Medulloblastoma of cerebellum with multiple cerebral metastases

Two cases of cerebellar medulloblastoma with multiple cerebral metastases at the frontal and parietal lobes are reported. The macroscopic features of the cerebral metastases were similar to those of the primary cerebellar tumor.
