Psychoanalysis and art: an observation concerning the non-relation in Louise Bourgeois: The return of forbidden desire. We show that the links between psychoanalysis and art can offer both advances and significant deviations in the direction originally proposed by Freud for the psychoanalytic praxis and for the field of art criticism. This text proposed to undertake a reflection that offers a few observations that can help those who take on the task of producing articulations between these two ways of dealing with the real through the symbolic. Through this discussion, our goal is to situate the importance of working from the intersection between these two fields.
