The objective of this work consists in investigating the dynamics of group of learning in a science workshop. The group selected for the research consisted of four students. The data had been collected in 1º semester of 2004 through video recording of the lesson in a public school of the city of Londrina/PR. The theoretical basis for the analysis and interpretation of the data is psychoanalytical, particularly the Theory of Pichon-Rivière. From the results we identify the group-professor relationship bond established by the group as it evolved. We conclude by arguing that some aspects should be taken in consideration in the promotion and support of the learning in groups in classrooms.
