Living and working in occupied territory: Palestine and her people

This paper analyzes, from a historical perspective, the different juridical and administrative means as well as the resolutions of international organs in the regulation of a disputed area among Jews and Palestinians the Gaza strip. Beginning from reading the press and specialized academic magazines the author reveals the difficulties lived by the Palestinians in their organization of life and work, for the restrictions of movement within the Gaza Strip territory, that transform them in refugees in their own land. She concludes that those land regulatory devices ended up fundamenting the inequality of those people before the law, denying the Palestinians the application of the international law according to which people are the owners of their own destinies.
