A fotossíntese no ensino fundamental: compreendendo as interpretações dos alunos

This research is about interpretative gestures from students, in the teaching of photosynthesis with eight graders in Junior High School. Our reference is the French discourse analysis, and Bachelard's Epistemology. The interpretation gestures are considered important in the process of scholar mediation of school science, as a consequence of recognizing that the multiplicity of meanings is proper of the language nature, and the identification of these gestures is a way to offer the students an access to scientific discourse. Our goal in this paper is to show different interpretations, and understand how they act in the construction of meanings about photosynthesis.
