This paper attempts to understand the actual movements of petroleum price increase and the dollar currency depreciation. In this uncertainness conjuncture, USA suffers from important retraction in economic and geopolytic spheres. Extern and budgetary North American deficits induce an unbalance dynamic which tends to rearrange the world economy.
