The aim of this study was to review the literature concerning the treatment of Class II malocclusion with removable maxillary splint associated to the high traction, enhancing its influence in the bony growth and its benefits. This clinical case will show the fabrication and the effects of Thurow's appliance, when it's used in the mixed dentition for the correction skeletal class II malocclusion.
