Anxiety about ethical values, focusing the ethics and the human being impelled us to develop the present work, whose objective is to think about the ethical subjects of the current time and their implications in the professional formation. To base our reflections we looked for the literature pertinent on the subject and we detached our comments in two sub-themes: ethical implications in the social inequality and challenges for to rescue the ethics. We made salient the thought that the ethics in the current society it's disseminated and little solid before the corruption of values, therefore, it falls to the professional future to question and to revise their actions, constantly, with the intention of rescuing human values gone back to the respect and the solidarity. Before the exposed, we considered to be in the ethics the idea to guide the changes in our society, that it may serve as base to build a fairer society and deigns for all.
