It was structured, theoretically, from a psychometric viewpoint and had the objective of exploring the relationship between spiritual intelligence and abstract, verbal and numerical reasoning in university students attending the 1st and 5th years of a graduate psychology course in a private university in the state of São Paulo. The instruments used were the Reasoning Test Battery and the Spiritual Intelligence Inventory. Students volunteered to take part and the data collection took place collectively in just one session.
