of beginner teachers.

RESUMO Este artigo problematiza a escrita narrativa e a pesquisa narrativa como meios potentes para tomadas de consciência e para o autodesenvolvimento profissional. Para isso, apresenta movimentos possíveis em uma pesquisa narrativa na qual a pesquisadora investigou a própria prática, questionando-se como se constituíra professora no início da docência. Os diferentes lugares em que se colocava - de professora iniciante, professora-pesquisadora e pesquisadora - ao ser professora e pesquisar a própria prática de ensino lhe possibilitavam diferentes dimensões de consciência. Essas dimensões eram possíveis, pois, ao escrever reflexivamente sobre o trabalho e a pesquisa, produzindo acabamentos provisórios, a professora e pesquisadora se colocava em um lugar exotópico e ampliava as interações verbais, desse lugar e com outros interlocutores, enxergando o que antes não fora possível alcançar. A partir das percepções possíveis, construía novas memórias de futuro que lhe faziam reorganizar a prática em prol de seu desenvolvimento profissional e do aprendizado dos estudantes.

ABSTRACT This paper discusses narrative writing and narrative inquiry as powerful resources for gaining awareness and for professional self-development. To this end, it presents possible movements in a narrative inquiry in which the researcher investigated her own teaching practice, on the basis of questions regarding how she became a teacher. The distinct places where she placed herself - beginning teacher, teacher-researcher and researcher - as a teacher who was investigating her own practice, made her aware of the distinct dimensions of these roles. Such dimensions were possible because, while writing reflexively about her work and inquiry - which led to provisional finalizations -, the teacher-researcher was placing herself at an exotopical place and expanded the verbal interactions from this place and with other interlocutors, thus acquiring a far-reaching vision that was not possible before. Drawing on possible perceptions thereof, she built memories of the future that would make her reorganize the practice on behalf of her professional development and of her pupils’ learning process.
