Open-access Enzymes in feeds for swine

Enzymes are globular proteins of tertiary or quaternary structure that act like biologic catalyzers and are involved in all ways in animal metabolism. The enzymes on the market are generally originated from bacteria like Bacillus sp or by fungi like Aspergillus sp. The beneficial effects of their utilization have been observed through research around the world. The objective of this review is the discussion of several aspects of enzymes utilization in swine nutrition.
