Evaluation of the employment of adsorventes: active coal, chromosorb W and membrane C18 in the preparation of samples of air for the d-aletrine determination in shut atmospheres

The synthetic piretróides is thoroughly insecticide used for the control of agents patogênics, from the agricultural production to the protection of the human health, even so, in spite of its countless advantages they can cause intoxications potentially in individuals exposed its several presentations. Samples of air were collected by the generation of the atmosphere pattern, where the d-aletrine was adsorbed in cartridges contends Active Coal, Chromosorb W and Membrane C18. The determinations of the concentrations were made using a system of gaseous chromatography. The adsorvents active Coal, Chromosorb W and Membrane C18 presented adsorptions of 100.8., 104.1 and 100.5%, with a relative standard deviation of 4.1, 7.5 and 7.9%, respectively. After the determination of the concentration of the d-aletrine in different days of the week was obtained values of 3.4., 8.5 and 12.7 mg.m³ of d-aletrine, respectively.
