Ten four weeks old rabbits underwent partial resection of the septal cartilage in which the mucoperichondrium was elevated and retained in position. The rabbits were operated at fourth week age and euthanasia was carried out in the twentieth week and cranial analysis showed alteration in growth of cranial bones.
