Transgressão é uma noção que com muita frequência é esquecida, estigmatizada, ou atribuída pela doxa psicanalítica a uma estrutura em particular: a perversão. A transgressão faz pensar na infração, na desordem, na liberdade. Essa liberdade, contudo, depende paradoxalmente da lei, ao ponto de lei e transgressão algumas vezes poderem se confundir. Veremos como a transgressão se liga aos conceitos de desejo, fantasma e gozo, por meio das contribuições de Bataille e de Lacan, destacando os pontos de encontro e os de divergência entre esses dois autores, 'transgressores', sem sombra de dúvida.

Transgression is a stigmatized notion, often forgotten or attributed by the psychoanalytical doxa to a particular structure: perversion. Transgression reminds violation, disorder, freedom. But paradoxically, this particular freedom depends on the law, to the point that law and transgression can sometimes be confused. We shall see how transgression is bound to the concepts of desire, fantasy and enjoyment, through the contribution of Bataille and Lacan, stressing similarities and differences between these two authors, doubtless "transgressors".

A partir da noção de "gozo", aqui considerada como um conceito e uma dimensão do campo da psicanálise, interroga-se a lógica estrutural deste campo, sugerindo-se a possibilidade de introduzir uma leitura também genealógica sobre o gozo e o corpo. Articulam-se algumas proposições psicanalíticas com uma genealogia foucaultiana, sugerindo, por fim, alguns momentos da obra de Lacan, em que se poderiam vislumbrar considerações genealógicas na construção dos conceitos psicanalíticos.

Based on the idea of jouisance, here viewed both as a concept and as a dimension in the field of psychoanalysis, the author examines the structural logic of this field, suggesting the possibility of introducing an also genealogical reading about jouisance and the body. Some psychoanalytical propositions are linked to Foucault's genealogy, eventually suggesting that genealogical considerations in the construction of psychoanalytical concepts could be discerned at some moments in the work of Lacan.

O sistema cartesiano fornece as bases para o Romantismo produzir um novo objeto: o 'eu' simultaneamente interioridade e alteridade. Tal invenção incide sobre os campos científico, político, social, artístico e produz consequências éticas e estéticas que perduram no século XXI. Pretende-se, aqui, propor uma aproximação do estilo de Freud com o impressionismo, sem deixar de reconhecer, no pensamento literário romântico, o ponto de inflexão na produção de uma nova racionalidade. Apontar a emergência do eu, tal como (re)apresentado por Freud, implica reconhecê-lo como tributário do ideal romântico. Ao mesmo tempo, tenta-se destacar a virada epistemológica que Freud imprime ao conceito numa proposta ainda hoje subversiva.

The Cartesian system provides the fundamental principles for Romanticism to produce a new object: the 'self', simultaneously as interiority and alterity. This invention falls on the scientific, political, social, and artistic fields that produce ethical and aesthetic consequences that endured in the 21st century. The aim of this essay is to offer an approximation between Freud's style and Impressionism, while recognizing the point of inflection in the production of a new rationality in the literary romantic thought. Pointing to the emergence of the self, as (re)presented by Freud means to recognize it as a tributary of the romantic ideal. At the same time, it highlights the epistemological change that Freud imprints on this concept in a proposal that has remained subversive until today.

Percorrem-se algumas linhas do pensamento de Michel Foucault. Tematiza-se o percurso histórico da loucura e a inserção desta em um campo de oposição entre a razão e a desrazão. Destaca-se a desapropriação, sofrida pela loucura, da possibilidade de falar a verdade de si. Neste sentido, a criação da psiquiatria, nos primórdios do século XIX, caracteriza-se pelo silenciamento moral da loucura; silenciamento este com o qual a psicanálise mais tarde compactua. Em um segundo momento, aborda-se o desenvolvimento histórico da relação médico-paciente enfatizando as práticas psiquiátricas e a contestação destas pela antipsiquiatria.

The aim of this article is to explore Michel Foucault's thoughts through the historic course of madness and its insertion in a field of opposition between reason and non-reason. The deprivation that affected madness in relation to its possibility of expressing the truth about itself is highlighted here. In that sense, the creation of psychiatry in the early XIX century is featured by the moral silence of madness which psychoanalysis will be in agreement with later on. Then, the historic development of the relationship between the doctor and the patient emphasizing the psychiatric practices and their contestation by anti-psychiatry is approached.

Enfatiza-se a importância da realidade e da experiência atual na constituição do sujeito, por meio da apresentação das ideias de Hans W. Loewald e do exame de sua concepção original de realidade. A natureza relacional das pulsões, a ideia do novo objeto na relação analítica, a noção de invenção da realidade, o conceito de sublimação e a forma de compreender o simbolismo estão entre as formulações mais importantes de Loewald acerca do papel do ambiente na constituição do sujeito. Suas formulações também permitem a compreensão da inserção do sujeito na realidade social contemporânea.

This paper is focused on the importance of reality and on the current experience in the constitution of subjectivity based on Hans W. Loewald's ideas, and on his original conception of reality. The relational character of drives, the idea of a new object for the psychoanalytical relationship, the invention of reality, the conception of sublimation, and the understanding of symbolism are among Loewald's most important ideas concerning the role of the environment in the constitution of subjectivity. His ideas are also important for a more specific understanding of the relationship between subjectivity and contemporary social reality.

A escrita lacaniana dos discursos é composta de elementos (letras), lugares (quadrantes) e funções (operadores lógicos). Cada um dos discursos formalizados por Lacan é composto pela distribuição peculiar dessas letras nesses lugares e funções. Lacan estabeleceu, desse modo, uma estrutura própria para cada um dos quatro discursos: o discurso psicanalítico, o discurso do mestre, o discurso histérico e o discurso universitário. Examinamos a construção lógica feita por Lacan - principalmente no Seminário 17, O avesso da psicanálise - para cada um desses discursos, ressaltando suas consistências, aproximações e contrastes. Pretende-se demonstrar como a devida consideração à teoria lacaniana dos discursos pode ser um importante meio de abordagem psicanalítica do sujeito por meio de seu universo discursivo.

The writing of Lacan's discourses is made up of elements (letters), places (quadrants) and functions (logical operators). Each of these discourses formalized by Lacan is composed by the peculiar distribution of these letters in these places and functions. Lacan established, in this way, his own structure for each of the four discourses: the psychoanalytical discourse, the master discourse, the hysterical discourse and the university discourse. Lacan's logical construction was analyzed - mainly in Seminar 17, The contrary of the Psychoanalysis - for each of these discourses, highlighting their consistencies, approaches and contrasts. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how the appropriate consideration in Lacan's discourses can be an important psychoanalytical approach of the subject by means of its discursive universe.

Tenta-se ressaltar como o caminho trilhado por Freud na concepção dos conceitos de saúde e doença se diferencia do modo dicotômico como em geral a separação entre esses conceitos é pensada pela saúde mental. Trava-se uma discussão acerca de algumas construções freudianas fundamentais: o estudo da sexualidade sem perspectiva normalizadora; o uso de diagnósticos que ultrapassam a bipartição entre saudável e doente; e uma proposta de tratamento que não visa apenas a eliminação da doença. Freud inaugura com isso uma nova lógica, nomeada aqui como um "entre caminhos".

This article emphasizes how the path followed by Freud in the elaboration of the concepts of health and illness differs from the dichotomist manner in which they are generally thought of in the area of Mental Health. There is a discussion on some of the fundamental Freudian constructions: the study of the sexuality without a perspective of normalization; the use of diagnosis that overwhelm the bipartition regarding the healthy and the sick; and a treatment proposal that does not simply aim at the elimination of the illness. Freud inaugurates, therefore, a new logic, named in this paper as a "between paths".

O artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa sobre adolescentes autores de atos de agressão sexual, examinados no âmbito de perícias judiciárias. Esses sujeitos tinham sido crianças instáveis, agitadas ou, ainda, hiperativas. Procura-se, então, explicar de que maneira a hiperatividade infantil, dificuldade de tratar mentalmente as excitações pulsionais, constitui fator de risco de agressão sexual na adolescência. A noção de narcisismo fálico permite esclarecer os impasses identificatórios e a dificuldade de compor com a mutualidade dos desejos.

This paper presents the results of a research about adolescents having perpetrated sexual assault, met in the precinct of judiciary expertise. These subjects had been instable children, agitated or yet hyperactive. The author tries then to explain how infantile hyperactivity, the difficulty to mentally deal with drive excitations, can be a risk factor of sexual assault in adolescence. The notion of phallic narcissism allows illuminating the identificatory deadlocks and the trouble to reconcile with the mutuality of desires.

Pretende-se investigar o conceito lacaniano de ato. Para isso, adotamos, em primeiro lugar, o fio condutor do seminário O ato psicanalítico (1967-68) para analisar o conceito de ato em cinco teses fundamentais. Em seguida, procura-se aproximar os conceitos de ato analítico e de passagem ao ato com base na hipótese de um caráter constitutivamente falho do ato. Por fim, busca-se explicitar a noção de passagem ao ato "falha", interpretando-a como a falha do ato que aponta para a irrupção da verdade do objeto a.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate Lacan's concept of act. Therefore, firstly, under the guiding-thread of Lacan's seminary The Psychoanalytical Act (1967-68), the concept of act in five main theses is analyzed. Next, a connection is made on the concept of psychoanalytical act with that of passage to the act on the basis of the hypothesis of a constitutive failure of the act. Lastly, the notion of a "failed passage to the act" as that failure which reveals the truth of object a is interpreted.

Procura-se problematizar os impasses relacionados às atividades do profissional que direciona sua escuta para o outro. Para tanto, recorre-se à tragédia de Édipo e analisa-se a tradução realizada face ao enigma da esfinge. Os pressupostos da identidade e da diferença são utilizados para problematizar a alteridade. A análise critica o modelo epistêmico que expurga a metáfora e a tragédia do processo de conhecer.

This article problematizes the deadlocks related to the activities of the professional whose listening is guided to the other one. Therefore, he/she falls back to Oedipus Tragedy and analyses the translation done for the Enigma of the Sphinx. The presuppositions of identity and difference are used to render problematize the alterity. This analysis criticizes the epistemic model that expunges the process of metaphor and tragedy from the knowing process.

Pretende-se examinar a atualidade das contribuições do pensamento de Sándor Ferenczi para a construção da experiência analítica. Em um primeiro momento, visa-se discutir os conceitos de afeto e intensidade em sua obra, para, em seguida, examinar com mais profundidade algumas questões por ele levantadas acerca do lugar do analista e da importância da confiança e da sinceridade do analista no dispositivo analítico, questões essas intensificadas quando de sua última inventiva metodológica, a saber, a análise mútua.

This article aims at studying the currentness of the contributions of Sándor Ferenczi's thought in the building of the psychoanalytical experience. To begin with, the affection and intensity concepts as described in his work will be put into discussion and, subsequently, some issues he raised concerning the analyst's place as well as the analyst's confidence and frankness in the analytical apparatus will be examined in detail. Such issues have been intensified in Ferenczi's late methodology, known as mutual analysis.

Universal e milenar é a prática humana de consumir drogas. Para a psicanálise, a maior visibilidade desse uso na contemporaneidade está relacionada ao que Lacan denominou discurso do capitalista. Tomando esse discurso como orientador do agir na atualidade, pretende-se discutir como esse discurso se relaciona ao uso de drogas na sociedade contemporânea, como incide sobre cada sujeito, que influência tem sobre a forma como cada um se relaciona com as substâncias tóxicas e como contribui para delimitar a diferença entre o que tem sido denominado de 'toxicomanias' e a prática configurada como o simples uso de drogas.

The human practice of consuming drugs is universal and millenary. According to psychoanalysis, the widest visibility of this use in the present time is related to what Lacan coined as address of the capitalist. In a sense, taking this form of address as guidance for acting nowadays, this paper aims at discussing how this discourse relates to the alarming use of drugs in the present time, how it affects each single subject and what influence it has on the way each one relates to drugs and also how it contributes to delimitate the difference between what has been named as 'drug addictions' and the practice of simple drug use.

Pretende-se discutir a anorexia e sua incidência preponderante em jovens mulheres, extraindo da teorização da experiência indicações para a direção do tratamento psicanalítico. Discute-se a anorexia como sintoma contemporâneo e examina-se a hipótese de uma estratégia de paridade entre os sexos. A resposta anoréxica é articulada à problemática da sexuação no ensino de Jacques Lacan, sendo tal resposta circunscrita ao impasse relativo à inexistência do universal das mulheres. Com um fragmento de caso, interroga-se a manobra de instituir uma exceção no lado mulher da partilha sexual e aponta-se a função da angústia nesta clínica.

This paper aims at discussing anorexia and its predominant incidence among young women, drawing out some indications for psychoanalytical treatment from the experience theorization. Anorexia as a contemporary symptom is discussed and the hypothesis of a parity strategy between the genders is examined. The anorectic response is articulated to the problematic of sexuation in Jacques Lacan's teaching. Such response is circumscribed in the impasse related to the nonexistence of the women's universality. Based on a case fragment, an interrogation is made upon the maneuver to establish an exception on the woman's side of the gender division and the anguish function in this clinic is indicated.
