A Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) atende às necessidades individuais e coletivas da sua população adstrita. Dessa forma, considera-se que a equipe de saúde acolhe as mulheres, que sofreram violência. Contudo, os estudos mostram a fragilidade nos atendimentos a esse grupo. Nesse sentido, questiona-se, especificamente, a atuação dos enfermeiros. Eles são capazes de reconhecer, de maneira precoce, as usuárias do serviço de saúde, que sofrem, ou que correm risco de sofrer violência? Denunciariam a violência contra mulheres atendidas, na unidade de saúde? Existe um ditado, muito forte no Brasil, que diz: “em briga de marido e mulher, não se mete a colher”. Será que esta crença interfere nas ações dos enfermeiros da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS)? Diante deste contexto, a pergunta desta investigação é: “Como o enfermeiro atua perante a violência contra a mulher na APS?” Objetivo: Identificar e sistematizar a atuação do enfermeiro perante a violência contra a mulher na APS. Método: Utilizou-se da Revisão Integrativa, buscando nas bases de dados LILACS e BDENF, no período entre 2011 a 2021, e nos idiomas inglês e português, artigos que respondiam à pergunta de pesquisa. Resultados: Os encaminhamentos para serviços especializados, serviço social e de psicologia, construção do vínculo, acolhimento e empatia são atuações promovidas pelos enfermeiros na APS. Considerações Finais: Considera-se que a revisão integrativa alcançou os objetivos propostos, uma vez que foi possível identificar e sistematizar a atuação do enfermeiro. Este profissional possui o papel de coordenador e, por sua vez, integrador da equipe. É importante que o mesmo elabore atividades de capacitação, atue com uma visão holística e multiprofissional, devido à alta complexidade da violência doméstica contra a mulher.

Primary Health Care (PHC) meets the individual and collective needs of its assigned population. Thus, it is considered that the health team welcomes women who have suffered violence. However, studies show the fragility of care for this group. In this sense, the role of nurses is specifically questioned. Are they able to recognize, at an early stage, users of the health service who suffer, or who are at risk of suffering violence? Would they denounce violence against women assisted at the health unit? There is a saying, very strong in Brazil, that says: "in a fight between husband and wife, don't get involved". Does this belief interfere with the actions of Primary Health Care (PHC) nurses? Given this context, the question of this investigation is: “How do nurses act in the face of violence against women in PHC?” Objective: To identify and systematize the role of nurses in the face of violence against women in PHC. Method: The Integrative Review was used, searching the LILACS and BDENF databases, in the period between 2011 and 2021, and in English and Portuguese, for articles that answered the research question. Results: Referrals to specialized services, social and psychological services, bond building, welcoming and empathy are actions promoted by nurses in PHC. Final Considerations: It is considered that the integrative review achieved the proposed objectives, since it was possible to identify and systematize the nurse's performance. This professional has the role of coordinator and, in turn, integrator of the team. It is important that he develop training activities, act with a holistic and multidisciplinary vision, due to the high complexity of domestic violence against women.

Resumo: Introdução: Apesar dos avanços nos serviços de saúde em disponibilizar tecnologias de prevenção, a incidência de HIV na população brasileira continua a aumentar principalmente no sexo masculino. Diante dessa constatação, observa-se a dificuldade que essas pessoas enfrentam no seu dia- a- dia em relação ao tratamento e às redes de apoio. Assim, essa pesquisa partiu da seguinte indagação: “Quais as vivências e os significados de ser diagnosticado e conviver com o HIV e as implicações na vida cotidiana?” Objetivos: Compreender os sentimentoso dos homens que convivem com HIV. Método: Pesquisa qualitativa, realizada por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturada com 35 homens que fazem acompanhamento em um Serviço de Assistência Especializada em HIV/Aids no interior do do estado de São Paulo, Brasil. Os conteúdos das entrevistas foram submetidos a análise de conteúdo, na modalidade temática. Resultados: A análise possbilitou emergir três temas relacionados aos sentimentos, quais sejam, o medo, a culpa e a solidão. Conclusão: A condição sorológica trouxe a necessidade em lidar com diferentes situações, sendo que a reorganização dessa fase direciona para a mudança no sentido da vida. Identificou-se como um saber aprendido que o HIV não tem cara, assim, os relaxamentos de medidas de proteção são práticos que não devem ocorrer, embora sejam negligenciadas. A educação em saúde foi considerada como potente estratégia para ampliar os conhecimentos para prevenção de doenças e promoção da saúde, especialmente no que se refere à transmissão do HIV e outras Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis. Nesse sentido, destacou-se a importância do vínculo e acolhimento dos profissionais de saúde.

Abstract: Introduction: Despite advances in health services in providing prevention technologies, the incidence of HIV in the Brazilian population continues to increase, especially in males. In view of this finding, it is possible to observe the difficulty that these people face in their daily lives in relation to treatment and support networks. Thus, this research started from the following question: “What are the experiences and meanings of being diagnosed and living with HIV and the implications for everyday life?” Objectives: To understand the feelings of men living with HIV. Method: Qualitative research, carried out through semi-structured interviews with 35 men who are monitored at a Specialized Assistance Service for HIV/AIDS in the interior of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The contents of the interviews were submitted to content analysis, in the thematic mode. Results: The analysis made it possible to emerge three themes related to feelings, namely, fear, guilt and loneliness. Conclusion: The serological condition brought the need to deal with different situations, and the reorganization of this phase leads to a change in the meaning of life. It was identified as a learned knowledge that HIV has no face, thus, the relaxation of protection measures are practices that should not occur, although they are neglected. Health education was considered a powerful strategy to expand knowledge for disease prevention and health promotion, especially with regard to the transmission of HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Infections. In this sense, the importance of bonding and welcoming health professionals was highlighted.

Resumo: Os altos índices de cesariana no Brasil tem gerado riscos para a mãe e neonato quando realizada de maneira indiscriminada e sem indicação clínica. Objetivo: Identificar os motivos que levaram as gestantes e as parturientes a optarem pela cesariana, segundo a literatura. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. Os critérios de inclusão dos artigos foram os que respondam à pergunta de pesquisa, publicados em português ou espanhol, no prí entre 2010 a 2020, disponíveis integralmente online. Os critérios de exclusão foram os de revisão sistemática ou integrativa e outros tipos de publicações como teses, dissertações, memorial e manuais. Empregou-se as bases de dados, O Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), literatura latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Banco de Dados em Enfermagem (BDENF). Resultados: Os motivos que levaram as gestantes e as parturientes a optarem pela cesariana foram: idade materna avançada; padrões culturais como crenças, costumes e reprodução de vivências familiares; medo de sentir dor no trabalho de parto; a influência da mídia; maior nível socioeconômico; maior escolaridade e pré-natal e parto realizado no setor privado. E, mais, a cesariana é vista pelas mulheres como escolha segura. A passidade e a falta de autonomia da mulher frente ao médico; o medo da mudança do corpo e no processo de sexualidade; o acompanhamento contínuo do médico durante a parturição e a facilidade no agendamento, também foram justificativas apontadas para a realização da cesariana. Considerações Finais: Diante desses motivos, sugere-se que a educação em saúde em uma perspectiva problematizadora promovida pelos profissionais sobre os diferentes tipos de parto, subsidiará a escolha da mulher, resgatando o seu protagonismo nesse processo.

Abstract: The high rates of cesarean sections in Brazil have generated risks for the binomial when performed indiscriminately and without clinical indication. Objective: To identify the reasons that led pregnant women and parturients to opt for cesarean section according to the literature. Methods: This is an integrative review. Inclusion criteria for: articles were those that answer the research question, published in Portuguese or Spanish, between 2010 and 2020, fully available online. Exclusion criteria were systematic or integrative review and others types of publication such as theses, dissertations, memorial and manuals. The databases that were used: The Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO) Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) and the Nursing Database (BDENF). Results: The reasons that led pregnant women's and parturients to opt for cesarean were: advanced maternal age; cultural patterns such as beliefs, customs and reproduction of family experiences; fear of feeling pain in labor; the influence of the media; higher socioeconomic level; higher education and prenatal care and delivery performed in the private sector. Futhermore, cesarean section is seen by women as a safe choice. The women’s passivity and lack of autonomy in front of the doctor; the fear of changing the body and the process of sexuality; the continuous follow up of the doctor during parturition and the ease of scheduling were also reasons given for the cesarean section. Conclusion: Given these reasons, it’s suggested that health education in a problematizing perspective promoted by about the different types of delivery, will subsidize the choice of women, rescuing their leading role in this process.

Resumo: Introdução: Com o envelhecimento populacional, o perfil epidemiológico se voltou para as doenças crônicas não transmissíveis, e doenças como o câncer tornaram-se mais frequentes, o que demanda maior conhecimento do profissional de saúde para desenvolver os cuidados necessários. Objetivo: Analisar o desenvolvimento do cuidado em saúde na Atenção Básica à Saúde às pessoas com neoplasias malignas na perspectiva da integralidade. Método: Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa realizado em quatro Equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família e o Núcleo Ampliado de Saúde da Família. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de grupo focal com profissionais de diferentes categorias profissionais. Resultados: Os dados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo, modalidade temática, que permitiu a elaboração de quatro temas, no entanto o conteúdo a ser explorado neste artigo diz respeito as potencialidades e desafios na implementação do cuidado oncológico em rede, contemplando articulação ensino-serviço e o E-SUS como ferramenta que potencializa a comunicação; e como desafio, o difícil acesso aos serviços especializados e desvalorização da Atenção Básica à Saúde pelos demais níveis de atenção. Conclusões: Identificou-se como potencialidade a desenvoltura da equipe no agendamento e a prontidão da mesma, otimizando os encaminhamentos para os serviços de especialidades, proporcionando uma abordagem integral. Destaca-se fragilidades nos arranjos organizativos da Redes de Atenção à Saúde, ressaltando a deficiência de comunicação entre os níveis de atenção, a descontinuidade de informações e a inexistência ou pouca utilização da contrarreferência. Para que haja a articulação das Redes de Atenção à Saúde e para que a Atenção Básica à Saúde seja eficiente, ressalta-se a criação de espaços para discussão entre os profissionais dos demais níveis de atenção e a Atenção Básica à Saúde.

Abstract: Introduction: With population aging, the epidemiological profile has turned to non-communicable chronic diseases, and diseases such as cancer have become more frequent, which requires greater knowledge of the health professional to develop the necessary care. Goals: To analyze the development of health care in Primary Health Care for people with malignant neoplasms from the perspective of integrality. Methods: This is a study with a qualitative approach carried out in four teams of the Family Health Strategy and the Expanded Nucleus of Family Health. Data collection was carried out through a focus group with professionals from different professional categories. Results: Data were analyzed through content analysis, thematic modality, which allowed the elaboration of four themes, however the content to be explored in this article concerns the potential and challenges in the implementation of oncological care in a network, contemplating teaching articulation -service and E-SUS as a tool that enhances communication; and as a challenge, the difficult access to specialized services and the devaluation of Primary Health Care by the other levels of care. Conclusions: The team's resourcefulness in scheduling and its readiness was identified as potential, optimizing referrals to specialty services, providing a comprehensive approach. Weaknesses in the organizational arrangements of the Health Care Networks are highlighted, highlighting the lack of communication between the levels of care, the discontinuity of information and the inexistence or little use of counter- referral. For the articulation of Health Care Networks and for Primary Health Care to be efficient, the creation of spaces for discussion between professionals from other levels and Primary Health Care.

Resumo: O surgimento das creches está vinculado a um contexto histórico, no Brasil os novos olhares para esse campo da educação, relaciona-se com a questão da formação inicial e contínua de professores, na articulação entre o educar e cuidar. Analisar a forma como professores, auxiliares de desenvolvimento escolar (ADE) e gestores compreendem a realização da prática pedagógica e do cuidado na educação de crianças de zero a dois anos, é o foco dessa investigação. Utilizou a pesquisa qualitativa, por amostragem e da coleta de dados em entrevistas e oficinas de trabalho com gestores, professores e auxiliares de desenvolvimento escolar que prestam atendimento nas unidades municipais de educação da cidade pesquisada. Captou-se que no processo de trabalho com as crianças busca-se a articulação do educar e do cuidar, o professor planeja e conduz o processo pedagógico e o ADE realiza o cuidado. Há divergências da concepção de cuidar e educar entre as famílias e os profissionais da escola; dificuldades com o número de crianças por sala, tendo em vista o atendimento às necessidades das crianças; problemas com infraestrutura tanto para o cuidado como para o processo educacional; pouco ou nenhum tempo para as atividades de formação profissional. Os profissionais propuseram estratégias para aproximar as famílias da escola e tempo necessário para a formação continuada. Durante a investigação, percebeu-se o limite de não se ter a visão da família, o que pode ser objeto de pesquisas futuras, com ampliação a compreensão dos problemas e situações vividos.

Abstract: The emergence of day care centers is linked to a historical context, in Brazil the new perspectives for this field of education are related to the issue of initial and continuous teacher education, in the articulation between educating and caring. Analyzing how teachers, school development assistants (ADE) and managers understand the realization of pedagogical practice and care in the education of children from zero to two years, is the focus of this investigation. Who used qualitative research, sampling and data collection in interviews and workshops with managers, teachers and school development assistants - who provide care in the municipal education units of the city surveyed. It was captured that in the process of working with the children we seek the articulation of educating and caring, the teacher plans and conducts the pedagogical process and the ADE performs care. There are divergences in the conception of caring and educating between families and school professionals; difficulties with the number of children per room, in view of meeting the needs of children; problems with infrastructure for both care and the educational process; little or no time for vocational training activities. The professionals proposed strategies to bring families closer to school and time needed for continuing education. During the investigation, it was perceived the limit of not having the view of the family, which may be the object of future research, with an expansion of the understanding of the problems and situations experienced.

Resumo: Introdução: Para que se possa superar os modelos curriculares tradicionais nos cursos de enfermagem e medicina, uma das propostas tem sido organizar a formação a partir de currículo integrado e metodologias ativas de ensino-aprendizagem. A parceria ensino-serviço tem se mostrado uma estratégia importante para a implementação dessa organização currícular, estando sustentada nas propostas das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais. Dessa forma, torna-se importante compreender os processos envolvidos na constituição das parcerias com os serviços de saúde. Objetivo: analisar a construção da parceria ensino-serviço na Atenção Primária à Saúde em um município do Estado de São Paulo nos currículos de Enfermagem e Medicina na percepção dos gestores, preceptores e docentes. Método: pesquisa qualitativa realizada com gestores da academia e serviço, preceptores e docentes. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semi- estruturada com onze gestores, oito docentes e nove preeptores do serviço. Utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo, modalidade temática no processamento dos dados. Resultados: identificou-se que a parceria ensino-serviço é essencial no currículo integrado na matriz dialógica de competência e há necessidade de pactuações entre os parceiros. Há desafios na construção das pactuações para que ocorra a formação e a participação dos profissionais como preceptores. Proposto o fortalecimento e consolidação da parceria por meio de documentos, gestão participativa, retomada de reuniões periódicas e Educação Permanente em Saúde entre a academia e o serviço. Conclusão: O processamento das entrevistas em cada segmento e entre os segmentos pesquisados (gestores, preceptores e docentes), oportunizou a compreensão dos olhares de forma articulada. A parceria é vista como importante para a formação no mundo do trabalho e os desafios a serem enfrentados para a sua consolidação envolvem a pactuação por meio de gestão participativa.

Abstract: Introduction: In order to overcome the traditional curricular models in Nursing and Medicine courses, one of the proposals has been to organize the training based on an integrated curriculum and active teaching-learning methodologies. The teaching-service partnership has proven to be an important strategy for the implementation of this curricular organization, being supported in the proposals of the National Curricular Guidelines. Thus, it is important to understand the processes involved in forming partnerships with health services. Objective: to analyze the construction of teaching- service partnership in Primary Health Care, in a city in the state of São Paulo, in Nursing and Medicine curricula from the perception of managers, preceptors and teachers. Method: qualitative research carried out with academy and service managers, preceptors and professors. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with eleven managers, eight professors, and nine service preceptors. Content analysis, thematic modality was used in processing the data. Results: it was identified that teaching-service partnership is essential in integrated curriculum in the dialogical competence framework and there is a need for agreements between the partners. There are challenges in building the agreements for the training and participation of professionals as preceptors. It was proposed to strengthen and consolidate the partnership by means of documents, participative management, resumption of periodic meetings, and Permanent Education in Health between the academy and the service. Conclusion: The processing of the interviews in each segment and among the researched segments (managers, preceptors, and professors), provided the opportunity to understand the perspectives in an articulated manner. The partnership is understood as something important for training in the world of work and the challenges to be faced for its consolidation involve agreements by means of participative management.

Resumo O aumento da população de idosos exige repensar a organização da sociedade, especialmente os serviços de saúde. Por meio de revisão integrativa, o objetivo foi analisar ações de promoção e proteção à saúde mental do idoso no contexto da atenção primária à saúde. As bases de dados foram: LILACS, Scopus, IBECS, Medline, CINAHL, BDENF e Index Psicologia. Os descritores foram “idoso”, “promoção da saúde”, “saúde mental” e “atenção primária à saúde”. A amostra final foi constituída por 15 artigos. Os resultados apontam ações em grupo contribuindo para a redução de sintomas depressivos, educação em saúde na perspectiva da aprendizagem ativa, visando à alfabetização em saúde, e oficina de memória, fortalecendo espaços de socialização. Ressalta-se o apoio matricial como ferramenta indispensável a novas práticas em saúde mental. Conclui-se que o momento é de ampliação do escopo de ações oferecidas aos idosos em sofrimento psíquico. Detectam-se esforços para a produção do cuidado na direção da integralidade, mas ainda incipientes.

The aim was to analyze actions aimed at promoting and protecting the mental health of the elderly in the context of primary health care, through an integrative review. The databases used were: Lilacs, Scopus, IBECS, Medline, CINAHL, BDENF and Index Psicologia. The descriptors used were “elderly”, “health promotion”, “mental health” and “primary health care”. The final sample included 15 articles. The results indicate that group actions contribute to the reduction of depressive symptoms; health education in the perspective of active learning, aiming at health literacy and memory workshop strengthening spaces for socialization. Matrix support is highlighted as an indispensable tool for new mental health practices. We conclude that the moment is right for expanding the scope of actions offered to the elderly in psychological distress. Efforts have been detected in the production of care aiming at integrality, which is still incipient.

Resumo: Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o desenvolvimento do trabalho dos docentes que atuam no curso técnico de enfermagem em uma escola técnica de um município de médio porte. Os docentes de enfermagem foram os participantes. Utilizamos um roteiro semiestruturado para a coleta de dados enviados por e-mail. A análise de dados foi realizada por meio da análise de conteúdo na modalidade temática. Apresenta-se três temáticas, a saber: Potências do trabalho docente; enunciando os desafios de ser docente e por fim, refletindo acerca de estratégias para a superação dos desafios de ser docente. Depreende-se que os desafios enfrentados pelos docentes do curso Técnico de Enfermagem interferem no seu adoecimento, sugerindo a importância de estudos que refletem de forma mais ampliada essa realidade e o olhar mais cauteloso das autoridades competentes para minimizar esse problema.

Abstract: The objective of this study was to outline a profile of teachers who work in the technical nursing course at a technical school in a municipality. Nursing professors were the participants. We used a semi-structured script to collect data sent by email. Data analysis was carried out through content analysis in the thematic modality. At this moment, three themes are presented, namely: The teaching work; Enunciating the challenges of being a teacher and finally, Reflecting on strategies for overcoming the challenges of being a teacher. It appears that the challenges faced by the professors of the Nursing Technician course interfer with their illness, suggesting the importance of studies that reflect this reality more broadly and the more cautious look of the competent authorities to minimize this problem.

Resumo: Introdução: historicamente, as ações de saúde pautaram-se no cuidado biológico, fragmentado, hospitalar e especializado. A formação do enfermeiro manteve a premissa de que a teoria deve anteceder a prática, com currículos organizados por disciplinas. No entanto, essa organização curricular vem sendo questionada. As Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, apontam para a necessidade da formação por competência, integralidade do cuidado, olhar ampliado do processo saúde-doença e da capacidade de atender as necessidades da população. Nesse sentindo, as Instituições de Ensino devem aproximar os estudantes ao mundo do trabalho, buscando superar o desafio de articular teoria e prática. Para essa compreensão, partiu-se da pergunta: como se dá a articulação teórico- prática na graduação em enfermagem? Objetivo: analisar como está ocorrendo a articulação teórico-prática na formação do enfermeiro no estado de São Paulo-Brasil. Método: estudo qualitativo fundamentado na hermenêutica-dialética, que analisou entrevistas de 21 professores de seis cursos de enfermagem. Resultados: observou-se, por um lado, aspectos que comprometem a articulação teórico-prática, como a organização curricular por disciplinas, a falta de definição dos conteúdos básicos necessários à formação do enfermeiro e a dicotomia entre ciclo básico e profissional. Em contrapartida, evidenciou-se um caminhar para efetivar essa articulação constatado pelo reconhecimento da importância do planejamento curricular conjunto e por iniciativas de currículo integrado, com construção do conhecimento a partir do mundo do trabalho. Conclusões: a articulação teórico-prática representa grande desafio na formação do enfermeiro. Seu enfrentamento pressupõe mudanças paradigmáticas nos currículos e, consequentemente, na forma de pensar e agir dos atores envolvidos no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, visando à praxis.

Abstract: Introduction: historically, health actions were guided by biological, fragmented, hospital and specialized care. The training of nurses maintained the premise that theory must precede practice, with curricula organized by disciplines. However, this curricular organization has been questioned. The National Curriculum Guidelines point to the need for training by competence, comprehensive care, an expanded look at the health- disease process and the ability to meet the needs of the population. In this sense, Teaching Institutions must bring students closer to the world of work, seeking to overcome the challenge of articulating theory with practice. For this understanding, we started with the question: how does the theoretical-practical articulation take place in undergraduate nursing? Goal: to analyze how the theoretical-practical articulation is taking place in the training of nurses in the state of São Paulo-Brazil; Method: qualitative study based on hermeneutics-dialectics, which analyzed interviews of 21 teachers from six nursing courses. Result: it was observed, on the one hand, aspects that compromise the theoretical-practical articulation, such as the curricular organization by subjects, the lack of definition of the basic contents necessary for the training of nurses and the dichotomy between basic and professional cycle. On the other hand, it was evident that there was a path to achieve this articulation, as evidenced by the recognition of the importance of joint curricular planning and by integrated curriculum initiatives, with the construction of knowledge from the world of work. Conclusions: the theoretical- practical articulation represents a great challenge in the training of nurses. Their confrontation presupposes paradigmatic changes in the curricula and, consequently, in the way of thinking and acting of the actors involved in the teaching-learning process, aiming at praxis.

Resumo: Introdução: A adoção da sistematização da assistencia de enfermagem é instrumento importante para a organização da prática, porém, há dificuldades em realizá-la na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Objetivo: analisar como os enfermeiros realizam a sistematização da assistência em enfermagem (SAE) na Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF). Métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo exploratória e descritiva, a coleta dos dados ocorreu por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada, com uma amostra intencional de 19 enfermeiros. Realizou-se a análise dos dados por meio da Análise de Conteúdo, modalidade temática. Resultados: há diversidade de referenciais na realização da SAE, sem definição de diretrizes por parte da gestão municipal. Com a implementação do e-SUS e do prontuário eletronico novos desafios surgiram, necessitando-se de formação dos profissionais para compreenderem a nova lógica de realização e registro do cuidado. Conclusões: a análise temática contribuiu para identificação dos desafios e estratégias para a implantação da SAE na APS.

Abstract: Introduction: The adoption of systematization of nursing care is an important tool for the organization of practice, however, there are difficulties in performing it in Primary Health Care (PHC). Objective: Analyze how nurses perform the systematization of nursing care (SNC) in the Family Health Strategy. Methods: This is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research, the data were collected through semi-structured interviews, with an intentional sample of 19 nurses. Data analysis was carried out through Content Analysis, thematic modality. Results: There is a diversity of references in the perform of the SNC, with no definition of guidelines by the municipal management. With the implementation of the e-SUS (a strategy to restructure Primary Care information at the national level, developed by the Brazilian national health system) and the electronic medical record, new challenges arose, requiring the training of professionals to understand the new logic of carrying out and registering the care provided. Conclusions: The thematic analysis contributed to the identification of the challenges and strategies for the implementation of the CNS in PHC.

Resumo: Introdução: A atuação em equipe é considerada um processo de trabalho para executar atividades de modo mais eficiente do que quando realizadas individualmente. Na área da saúde, esta proposta contribui para reorganizar o trabalho, com assistência mais integral e resolutiva aos usuários. Assim, a existência de reuniões de equipe de saúde instituídas formalmente pode garantir maior integralidade da atenção. Objetivos: Compreender quais são as percepções e vivências acerca da reunião de equipe para profissionais e gestoras de uma Unidade de Internação de Pediatria Clínica (UIPC). Métodos: Estudo de vertente qualitativa, organizado em dois momentos: Grupo Focal com os integrantes da reunião de equipe, totalizando nove profissionais, e entrevistas individuais por meio de roteiro semiestruturado com as gestoras, totalizando quatro profissionais. A análise dos dados ocorreu sob a ótica da Análise de Conteúdo - modalidade temática. Resultados: Os profissionais e as gestoras entendem como muito importante a manutenção e a ampliação do espaço da reunião de equipe, considerado referência para o cuidado em saúde ao possibilitar reflexões sobre o trabalho e as necessidades de saúde dos usuários, com maior resolutividade das intervenções. Entretanto, identificam entraves para este processo, uma vez que é necessário estar aberto à escuta e considerar o saber do outro. Também compreendem que a participação dos estudantes é imprescindível para o aprendizado acerca da integralidade do cuidado e que a gestão constitui uma importante aliada para valorização deste espaço. Conclusões: Considerando a pesquisa qualitativa, a coleta dos dados por meio das técnicas de Grupo Focal e de entrevista semiestruturada propiciou reflexões que possibilitaram ao grupo elencar estratégias de enfrentamento a obstáculos e identificar os benefícios do processo de reunião de equipe, com acompanhamento dinâmico da gestão e valorização deste processo de construção.

Abstract: Introduction: Team working is a complex of actions to perform a task more efficiently than when performed individually. In health, this process contributes to the reorganization of work, with more resolving and comprehensive assistance to users. Thus, understanding the implications of the form the health team meeting is instituted can guarantee a more comprehensive care to the user. Objectives: to understand what the perceptions and experiences regarding the team meeting for professionals and managers of a Clinical Pediatric Inpatient Unit (UIPC) are. Methodology: Qualitative study, divided into two moments: Focus Group with the members of the team meeting, totaling nine professionals, and individual interviews through a semi-directed script with the managers, totaling four professionals. Data analysis took place from the perspective of Content Analysis - thematic modality. Results: professionals and managers consider important the maintenance and expansion of the team meeting space, considered a reference for health care, as it allows reflections on the work and health needs of users, with greater resolution of the interventions. However, they identify obstacles to this process since it is necessary to be open to listening and considering the knowledge of others. They also understand that the participation of students is important for understanding the integrality of care and that management is an important ally for the valorization of this space. Conclusion: Considering the qualitative research, the collection of data using the Focus Group and semi-directed interview techniques provided reflections that enabled the group to list obstacle-coping strategies and identify the benefits of the team meeting process, with dynamic management monitoring and enhancement of this construction process.

Resumo: Introdução: A Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (ABP) ou Problem based learning (PBL) é um método ativo, entre outros, utilizado por instituições de ensino superior e a avaliação é um aspecto fundamental do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Considerando o tempo de desenvolvimento de métodos ativos, identificou-se a necessidade de realizar uma investigação em uma faculdade do interior paulista/Brasil, com o objetivo de analisar como está sendo desenvolvido o processo de avaliação, no cenário de tutorial dessa instituição. Método: fundamentou-se de acordo com a metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa em saúde com a realização de entrevistas com trinta estudantes da 1° a 4° série de medicina e 1° e 2° séries de enfermagem da referida instituição, no ano de 2018 e com dezoito tutores com no mínimo dois anos de experiência. Utilizou-se um instrumento com uma parte de identificação e outra com questões norteadoras. A análise dos dados foi facilitada pelo uso do software de análise qualitativa webQDA® e orientada pela análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: Após o processamento da análise, identificou-se alguns temas, cujo aspectos referente a Avaliação será explorado neste artigo: compreensões acerca das avaliações durante o processo tutorial; critérios de avaliação e dificuldade em avaliar o desempenho de estudantes e professores. Conclusão: A abordagem qualitativa possibilitou analisar o que estudantes e docentes da instituição pesquisada pensam a respeito da estrutura da avaliação no PBL e permitiu a observação das experiências de outras instituições de ensino superior ao redor do mundo.

Abstract: Introduction: Problem Based Learning (PBL) or Problem based learning (PBL) is an active method, among others, used by higher education institutions and assessment is a fundamental aspect of the teaching-learning process. Considering the time of development of active methods, the need to carry out an investigation in a college in the interior of São Paulo / Brazil was identified, with the aim of analyzing how the evaluation process is being developed, in the tutorial scenario of that institution. Method: it was based on the qualitative research methodology in health with interviews with thirty students from the 1st to the 4th series of medicine and the 1st and 2nd series of nursing from that institution, in the year 2018 and with eighteen tutors with at least two years of experience. An instrument with an identification part and another with guiding questions was used. Data analysis was facilitated by the use of qualitative analysis software webQDA® and guided by thematic content analysis. Results: After processing the analysis, some themes were identified, whose aspects regarding the Evaluation will be explored in this article: understandings about the evaluations during the tutorial process; evaluation criteria and difficulty in evaluating the performance of students and teachers. Conclusion: The qualitative approach made it possible to analyze what students and professors of the researched institution think about the structure of the evaluation in the PBL and allowed the observation of the experiences of other institutions of higher education around the world.

RESUMO Objetivo: Caracterizar práticas de simulação nos Cursos de Enfermagem do Brasil, considerando os atributos desenvolvidos. Métodos: Estudo transversal e descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa. Participaram do estudo 91 coordenadores de cursos de graduação. Foi utilizado questionário eletrônico com questões abertas e fechadas. Resultados: A modalidade de simulação mais utilizada foi a de Habilidades Específicas. Cursos privados e os cursos com currículos integrados utilizam com maior frequência a Simulação de Alta Fidelidade. A compreensão sobre a mobilização dos atributos afetivos ainda é insuficiente. Conclusão: É importante que os gestores dos cursos de graduação sejam sensibilizados e apropriem-se dos elementos que permeiam a realização da simulação e invistam para oportunizar um ambiente favorável para sua efetivação.

ABSTRACT Objective: to characterize simulation practices in nursing courses in Brazil, considering the attributes developed, facilities, and challenges encountered. Methods: this is a cross-sectional and descriptive study, with a quantitative approach. Ninety-one coordinators of undergraduate courses participated in the study. An electronic questionnaire was used with open- and closed-ended questions. Results: the most used simulation modality is Specific Skills. Private courses and courses with integrated curricula most often use High Fidelity Simulation. Understanding the mobilization of affective attributes is still insufficient. Conclusion: it is important that undergraduate course managers are aware and take ownership of the elements that permeate simulation and invest to create a favorable environment for its effectiveness.

RESUMEN Objetivo: caracterizar las prácticas de simulación en cursos de enfermería en Brasil considerando los atributos desarrollados, las instalaciones y los desafíos encontrados. Métodos: estudio transversal y descriptivo, con enfoque cuantitativo. En el estudio participaron 91 coordinadores de cursos de pregrado. Se utilizó un cuestionario electrónico con preguntas abiertas y cerradas. Resultados: la modalidad de simulación más utilizada fue Habilidades Específicas. Los cursos privados y los cursos con planes de estudio integrados suelen utilizar la Simulación de Alta Fidelidad. La comprensión de la movilización de atributos afectivos es aún insuficiente. Conclusión: es importante que los gerentes de los cursos de pregrado estén sensibilizados, apropiándose de los elementos que permean la simulación e invirtiendo para crear un entorno propicio para su efectividad.

Reconhece-se a importância dos avanços da tecnologia. Contudo, ela pode prejudicar o desenvolvimento da criança quando utilizada de forma inadequada. O objetivo geral dessa investigação é o de analisar o uso das tecnologias e seu impacto no desenvolvimento da criança. Os específicos, identificar quais são os meios utilizados pelas crianças e a intensidade do uso das tecnologias mais comuns; analisar como os responsáveis acompanham o uso e analisar os benefícios e os malefícios que as tecnologias trazem para a vida das crianças. O estudo foi realizado nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde de um município do interior paulista, onde entrevista-se o responsável que acompanhava a criança. Opta-se pela análise de conteúdo, modalidade temática. A análise dos dados nos permitiu identificar três temas: A) O acesso à tecnologia: conteúdo mais assistidos; B) O uso da tecnologia interferindo no desenvolvimento da criança e C) O monitoramento no uso das tecnologias.

The importance of advances in technology is recognized. However, it can impair the child's development when misused. The principal objective of this research is to analyze the use of technologies and their impact on the child's development. The specific ones, to identify which are the means used by children and the intensity of use of the most common technologies, analyze how those responsible control the use and examine the benefits and harms that technologies bring to children's lives. The study was carried out in the Basic Health Units of São Paulo City, where the person responsible for accompanying the child is interviewed. We opted for content analysis, thematic modality. Data analysis allowed us to identify three themes: A) The access to technology: most-watched content; B) The use of technology interfering with the child's development and C) Monitoring the use of technologies.
