To keep a balance between the two areas, considering their singularities, it is necessary a multidisciplinary approach which, discussing conceptual and methodological approaches and differences, leads to the possibility of a critical analysis of this relation. The researcher has to move between the two perspectives, showing competence and capacity to establish links between them. This dialogue allows approaches of phenomenon, as the meditation practice.
