INCISIVE BOVINE TEETH REABILITATION WITH METALIC PARTIAL ATTACHED PROSTHESIS

Twelve bovine, six to twelve years old, mixed breed, were used to check the viable reabilitation of incisive teeth with metalic partial attached prosthesis application. The management was made making an acrilic resin mould, patterned teeth with alginate to made an hard plaster of Paris model and elaboration of prosthesis in metalic liague of nickel-chromo and copper-aluminium. It was observed that the prosthesis mantained restrained with a significative wear down in the oclusal face, permitting the recuperation of the capacity to fragment forage in semi-intensive creation's animals. The prosthesis can be used to prevent serious disturbance of incisive teeth wear down or restabilish their functions.
