THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE TRAINEESHIP SUPERVISED IN FORMATION OF TEACHING AND EDUCATION MANAGEMENT FOR THE BASIC EDUCATION

The objective of the article is to discuss the potential of the Traineeship Supervised in contributing to a formation of licensing where teaching and education management are conceived in the form joined the construction of the pedagogic school practice. The empirical base of the study is in the supervision of the traineeships in education Management between 2007 and 2008. There are discussed the origins and bases of the articulation teaching and management in the teachers' formation in Brazil, beginning to appear like theoretical reference the model of education management whit democracy. Ahows up what this articulation contributes in the overcoming of a broken up vision of the pedagogic practice and it favored the appearance of new themes to be investigated in what it refers to the pedagogic-curriculum - management.
