This article reports a proposal on the development of projects aimed at users collaborative production distributed by convergent media with the purpose of investigating the process of insertion of televised media and of the interactivity resources, derived from Digital TV, within the concept of the content generating user, making use of the Brazilian university television network as a locus of experimentation, as well as verifying the potential - of the projects and of the University TVs - as innovators and holders of social technology.
