Professors' creative possibilities in post-graduation stricto sensu courses

The present article presents the results of the research that aimed to identify the stricto sensu post-graduation educators' possibilities of turning their educational practice and academic orientation into a creative and innovative learning process. A qualitative research was accomplished with case studies analysis. The selection of instruments and research techniques were based on González Rey. Interviews were conducted throughout a five months period. Four subjects participated in this research, all of them were researchers and educators from the stricto sensu post-graduation in Salvador, Bahia. The educators admit the importance of creativity in educational context and confirm the possibility to implement the a pedagogical practice and an academic orientation ruled by creativity presupposition. Moreover, the research demonstrated the directors' intention in introducing innovations in the post-graduation programs.
