SUMMARY
We reporte three cases of Diffuse Unilateral Subacute Neuroretinitis (DUSN) in PARANÁ - BRASIL with the finding of the subretinal worm. Two cases are from late DUSN. with optic atrophy, retinal arterial narrowing and irregular atrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium. The other case has evanescent gray white lesions caracteristics of early DUSN.
