The purpose of this is to describe a child with Horner's syndrome, a rare condition. A male child, 2 years and 1 month old, showed since birth ptosis of the left upper eyelid and miosis associated with sweating on the left hemiface. 2.5% phenylephrine eyedrop test diagnosed similar mydriasis in both sides. The history and clinical examination help to localize the level and to establish the origin of the lesion.
