In the framework of the International Seminar "Teacher Training and Knowledge" (oct.2014) organized by the University of Sorocaba we present an analysis of the impact of ICTS in the processes of knowledge. We try to demonstrate that these effects are produced in several directions: changes in the perception of reality, of subjectivity, in the use of language, on the paradigms and on social relations. We propose to improve suitable skills for the change of paradigm, i.e. the ability to search and interpret information; the ability to think scientifically, the ability to communicate, the ability to live together, the ability to learn languages.
