Maslow's theory is by far the most known theory of motivation, and the most common in the business and management practice. Herzberg's theory fits the observations and explains some aspects of human motivation left unexplained by Maslow. However, these theories have never been formalized on a strictly mathematical basis. The present article gives an outline of a mathematical model of theories of motivation proposed by Abraham Maslow and Frederick Herzberg. This model is built on a basis of special non-continuous functions. This description may be a good basis for HR software and may be useful for business and management.Resumo em Português:
O sinal de que algo está a acontecer contribui para que o paciente reconheça que alguma coisa de estranho se está a passar consigo. Este reconhecimento faz com que o sujeito possa desempenhar uma função activa e seja um elemento colaborante do seu processo de recuperação. Cada doença apresenta, contudo, diferentes sintomas, uma vez que cada doença psiquiátrica consiste em diferentes perturbações com diversos efeitos sobre o funcionamento mental. Desta maneira, o fenómeno do insight que é registado em cada doença é diferente e expressa-se sob diferentes formas, não somente devido às manifestações clínicas da doença mas também devido às características individuais do sujeito.Resumo em Inglês:
The sign that something is happening contribute for the patient recognize something strange is happening with him. Each disease presents, however, different symptoms, once that each psychiatric illness consists in different disorders with several effects under the mental function. Este trabalho constitui uma revisão da construção histórica da psicologia do desenvolvimento até chegar à epistemologia qualitativa, para verificar a relação historicamente constituída entre princípios epistemológicos e orientação metodológica. Discute-se o papel da entrevista narrativa na pesquisa qualitativa do desenvolvimento e apresenta-se um trecho de uma entrevista de pesquisa, a fim de expressar uma linha de análise do desenvolvimento por meio da interpretação de pequenas estórias. A epistemologia qualitativa resgatou a dimensão cultural nas pesquisas psicológicas, valorizando a mediação semiótica na construção do conhecimento e considerando as práticas discursivas como importantes ferramentas de interpretação dos fenômenos subjetivos.Resumo em Inglês:
This paper reviews the historical construction of developmental psychology up to the moment when a qualitative epistemology re-emerged and discusses the historical links between epistemological principles and methodological guidelines. The role of narrative interviews, taking a qualitative approach in human development, is discussed and an excerpt from a research interview is presented to exemplify the analytical possibilities of the method designated as interpretation of small stories. The qualitative epistemology re-introduced culture in psychological research, emphasizing the role of semiotic mediation in knowledge construction processes and acknowledging discursive practices as important tools to interpreting subjective phenomena.Resumo em Português:
A anorexia nervosa (AN) é doença grave de etiologia multifatorial, que envolve predisposição genética, fatores socioculturais, vulnerabilidades biológicas e também psicológicas. Caracteriza-se por séria restrição alimentar auto-imposta, com conseqüências orgânicas e psíquicas graves, e alta taxa de mortalidade. O objetivo deste artigo é descrever um caso de AN, tratado em grupo psicoterápico, heterogêneo, de adolescentes, sem focar no comportamento anoréxico. Analisaram-se as implicações da doença nos aspectos familiar, social, na escolaridade e na sexualidade da paciente. O método terapêutico empregado, em grupo heterogêneo, sem focar no comportamento anoréxico, mostrou-se eficaz tanto na aderência ao tratamento quanto na evolução do caso.Resumo em Inglês:
Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a severe disease of multifactorial etiology, that involves genetic predisposition, sociocultural factors, biological and psychological vulnerabilities. This article aims to analyze the kind of psychotherapeutic treatment used, in heterogenous group, without focusing on the anorexic behaviour through the description of a case of AN. We have also approached the implications of the disease in the social and family aspects, in the education and sexuality of the patient. The kind of psychotherapeutic treatment used, in heterogenous group, without focusing in the anorexic behaviour, proved effective in the adherence to treatment as well as in the evolution of the case.Resumo em Português:
Os autores apresentam uma revisão de alguns pontos de vista com relação à anorexia nervosa. Alinham-se aspectos classificatórios, históricos, clínicos e terapêuticos. Reconhecida como a base para ocorrências místicas na Idade Média, foi entendida como uma apresentação histérica no século XVII, para tornar-se, logo em seguida, objeto das indagações freudianas. Discute-se a anorexia como uma apresentação da estrutura histérica, aqui abordada a partir dos conceitos freudianos sobre histeria, Édipo e feminino, e considerando-se o corpo físico como um mero suporte para articulações simbólicas. The authors present a review of some points regard to anorexia nervosa. Classificatory, historic, clinical and therapeutic aspects are reported. Recognized as the basis for some mystical occurrences at the Middle Ages, it was seen as a hysterical presentation in the seventeenth century, to become object of Freudian questions. It discusses the anorexia as a presentation of the hysterical structure, here boarded from the Freud's concepts on hysteria, Oedipus and femininity, and considering the physical body like a mere support for symbolic articulations. About to Freud, anorexia nervosa is a symptom by which hysterical patient expresses his aversion to sexuality.Resumo em Português:
O artigo aborda algumas passagens da articulação teórica de Lacan sobre o ato analítico e o final de análise, a partir das noções "de-ser do sujeito suposto saber" e "destituição subjetiva", visando a uma abordagem da transferência e do ato, temas essenciais à clínica psicanalítica. A elaboração abrange o período de 1953 a 1968, privilegiando o seminário sobre O ato psicanalítico (LACAN, 1967-1968/s.d.). The article deals with Lacan's theoretical articulation on the analytical act and the end of analysis, starting from the notions "desêtre (fr.) of the subject supposed knowledge" and "subjective destitution", aiming at the approach of psychoanalytical clinical and of its contrivances in Lacan. Comprehends the period from 1953 to 1968, prioritizing the seminar The psychoanalytical act (LACAN, 1967-1968/s.d.). If, in the beginning of the analysis, the analytical act gives support to the subject supposed knowledge, at the end of analysis, the subjective destitution enables the record of the need, requiring a subject that is articulated to the cause of its desire.Resumo em Português:
Partindo de uma análise epistemológica acerca da psicanálise, este estudo teórico pretende abordar o tema sobre a cientificidade da psicanálise e sua conseqüência imediata para a formação de psicanalistas. Este estudo é uma síntese do terceiro capítulo, bem como de parte das considerações finais da dissertação de mestrado intitulada: As aberturas, o meio jogo e os finais nas Recomendações Técnicas de Freud (1911-1915). Foi, portanto, possível apontar que havia uma exigência freudiana da psicanálise como ciência. Assim, o aparecimento de um novo profissional, divorciado do saber médico, era também reivindicado. Deste modo, é aceitável concluir que uma formação inicial em psicologia é necessária, embora não seja suficiente, para a formação de um psicanalista que trabalhe na clínica a partir dos ensinamentos de Freud.Resumo em Inglês:
From an epistemological analysis of psychoanalysis, this theoretical study aims to approach the theme of psychoanalysis' scientificity and its immediate consequence to psychoanalysts' formation. This study is an abstract of the third chapter, as well as parties of the final considerations of the master's dissertation called: The openings, the middlegame and endgame in the Freud's Technical Recommendations (1911-1915): and epistemological analysis. Therefore, it was possible to indicate a Freudian demand for psychoanalysis as a science. Then, the appearance of a new professional, divorced from medical knowledge, was also vindicated. This way, it is acceptable to conclude that an initial formation in psychology is necessary, although not sufficient, to the formation of a psychoanalyst who works with the clinical approach, according to Freud's teachings.Resumo em Português:

O presente artigo pretende discutir a partir de um ponto de vista psicanalítico, em debate interdisciplinar, o excesso de consumo na atualidade e sua possível relação com a adicção. Procura-se abordar aspectos socioculturais que, marcados pelo modo de vida consumista, acabam por influenciar a psicopatologia da época atual, descrita por alguns autores como "pós-modernidade". A partir da concepção psicanalítica das adicções, procura-se analisar a relação que o sujeito estabelece com seu objeto de consumo excessivo e com suas representações deste objeto. This is a theoretical study about a particular theme. This article intends to relate about the excessive consumption in the contemporaneity and a possible relation with the addiction. We do a psychoanalytical and interdisciplinary approach. Social and cultural aspects of the consumer way of life are introduced and how they influence the psychopathology of the current time, described for some authors as "post-modernity". We intend to analyze, from a psychoanalytical conception of addiction, the constructed relation between the subject and the excessive consumption object and respective representations. Esse mal-estar é associado a uma crise de identidade devida ao vacilo das representações, fundadas no contexto edipiano e em uma idealização da função paterna, com as quais o imaginário social define a virilidade. This theoretical study examines the male's unconfortable position in the contemporary world since Freud and Lacan's theory. It is associated with an identity crisis due to the representations, based on the Oedipus context and on an idealization of paternal function, with which the social imaginary defines virility. Discussing the implications of the decline of the father in the formation of masculinity, it shows how changes in the conceptions on the father, thought no more according to a tradition but on his ability to cope with the desire for a woman, have consequences on the construction of a male son position.Resumo em Português:
Este artigo versa sobre uma pesquisa realizada em uma antiga fábrica da área da metalurgia a qual se tornou cooperativa após sua falência. Hoje, esta possui 200 cooperativados, a maioria funcionários da antiga fábrica./ Traçou-se aqui uma problematização da autogestão no cotidiano do empreendimento, dialogando-se sobre as implicações destas práticas na contemporaneidade. Através de um trabalho de campo, em que se compuseram registros com entrevistas e observações, traçamos uma cartografia dos fluxos do local. Percebemos o quanto os instrumentos ordenadores dos corpos e gestos haviam-se flexibilizado, sem que com isso se obtivesse um deslocamento do modus operandi fabril em sua cisão vertical entre gestão e execução. Pudemos compreender a autogestão enquanto "Fenômeno Fronteiriço" entre a lógica do Capital e a do Bem-Estar-Social e questionar seus diferentes pontos de captura e deslocamento entre estes sistemas. Por fim, contextualizamos as práticas e o conceito de autogestão no contemporâneo com suas relações flexíveis.Resumo em Inglês:
This paper discusses a research at an old factory of the metallurgy field that became a cooperative after it has crashed. Questions and problems about self-management are brought to be debated, including its implications. Trough field work we composed registers with interviews and observations and traced cartography of the flows of the cooperative. We perceived that the instruments that ordered bodies and gestures had been made less hard but the way of work of the factory still there. Using this we could understand self-management as a "Boundary Phenomenon" between the capitalist logic and the welfare-state logic, exploring the capturing points and the disjointing points between those systems.Resumo em Português:
Toda instituição é uma ferramenta de socialização criada pelo próprio homem com a função de gerenciar suas relações interpessoais. A instituição normatiza, legaliza, legitimiza os comportamentos do indivíduo em sociedade. Ela também é geradora de estabilidade e segurança nas trocas sociais. Sendo a família uma instituição, ela se apresenta como a primeira instituição com a qual o indivíduo tem contato em sua vida. Entretanto, as mudanças ocorridas na sociedade têm alterado as formas de interação social dentro das famílias, constituindo novos modos de relacionamento entre indivíduo e meio. Every institution is a socialization tool created by man with function of managing your own interpersonal relationships. Institution creates norm, law, legitimacy for individual's behavior in society. It is also generator of stability and security in social exchanges. Considering family like an institution, it presents itself as the first institution with which individual has contact in life. However, changes occurred in the society have altered ways of social interaction inside the families, establishing new ways of relationship between individual and environment in and out of them. O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar os parâmetros psicométricos da versão brasileira reduzida do Inventário de Depressão Infantil - CDI e de sua versão original. Do Estudo 1, participaram 169 escolares da 3ª, 4ª e 5ª série, do ensino fundamental de escola pública. A análise fatorial apontou a presença de cinco fatores que explicavam 49,6% da variância total e obteve-se um Alfa de Cronbach de α=0,73. Do Estudo 2, participaram 157 alunos de 3ª e 4ª série do ensino fundamental de uma escola pública. A análise fatorial exploratória revelou também cinco fatores que explicavam 43,9% da variância total com um Alfa de Cronbach de α=0,80. Todavia, em ambos os estudos, os itens dos fatores ainda não se mostraram ajustados no que se refere à separação dos aspectos cognitivos, afetivos, motivacionais e comportamentais envolvidos no construto depressão infantil, o que deve constituir-se em um desafio para os estudiosos do tema.Resumo em Inglês:
The objective of the present study was to evaluate the psychometrical properties of both the Brazilian reduced version of CDI (Study 1) and the CDI proposed by Kovacs (Study 2). The sample in Study 1 was composed of 169 students of 3rd, 4th and 5th grades of a public school in Campinas. The factor analysis in Study 1 identified five factors explaining 49,6% of the total variance and the Cronbach coefficient was 0,73. In Study 2, 157 students of 3rd and 4th grade of a public school in Campinas took part. Five factors explaining 43,9% of the variance also emerged from the factor analysis of Study 2. The Cronbach coefficient was 0.80. Nonetheless, in both studies, the cognitive, affective, motivational, and behavioral components of the construct child depression were not evinced. This should be a challenge which remains to be addressed by future research.Resumo em Português:
O presente estudo teve como objetivo a análise da produção de artigos relacionada ao construto estresse. Para tanto, procedeu-se a uma busca em bases de dados eletrônicas (SciELO e BVS-Psi), utilizando-se das palavras-chave estresse, estresse laboral, estresse ocupacional e testes psicológicos. Foram identificados 96 artigos, dos quais se analisaram: ano de publicação, sexo do autor, revistas publicadas e instrumentos utilizados. Os resumos em sua grande maioria se referem a revistas de psicologia, entretanto, foram encontrados artigos em revistas de Educação, Medicina, Enfermagem, dentre outras. Os resultados indicaram que a maior parte dos resumos era referente a pesquisas, sendo que o principal tema era o levantamento sintomatológico. Em relação a publicações se observa uma maior concentração em Estudos de Psicologia (Campinas) e Psicologia Reflexão e Crítica. Além disso, nota-se um grande aumento na produção científica a partir do ano de 1999.Resumo em Inglês:
The present study had the objective of analysis the article production related to stress. For this such a way, it was proceeded a search in electronic databases (SciELO and BVS-Psi), using the keywords stress, labor stress, occupational stress and psychological assessments. 96 articles were selected, and were analyzed by the year of publication, sex of the author, theoretical review and the used instruments. The summaries majority was relate to psychology magazines, however, had been found articles in magazines of Education, Medicine, Nursing, amongst others. The results had indicated that most of the summaries were referring to the research, being that the main subject was the symptoms survey. In relation to the publication were found a concentration in Estudos de Psicologia (Campinas) and Psicologia Reflexão e Crítica. Besides that, were noticed a increase in the scientific production above the year of 1999.Resumo em Português:
Este texto problematiza os impasses contemporâneos da produção capitalista e indica uma nova imagem para o trabalho, a partir das reflexões sobre o processo de gestão e sobre as formas de acoplamento de conjuntos de tecnicidade, com sua conseqüente maquínica de subjetivação. Com Simondon, propomos restituir às chamadas tecnologias duras um lugar no pensamento, recriando possibilidades de novas formas de relação homem-máquina. Sexo e sexualidade são temas bastante abordados pela sociedade e suas instituições, desde a mídia até a universidade. Também a escola de ensino fundamental e médio vem sendo apontada como espaço propício para se trabalhar com orientação sexual, considerando inclusive as questões em voga como a gravidez não planejada na adolescência, as relações de gênero, o combate à homofobia e as doenças sexualmente transmissíveis, particularmente a AIDS. O presente trabalho é resultado de uma pesquisa realizada com adolescentes de 14 a 19 anos, estudantes de uma escola pública de ensino médio, tendo como objetivos verificar como pensam e se comportam os jovens frente a questões e atitudes que envolvem sexo e sexualidade. A técnica de coleta de dados foi a redação, em que os sujeitos escreveram sobre idéias, práticas e comportamentos sexuais, sendo que no recorte feito para a apresentação deste artigo, nos prendemos aos relacionamentos afetivos e relações sexuais.Resumo em Inglês:
Sex and sexuality are subjects that have been discussed at great length by society and its institutions, media and university in several ways. The school is requested to deal with this important subject, given the aggravation of some questions involving sex, for example teenage pregnancy, diseases transmitted by sex (mainly AIDS) and questions about gender and homosexuality. The target of this article is the adolescent, who is in bio-psychic-social changes and, sometimes, in emotionally, social and physically disturbed situation. This work is a result of a research carried out with teenager students in the 14 - 19 age range, from a public high school. The general aims of the work were to verify how the students think and behave in situations concerning sex and sexuality. The methodology used was analysis of redactions written by the students where they described their sexual ideas and behaviors, evidencing values, taboos, myths, prejudgments and difficulties.Resumo em Português:
O artigo discute vicissitudes do trabalho de pesquisa e de orientação em pós-graduação numa interlocução com um enfoque genealógico foucaultiano. Realiza uma análise conceitual sobre método em Foucault contraposto à perspectiva cartesiana. Apresenta elementos para um diagnóstico do presente da pesquisa nas áreas de ciências humanas no Brasil, a partir de estudos de outros pesquisadores e de levantamento feito com mestrandos em Psicologia. Realça a importância da discussão metodológica na pesquisa; analisa aspectos táticos e problematizantes dos projetos de pesquisa enviados para agências de fomento; discute parâmetros de avaliação da função e da relevância da pesquisa nessas áreas.Resumo em Inglês:
The paper discusses vicissitudes of research and tutoring in postgraduate programs through a dialogue with foucauldian genealogy. It makes a conceptual analysis about the foucauldian method in contraposition with Descarte's perspective. It presents some elements for a diagnosis of the present of the research in the field of human sciences in Brazil, working with studies of another researchers and a survey with psychology's scholars. It highlights the importance of a methodological discussion in research process; analyzes tactic and problematizing aspects of research projects submitted to funding agencies; discusses assesment parameters of the function and the relevance for researches in this field.Resumo em Português:
Inicialmente, perguntamo-nos se é coerente, ética e doutrinariamente, chamar de técnica a prática psicanalítica? Daí investigamos se há, principalmente nos chamados "artigos técnicos", evidências ou ao menos indícios de que o tratamento criado por Freud esteja fundado em uma ética própria à psicanálise, não sendo possível reduzi-lo ao mero manejo de uma técnica. Sustentado no que foi sua "auto-análise", na teoria e na metodologia daí decorrentes, Freud deu mostras de que, na direção do tratamento, não há condução do sujeito, que o lugar/posição/função do analista não é o de mestre e, acima de tudo, que a psicanálise não deve servir a nenhum ideal do eu ou da cultura. O artigo pretende demonstrar como é possível inferir, do texto freudiano principalmente a partir da leitura feita por Lacan uma ética voltada para o desejo. Por decorrência, este artigo evidencia a consistência da teoria freudiana, nitidamente nas dimensões ética e clínica.Resumo em Inglês:
At the beginning, we ask if it is coherent, ethically and doctrinally, to call the psychoanalysis' practice a technique. Then, we investigate if there are, especially on the so called "technical papers", evidences or at least clues that Freud's treatment is based in a self-ethical psychoanalysis, not being possible to reduce it to the simple handlings of a technique. Based on what was his "auto-analysis", on the following theory and methodology, Freud seemed to show that, in treatment, there is no carriage of the subject, and that the place/position/function of the psychoanalyst isn't the position of a master and, above all, psychoanalysis shouldn't serve no ideals of the proper "self", or either cultural. This paper has the intention to demonstrate how it's possible to infer, in Freud's texts, an ethic about desire. As arising, this paper elucidates Freud's theory firmness, especially in the ethical and clinical dimensions.Resumo em Português:
O tema investigado corresponde à questão da subjetividade em Foucault a partir de uma leitura crítica percorrendo os seus textos na transversal em três deslocamentos de análise. Na arqueologia constata-se a existência do sujeito do enunciado enquanto figura derivada dos jogos de objetivação. Na genealogia surge a noção de indivíduo situado nas relações de poder. Na genealogia da ética emerge o sujeito produzido pelas experiências éticas. Conclui-se que contra o universalismo das teorias do sujeito, essas formas de subjetividade apontam para uma "ontologia histórica de nós mesmos" oportunizando não descobrirmos o que somos, e sim recusarmos o que nos tornamos.Resumo em Inglês:
This investigated corresponds to the question of the subjectivity in Foucault from a critical reading. In archaeology it is evidenced existence of the subject of the enunciation while it appears derived from the objectivization games. In the genealogy, the notion appears of situated individual in the relations of power. In the genealogy of the ethics, the subject produced for the ethical experiences. Concludes that against the universalism of the subject's theories, these forms of subjectivity point with respect to a "historical ontologies of ourselves" letting not to discover what we are, and yes to refuse what in we become them.Resumo em Português:
Este estudo relata resultados de pesquisa realizada entre diplomados do curso de Psicologia da UFF com objetivo de investigar a condição de trabalho destes ex-alunos, a contribuição do curso para a inserção profissional, como avaliam o curso e qual é a imagem que fazem da instituição. Os resultados indicam que a escolha do curso deveu-se mais ao fato de ser uma instituição gratuita e que sua opção pela carreira deveu-se mais a uma decisão pessoal. Consideram que o perfil profissional produzido é bom e tendem a avaliar o curso como "ótimo", com forte ênfase nos aspectos sociais e políticos da profissão. Avaliam os docentes de forma positiva, mas indicam uma relativa insatisfação em relação à metodologia de ensino utilizada. As expectativas iniciais destes diplomados estavam sensivelmente orientadas para o mercado de trabalho e consideram que o curso ajudou em sua carreira profissional. A quase totalidade da amostra está empregada e atua na área.Resumo em Inglês:
It shows results of research lead with graduated in the course of Psychology of UFF objecting to investigate their working condition in that period, the contribution of the course for professional insertion, how they evaluate the course and the image they make of the institution. The results gotten with a sample of 38 respondents who answered the proposed instrument shows that the choice of the course was more because it is a free institution and their option for this career was a personal decision. They consider that the profile of the professional graduated in this institution is good and tend to evaluate the course as "great". They point to a strong emphasis in the social and political aspects of the profession. They evaluate the professors in a positive way, but they indicate some non satisfaction with the methodology of education used. The initial expectations of these graduated were significantly guided for the work market and they consider that the course helped in their professional career. Almost the totality of the sample is employed and works in the Psychology area in a satisfactory way.Resumo em Português:
Este artigo analisa as vicissitudes da captura do objeto literário feita pela cultura e pela crítica especializada. Apontamos que a interpretação e a sistematização são modos reacionários do uso da literatura, ajudando a restringir a liberdade suscitada pela experiência literária. Concluímos que, a cultura institucional unifica e enquadra as obras literárias, o comércio apresenta um papel pasteurizador da transgressão literária e uma parte da crítica literária despotencializa a obra. Mas também deixamos claro que existem modos de crítica que fogem a este caráter despotencializador da obra, fazendo que a obra seja o que ela é: um espaço intenso de experimentação.Resumo em Inglês:
We analyze the capture of the literary object made by culture and by specialized critical. We pointed the interpretation and the systematization is a reactionary way of use of literature, helping to restrict the freedom excited for literary experience. We conclude that, the institutional culture unifies and fits the literary compositions, the commerce presents a pasteurizer role of the literary trespass and a part of literary critique unpowered the workmanship. But we thought that exist many critique ways that run away to this unpowerment character of the workmanship, making that to be what it is: an intense space of experimentation.Resumo em Português:
Dados recentes nos comprovam que as indústrias de lingerie têm apresentado considerável crescimento na cidade de Franca/SP, cuja história sempre se pautou pela indústria do calçado. Devido à crise no setor calçadista, sobretudo em razão da intensificação da concorrência com a indústria dos países asiáticos, muitas grandes fábricas de calçados foram fechadas e, com a dispensa de mão-de-obra, houve um processo de reorganização da estrutura fabril, protagonizado, em especial, por aqueles que buscavam nova inserção no mercado de trabalho. Diante deste quadro nasce uma nova vocação empresarial comandada basicamente por mulheres, e que está abrindo postos de trabalho para outras mulheres - a indústria de lingerie, que vem crescendo notoriamente. Partimos de um pressuposto inicial de que muitas destas mulheres, hoje à frente da incipiente indústria de lingerie, tiveram alguma experiência pregressa nas indústrias calçadistas, que empregam expressiva mão-de-obra feminina, sobretudo nos setores de apara e corte de couro, pintura e embalagem, sem contar os serviços do terceiro setor em que a presença feminina é, em qualquer circunstância, relevante. Já por estarem num ambiente econômico-industrial relacionado à moda, a transposição do calçado para a lingerie, em que pese as diferenças óbvias, representou para estas mulheres um reajuste em suas antigas qualificações como industriárias do calçado. Este estudo, em andamento, tem como fito levantar dados a respeito do histórico dessa incipiente indústria, e, através do relato dessas mulheres, conhecer suas trajetórias de vida e as experiências que trouxeram para essa nova realidade. Intenta também reconhecer quais foram as estratégias utilizadas para se reorganizarem nos espaços produtivos, que, em alguns casos é a própria casa, além de conhecer e identificar outras experiências que se articulam, no mundo do trabalho.Resumo em Inglês:
Recent data show that the female undewear industries in Franca/SP have presented considerable growth in that city which history has always been guided by the footwear industry. Due to the crisis in the footwear sector, especially intensified because of the competition with the industry in Asiatic countries, many major factories of shoes were closed, and with the exemption of labor, there was a process of reorganization of manufacturing structure, played in particular, by those who searched new insertion in the labor market. Facing this framework, a new vocation is born, basically controlled by women and creating jobs for other women - the underwear industry, which is growing sharply. We suppose that many of these women, ahead of today incipient industry of underwear, had some past experience in the shoe industries, which employ significant female workforce, mainly in the sectors of shavings and cutting of leather, painting and packaging, not counting the service of third sector where the presence of women is in any case, significant. We believe it because they are already in an economic-industrial environment related to fashion, so the transposition of the footwear to the underwear manufacturing, in spite of the obvious differences, represented for these women, a readjustment in their old skills used in the footwear industry. This paper ongoing, has the purpose of getting data about the history of this incipient industry, and through the report of these women know their trajectories of life and experiences they have brought to this new reality. It also intends to recognize which were the strategies they used to reorganize themselves in productive spaces, which are, in some cases their homes. In addition, it wants to know and identify other experiences that are articulated in the world of work.
