Family and impeachment of family power: a psychoanalytic study.

ABSTRACT:

This study aimed to analyze, from the psychoanalytic method, the family impeachment process, highlighting aspects of the dynamics of psychic functioning and deadlocks family-judiciary relationship. The search strategies were clinical case and document research. The analysis made themselves from listening in clinical care and read-directed attention to the processes in the judiciary. A pattern of family psychic functioning with demerger and estrangement characteristics is evidenced in the case. The study calls thinking devices that go beyond the rules implementing regulations and consider the subject and family in its singularity.
