After a brief reference to the clinical aspects of trigeminal neuralgia, the author reports the chemical and pharmacological properties of G-32883 and proceeds to the analysis of the medicament's effect on 19 patients, of an initial casuistics of 21. On concluding, the author accepted the scientists favourable opinion on the beneficial effects of the drug against trigeminal neuralgia.
