The analogy and the feeling of the speaking subject in Saussure

ABSTRACT

The aim of the present study is to go through some of the manuscripts of Saussure, such as the First Saussure Conference at the University of Geneva and the notebooks of his students, especially the Riedlinger’s notes from the first and the second Saussure’s courses, as well as the Course in General Linguistics (1916), focused on the analyzes, from the synchronic perspective, of the role of the Saussure’s speaking subject in relation to the analogy. Our intention is to delineate the contours of the analogy in order to verify the relation of the speaking subject with the linguistic creations derived from this phenomenon.
