Psychological evaluation in selecting process: contributions from systemic theory

The psychological evaluation has been one of the main phases in the selecting process of employees in the organizations. However, it does not depend only on the application of instruments and evaluation of their results. Two other important stages are part of it: the initial planning and the results feedback, besides the theory basis that guides all the process. So, this article tries to get a look at these psychological evaluation several stages according to the systemic theory, and brings contributions to its application.
