EMBRYO MORTALITY AND THE EFFICACY OF ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION IN SHEEP

Aspects concerning frequency and importance of the embryo mortality in sheep both naturally and artificially mated were presented. It is possible to infer from the reports examined, that there are high rates of embryo mortality after artificial breeding, but probably it is not the most important factor related to low conception rates at first mating.
