Female patient that suffers from heart disease with pressure ulcer: a phenomenological reflection on a clinical care model of comfort

This is a reflection on the possibility of developing, in nursing clinical practice, a care for cardiac women affected by pressure ulcer during hospitalization, in order to promote comfort. Thus, the objective was to develop a model of care based on Heidegger's phenomenological method. Once understanding this phenomenon motivates the development of actions that authentically promote comfort. It is considered that the genuine nursing care to this clientele seeks a new vision of clinical practice of nursing and favors the perception of comfort.
