RESUMO Objetivo Avaliar a satisfação dos usuários atendidos pelos residentes de fonoaudiologia da Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família, considerando-se as dimensões estruturais, organizacional e relacional. Método O estudo foi avaliativo do tipo qualitativo, no qual participaram 30 usuários. Para a análise de dados, foi utilizada a Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin. Resultados A dimensão organizacional apresentou aspectos referentes à forma como está organizado o serviço de fonoaudiologia, descrevendo a atuação específica da fonoaudiologia, o papel da fonoaudiologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família, encaminhamentos para fonoaudiologia, tempo de espera para atendimento fonoaudiológico, ações da fonoaudiologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família, esclarecimento sobre o problema fonoaudiológico e promoção do autocuidado. A dimensão relacional demostrou o relacionamento entre os residentes e o usuário, enfatizando o cuidado humanizado e o vínculo. Já a dimensão estrutural descreveu o dimensionamento dos fonoaudiólogos na Estratégia de Saúde da Família e os aspectos referentes aos recursos disponíveis na Unidade de Saúde. Conclusão a satisfação dos usuários ocorreu pelo acesso rápido ao serviço de fonoaudiologia, pelo cuidado humanizado realizado pelos fonoaudiólogos, promovendo um atendimento acolhedor e o vínculo entre a categoria e a comunidade. Já a insatisfação ocorreu pelo número reduzido de fonoaudiólogos atuando na Estratégia de Saúde da Família.

ABSTRACT Purpose To evaluate the satisfaction of users assisted by speech-language pathologists during their Multi-professional Residency in Family Health, considering the structural, organizational and relational categories. Methods Qualitative assessment conducted with 30 Family Health Strategy (FHS) users. Data were analyzed using Bardin’s content analysis. Results The organizational category presented aspects associated with the organization of speech-language pathology (SLP) services, describing the specific practice and role of speech-language therapists in the FHS, as well as referral and waiting time for care, speech-language therapy actions, clarification of problems, and promotion of self-care. The relational category showed the relationship between residents and users, with emphasis on humanized care and bonding. The structural category described the dimensioning of speech-language pathologists in the FHS and the aspects related to the resources available in the health unit. Conclusion User satisfaction was associated with the rapid access to the service and the humanized care provided by the residents, promoting a welcoming service and bonding between residents and community. User dissatisfaction was associated with the reduced number of speech-language pathologists available at FHS.

Resumo: A inserção da Fonoaudiologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família é algo novo e estudos sobre este tema são escassos. À luz disto, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi de identificar, a partir da literatura nacional e internacional, o estado da questão sobre a atuação e inserção da Fonoaudiologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, anais do Congresso Brasileiro de Fonoaudiologia, Teses e Dissertações. A partir do estudo, foi possível detectar que a deficiência na formação do fonoaudiólogo para o trabalho na Estratégia Saúde da Família é um dos principais fatores limitantes para a inserção e atuação desses profissionais neste cenário; Também identificou a falta de publicações científicas sobre o tema; E evidenciou que a Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família, se tornou indispensável para diminuir a lacuna na formação do fonoaudiólogo sobre Atenção Básica. São muitos desafios para a categoria de Fonoaudiologia consolidar a sua atuação na Estratégia de Saúde da Família, mas, apesar das fragilidades, o seu fazer no território promove um cuidado que propicia mais qualidade de vida e saúde a essas pessoas.

Abstract: The insertion of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences in the Family Health Strategy is something new and studies in this field are scarce. In light of this, the objective of this study was to identify, from national and international literature, the state of the question on the performance and the insertion of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences in the Family Health Strategy. For this purpose, we conducted a survey in the Virtual Health Library, annals from the Brazilian Congress of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, and Theses and Dissertations. From the study, it was possible to detect that lack of training for the speech, language and hearing therapist for work in Family Health Strategy is one of the main limiting factors for the insertion and performance of these professionals in this scenario; it was evident that few scientific publications address the theme; and it revealed that the Multi-professional Residency in Family Health has become essential to bridge the gap in the training of the speech, language and hearing therapists in Primary Health Care. There are many challenges for the Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences category to consolidate their performance in the Family Health Strategy, but, in spite of these weaknesses, their work in the territory promotes care that provides more quality of life and health to the population.

Objetivo Avaliar a percepção da qualidade relacionada ao aspecto estrutural dos residentes de Fonoaudiologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família, na zona urbana de Sobral (CE).Métodos Os atores sociais da pesquisa foram os fonoaudiólogos que atuaram como residentes de Fonoaudiologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família da cidade de Sobral. As informações foram coletadas durante o ano de 2013, a partir de entrevistas. Os dados foram analisados por meio da técnica Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin.Resultados A avaliação da estrutura evidenciou, como pontos negativos, a falta de materiais, o número restrito de fonoaudiólogos em atividade junto às comunidades e a falta de profissionais capacitados para atuar nesse nível da atenção à saúde. Como ponto positivo, destacou-se a capacitação dos profissionais em Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família, da Escola de Formação em Saúde da Família Visconde de Saboia.Conclusão Apesar das limitações inerentes a uma avaliação da qualidade, os atores sociais da pesquisa reconheceram mais dificuldades do que potencialidades no trabalho do fonoaudiólogo, indicando deficiência na qualidade da assistência à saúde fonoaudiológica.

Purpose Assess the perception of quality related to the structural aspect of the of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences residents in the Family Health Strategy in the urban area of Sobral, Ceará.Methods The social actors in the study were the speech, language and hearing pathologists that worked as residents in the Family Health Strategy in the city of Sobral through the Family Health Training School Visconde Sabóia, who accepted to participate in the study by means of a Informed Consent Term. Information was collected during the year of 2013, from interviews. Data were analyzed by Content Analysis according to Bardin.Results The structure assessment identified negative points such as shortage of materials, a limited number of speech, language and hearing pathologists working together with the communities and a lack of trained professionals to work at this level of health care. As a positive point, the training of professionals through the Multi-professional Residency in Family Health at the Family Health Training School Visconde de Sabóia was highlighted.Conclusion Finally, despite the inherent limitations to an assessment of quality, the social actors in the study recognized more difficulties than potentialities in the work of the speech, language and hearing pathologists indicating deficiency in the quality of speech, language and hearing health care.
