RESUMO: A partir do caso, divulgado pela mídia, de Thomas Beatie, o "primeiro homem grávido", revisitamos interrogações freudianas sobre o "fator" da diferença sexual e as dificuldades encontradas pela análise no ponto de limite do "rochedo" identificado por Freud. Detectamos, neste caso, um possível eco da "recusa do feminino", em particular na produção da expressão "homem grávido", grafado com "o". Concomitantemente, o "rochedo" se revela em sua função de dobradiça entre a reatualização dos conflitos psíquicos do passado, o tratamento dado a isso e a abertura ética promovida por Freud de um posicionamento do sujeito face à experiência da diferença sexual, tornada acessível pela análise.

ABSTRACT: Current issues on the Freudian 'rock': 'the first pregnant man'. From Thomas Beatie's story, reported by the media as the "first pregnant man", we revisit some Freudian questions about the "factor" of the sexual difference and the difficulties found by psychoanalysis at the limit point of the "rock", identified by Freud. We have detected a possible echo of the "refusal of the feminine", particularly in the French spelling of the expression "pregnant". Concurrently, the "rock" is revealed in its hinge function between the updating of past psychic conflicts, their treatment and the ethical openness promoted by Freud of a positioning of the subject according to the experience of sexual difference, made accessible through psychoanalysis.

RESUMO As mudanças no laço social contemporâneo propõem uma grande oportunidade de repensar o lugar e os fundamentos da psicanálise. Com uma multiplicidade sintomática, os fenômenos relativos ao corpo se apresentam fomentando a ampliação das discussões sobre o tema do gozo, articulado ao discurso. Abordaremos aqui esta questão recorrendo a uma breve contextualização histórica dos modos de contemplação do corpo, até a atualidade, quando podemos perceber mudanças substanciais no gozo relativo ao corpo. Exploraremos ainda as conceituações freudianas e lacanianas procurando debater as mudanças necessárias que a psicanálise é convocada a fazer ante as mutações do laço social.

ABSTRACT Speech and joy: Psychoanalysis and Society. Changes in the contemporary social bond propose a great opportunity to rethink the place and the foundations of psychoanalysis. With a multitude of presentations, the phenomena related to the body foster the expansion of the discussions on the theme of joy, articulated to the speech. This issue is discussed here with a brief historical background on the forms of body contemplation, until the present, where we can see substantial changes in the enjoyment for the body. We further explore the Freudian and Lacanian concepts aiming to discuss the necessary changes that psychoanalysis is called to do in the face of changes in the social bond.

RESUMO Lacan abordou os fenômenos psicossomáticos através do conceito de significante congelado. Os autores que se inspiraram nele fizeram uso desse conceito de diversas maneiras. Existem diferenças entre esses autores quanto à possibilidade de uma determinação concreta de tais significantes congelados (holófrases) que seriam suscetíveis de serem enfatizados pelo analista. Segundo alguns desses autores, o enfatizar tais significantes poderia colocar fim aos fenômenos psicossomáticos. Outros autores lacanianos contestam o valor clínico desse tipo de intervenção. O autor questiona também o parentesco entre os fenômenos psicossomáticos e outros fenômenos clínicos como a alucinação, a emoção, o humor e a passagem ao ato.

ABSTRACT Psychoanalytic research on psychosomatic phenomena. Lacan approached the psychosomatic phenomena using the concept of the frozen signifier. Lacanian authors have used this concept in a variety of ways. Yet differences do exist among Lacanian writers themselves, mainly in what concerns the possibility of a concrete determination of such frozen signifiers (holophrasis), which could be spotted by the therapist. According to some of these authors, emphasizing such signifiers could lead the psychosomatic phenomena to an end. Other Lacanian writers question the clinical value of this type of intervention. The author also questions the kinship between the psychosomatic phenomena and other clinical phenomena such as hallucination, emotion, mood and passing in the action.

RESUMO Discute-se a crítica freudiana ao discurso da degenerescência através da análise da noção de sexualidade perverso-polimorfa no contexto das descontinuidades de sua teoria pulsional. Para cumprir esse propósito, revisita-se o discurso da degenerescência, discriminando a teia conceitual que lhe serve de suporte. Em seguida, esquadrinha-se, na obra freudiana, a contundente crítica a esse discurso, a partir da análise dos desdobramentos teórico-clínicos da emergência da noção de sexualidade perverso-polimorfa e seus rebatimentos na concepção de neurose e fantasia. Por fim, o trabalho aponta para a atualidade do gesto freudiano de explicitar tensões entre psicanálise e psiquiatria.

ABSTRACT Freud, the perverse-polymorphous sexuality and the critique of the degeneracy discourse: revisiting tensions between psychoanalysis and psychiatry. This paper discusses the Freudian critique to the discourse of degeneracy by analyzing the notion of perverse-polymorphous sexuality in the context of the discontinuities of his drive theory. To fulfill this purpose, the article revisits the discourse of degeneracy, detailing the conceptual net that supports it. Then, it scans in Freud, the severe critique to this discourse, from the analysis of the theoretical and clinical consequences of the emergence of the notion of perverse-polymorphous sexuality and its repercussions in the design of neurosis and fantasy. Finally, the study points to the relevance of the Freudian act of making tensions explicit between psychoanalysis and psychiatry.

RESUMO Para refletir sobre certas peculiaridades contemporâneas do laço social, a temporalidade lógica em jogo no laço social é abordada a partir de uma articulação entre o mito freudiano de Totem e tabu e o sofisma lacaniano O tempo lógico e a asserção de certeza antecipada, ressaltando-se a necessidade de uma escansão temporal com função significante ao laço social. A mutação do discurso do mestre ao discurso do capitalista astuciosamente faz com que a escansão significante evite o nível do impossível, da impotência ou a separação pela barra, ligando S1 diretamente a S2, afetando a temporalidade lógica, e, consequentemente, o laço social.

ABSTRACT Social bond, temporality and discourse: from Totem and taboo to the capitalist discourse. In order to reflect on certain contemporary peculiarities of the social bond, the logical temporality at stake regarding the social bond is addressed from an articulation between the Freudian myth of Totem and taboo and the Lacanian sophism The logical time and the assertion of anticipated certainty, highlighting the need of a temporal scansion with significant function to establish the social bond. The mutation of the master's discourse into the capitalist discourse cunningly makes the significant scansion avoid the impossible and the impotence levels, as much as the separation imposed by the bar, directly tying S1 to S2, affecting the logical temporality and, consequently, the social bond.

RESUMO Retoma-se uma questão central à discussão nosográfica em psicanálise e que se refere ao estatuto da perversão e à sobreposição entre psicopatologia e código moral. Partindo de leituras contemporâneas que privilegiam o uso da categoria de perversão na crítica da contemporaneidade, procuramos destacar o valor moral de tal uso, bem como suas implicações teóricas e éticas. Em seguida, procuramos mostrar como tal uso se vincula ainda à demarcação de limites para o humano, indicando a necessidade de repensar a categoria de perversão, tendo como referência tal discussão sobre o que define a humanidade.

ABSTRACT Mankind and its borders: a critical reading on the contemporary use of the category of perversion. This paper resumes a central issue in the psychoanalytical nosographic discussion concerning the status of perversion and the overlap between psychopathology and moral code. Starting with contemporary readings that emphasize the use of the category of perversion in the critique of the contemporary world, we try to stress the moral value of such use, as well as its theoretical and ethical implications. Then, we show how such use is linked to the demarcation of boundaries for the human being, indicating the need to rethink the category of perversion, having such discussion on what defines humanity as a reference.

RESUMO Para encaminhar de maneira adequada a reflexão de Jacques Lacan acerca do tempo faz-se necessário retornar a 1945, quando o psicanalista enuncia pela primeira vez o conceito de tempo lógico. A fim de identificar aquilo que no interior da elaboração lacaniana a respeito do tempo será decisivo para o debate acerca deste fenômeno, também se fazem necessárias considerações acerca da temporalidade da situação analítica como fomentada pelo futuro anterior, que, por sua vez, parte de uma releitura do processo de Nachträglichkeit proposto inicialmente por Freud.

ABSTRACT The time in Lacan. To comment on the conception of time in Jacques Lacan it is necessary to go back to 1945 when the psychoanalyst enunciated for the first time the concept of logical time. In order to identify what is crucial to the debate about this phenomenon in the Lacanian elaboration on time, it is necessary to consider the temporality of the analytic situation as marked by the future perfect, which has, in turn, its origin in the process of Nachträglichkeit, initially proposed by Freud.

RESUMO Pretende-se introduzir o termo desmentido de privação, propondo com este definir uma modalidade defensiva própria da contemporaneidade. O artigo situa esta posição defensiva como índice da evanescência do ideal do eu na atualidade. Para tal, analisa-se o conceito de privação em Lacan e sua implicação na formação do ideal do eu, discutindo sobre a função paterna na constituição do sujeito contemporâneo.

ABSTRACT The denial of deprivation in present time. This article introduces the term denial of deprivation, proposing a definition of defense modality which is typical of contemporaneity and it places this defense position as the evanescence index of the ideal ego nowadays. For this purpose, it analyzes the concept of deprivation in Lacan and its implication in the formation of the ideal ego, discussing about the paternal function in the constitution of the contemporaneous subject.

RESUMO Perante o sofrimento emocional observado na clínica psicanalítica contemporânea, pretende-se discutir as implicações das relações inter-humanas iniciais para a constituição subjetiva. Sob o referencial psicanalítico winnicottiano, apresentam-se reflexões que contemplam as dimensões de saúde psíquica e adoecimento a partir de uma perspectiva psicopatológica relacional. O sofrimento psíquico aqui referido se origina de possíveis experiências traumáticas no bojo da relação mãe-bebê, que podem levar o indivíduo a uma vivência confusa, ou, ainda, à impossibilidade de gestar seu próprio nascimento psíquico. Conclui-se que o paradigma winnicottiano contribuiu de forma original para o campo da saúde mental possibilitando manejos clínicos diferenciados.

ABSTRACT Subjective constitution and mental health: Winnicott's contributions. Towards the emotional suffering observed in contemporary psychoanalytic practice, this article discusses the implications of initial inter-human relationships for the subjective constitution. Based on Winnicott's psychoanalytic references, the paper presents some reflections that contemplate the dimensions of mental health and illness from a relational psychopathological perspective. The psychic suffering discussed arises from possible traumatic experiences in the midst of the mother-infant relationship, which may lead the individual to a confusing experience, or even to the impossibility of gestating his/her own psychic birth. The conclusion is that the Winnicott's paradigm has contributed in an original way to the field of mental health, enabling differential clinical managements.
