The Leadership theme insertion in the Nursing Administration of a private college in São Paulo city 1998 to 2004

With the objective of describe the evolution of leadership approach of the plans in the eight disciplines, dedicated to nursing administration, magistrsted at nursing the college of Unisa in the period from 1996 to 2004 , were analyzed from 27 plans of disciplines practicing in the period, the objectives, the strategic of teaching- learning of to and of value, the utilized treatment analysis of speech Bardin, point that leadership theme was not much evaluated in the period studied, it was observed too that the curriculum of the course has passed by three moments of the changes in the period studied, propitious to improve the dedication to leadership theme, but it did not happen, remaining only the creation of one optional discipline with this content, conclusion was that academic staff responsible for their discipline nursing administration made change in the plans, but not having in mind the educational direction paradigm which could stand out the leadership theme.
