A parallel between two Euphorbiaceae-Tetranychidae (Acari) complexes in northeastern and southeastern Brazil

This note reports the parallel between the occurrence of the Jatropha gossypifolia L. - Tetranychus bastosi Tuttle, Baker & Sales complex in Northeastern Brazil and the Ricinus communis L. - Tetranychus desertorum Banks / T. ludeni Zacher complex in Southeastern Brazil, in areas disturbed by man.
