The new system of Electronic Commerce/TIPS has shown a steadfast growing, reaching a 565% month average. The access to WEB takes place through TIPS international nodes on Internet, in Latin America (<a href="http://tips.org.uy">tips.org.uy</a>), in Europe (<a href="http://www.tips.org">www.tips.org</a>), and in USA (<a href="http://www.redtips.org">www.redtips.org</a>), as well as through different national nodes. TIPS network in Latin America is developing a strategy of alliance with the main Internet providers, in order to offer a better access quality and a wider coverage, encouraging agreements in all the countries and in different regions, what would allow a substantial electronic promotion of this service use. "TIPS Image" department is making the final tests for soon launching, in the whole region, a CD-ROM, "Internet for Entrepreneurs - Electronic Commerce for Small and Medium-size Enterprises", in two versions, Spanish and Portuguese.
