Collective work practices: family health team professionals

This article aims to analyze the working practices within the collective of top-level professionals linked to the health of the family of Montes Claros (MG), Brazil. This is a cross-sectional study, nature quantitative and census. Data collection took place through a questionnaire self-administered. The data were analyzed in the Statistical Program SPSS. Participated 95 nursing professionals, medicine and dentistry. Most performs health education for pregnant women (86.8%), hypertensive (81.0%) and diabetic (79.0%). The professionals carry out home visits, being the most prominent criterion bedridden condition (33.0%). The majority (90%) for time in the schedule for managerial, administrative actions, for reflection in team and permanent education. It was concluded that work practices in family health incorporated in collective actions, suggesting reorientation of the health care model.
