SUMMARY
The authors report a case of keratoconus and Fuchs heterochromic cyclitis (FHC) in the same patient. After a review of the literature, we could not find any pathogenetic mechanisms common to both diseases. According to our knowlegde, this is the first time that such an association is described in the literature.
