Nous proposons de présenter dans cet article une partie des résultats de la recherche que nous avons effectuée au sein du Lycée Autogéré de Paris (LAP). Nos observations sont centrées sur le fonctionnement de ce lycée et ses incidences sur le rapport des élèves à l'école et aux disciplines scolaires. Nous avons été amenée à proposer le concept de Travail d'Institutionnalisation (TDI) pour désigner la pratique d'autogestion au LAP qui consiste en un double travail: d'une part, sur les normes internes du lycée et, d'autre part, sur ses rapports aux institutions qui le traversent. We propose to present in this article some results of the research that we conducted in the Autogestioned Lyceum of Paris (LAP). Our observations focus on the functioning of the school and its impact on the relationship between students, school and school subjects. We were led to propose the concept of Institutionalization Work (IW) to refer to the practice of autogestion at the LAP which is a double task: on the one hand concerning the internal norms of the school and on the other hand concerning its relationship to institutions that flow through it. Deleuze's contributions reveal new dimensions in modernist literature. For many Modernist writers, what conscience can capture is less relevant than what affects the body; this conviction gives birth to the multiplication of characters difficult to classify. The essay's first section explores the relationships between "event" and "character"; the second one traces Nietzsche's reflections on Zarathustra; the third section is devoted to the notion of original character in Melville; the fourth section presents some of Lawrence's ideas about characters as governed by impersonal forces; and the last section focuses on Virginia Woolf's views of the absent character.Resumo em Inglês:
Spatial discontinuations, as those found in cities and buildings, are everyday events. But, how do we encode and classify such misalignments? This is the topic of this paper. Twenty participants were asked to classify a total of 51 icons showing an upward-moving line being misaligned to the right, left and straight down. The results show that subjects were very sensitive to slight discontinuations occurring to vertical lines and that there was not exact symmetry between the left and right axis, meaning that the pieces slightly misaligned to the left were encoded differently than those misaligned to the rightResumo em Português:
Este artigo destina-se ao estudo das análises que o filósofo Maurice Merleau-Ponty dedica ao tema da linguagem no livro Fenomenologia da percepção. O filósofo parte da discussão de pesquisas relativas à psicopatologia da linguagem. Nelas, afirma-se que os doentes estariam limitados a uma atitude concreta e, portanto, impedidos de efetuar as formas do comportamento simbólico. Merleau-Ponty adota uma postura crítica em relação à inspiração intelectualista que perpassa essa caracterização e estende suas críticas à psicologia genética de Piaget. This paper aims to study the philosopher Maurice Merleau-Ponty's analyses of the language theme in the book Phenomenology of perception. The philosopher departs from the discussion of research related to the psychopathology of language. In those studies, it is affirmed that ill people are limited to a concrete attitude and, therefore, impeded from putting in practice forms of symbolic behavior. Merleau-Ponty adopts a critical attitude towards the intellectualist inspiration that permeates this characterization and extends his criticism to Piaget's genetic psychology. It is with the records of gestures that the philosopher links language, emphasizing its intentional nature.Resumo em Português:
Foram analisadas as representações sociais de estudantes universitários sobre o sistema de reserva de vagas com base em critérios raciais e sociais nas universidades. Participaram sete estudantes, de ambos os sexos, com idades entre 19 e 49 anos, sendo dois beneficiados pelas cotas. Utilizou-se a técnica de grupo focal, tendo como pergunta inicial "O que vocês pensam sobre o sistema de cotas na universidade?", e um questionário para dados socioeconômicos. Os dados foram analisados através análise de conteúdo temática, não quantitativa. Os resultados indicam um discurso contraditório e ambivalente (contrário, favorável e em alguns momentos ambivalentes), por outro lado, no que se refere ao convívio com estudantes cotistas houve uma tendência em concebê-los de forma estereotipada, portanto, homogênea. Espera-se que este estudo contribua para melhor compreensão do fenômeno e possibilite novas pesquisas e reflexões sobre as representações sociais da política de cotas.Resumo em Inglês:
The study had as objective to know the social representations of university students on the system of reserving space based on racial and social criteria in the university. Seven students participated from diverse fields of study at UFBA, of both sexes, with age group ranging from 19 to 49 years of age, where two of them benefited from quotas. The focus group technique was used having the initial question "What do you think about the university quota system?", and a questionnaire for socioeconomic data. The data was transcribed and a non-quantitative, thematic content analysis was made. The results indicate a contradictory and ambivalent discourse (contrary, favorable and at times ambivalent), on the other hand, as for living together with quota students there was a tendency to perceive them as stereotyped, and therefore, homogenous. Hopefully, this study will contribute toward a better understanding of the phenomenon and make possible new studies and reflections about the social representations of quota politics.Resumo em Português:
As vivências da mulher com a própria mãe e as representações sobre ela podem repercutir no exercício da maternidade e na construção da identidade materna. Este trabalho analisou as representações de mães adolescentes sobre suas mães e os aspectos intergeracionais presentes na relação com o bebê, segundo a perspectiva psicanalítica. Três mães adolescentes primíparas, com bebês de três a seis meses de idade, preencheram uma Ficha de Dados Sociodemográficos, responderam a Entrevista R e foram observadas durante a amamentação do bebê. Foi realizada ainda uma entrevista com as mães dessas adolescentes. Os achados demonstraram a influência do modelo materno na relação estabelecida pelas adolescentes com seus bebês. Foram encontradas tanto identificações construtivas como alienantes na relação das adolescentes com as próprias mães. Esses resultados apontam para a importância da investigação dos aspectos intergeracionais das representações destas jovens para a compreensão do exercício do papel materno.Resumo em Inglês:
The woman experiences with her own mother and the representations about her can affect the exercise of motherhood and the construction of maternal identity. This study examined the teenage mothers' representations about their mothers and intergenerational aspects in the mother-baby relationship, according to a psychoanalytic perspective. Three primiparous adolescent mothers, which term babies were three to six months old, took part in the study. Interviews comprising sociodemographic data and Interview R, as well an observation in a breastfeeding situation. An interview with the adolescent's mother was performed too. Results showed the influence of adolescents' maternal model on the mother-baby relationship. Both constructive as well alienated identifications were found in the adolescents relationships with their own mothers. These results indicated the importance of investigating intergenerational aspects of adolescents' representations in order to understand their maternal role accomplishment.Resumo em Português:
O artigo discute as noções de raça, racialismo e racismo para produzir uma reflexão sobre alguns dados concretos sobre a desigualdade racial no Brasil, mostrando que tal dimensão não pode ser reduzida somente à pobreza. Partindo do referencial da produção de subjetividade e da concepção de biopoder de Foucault, são examinados alguns estudos que tratam do racismo operando seus efeitos no acesso à saúde e educação. Este trabalho também visa empreender uma breve revisão da literatura sobre o tema nas pesquisas e estudos no campo da psicologia.Resumo em Inglês:
The article discusses the notions of race, racialism and racism in order to reflect upon some of the concrete date on the issue of social inequality in Brazil, showing that such dimension cannot be reduced to poverty. From the referential of the production of subjectivity and the concept of biopower in Foucault's works, some studies that analyze the issue of racism and how it operates concerning the acess to health and education will be examined. Afirma-se a filosofia como atividade produtiva no contexto capitalista, o que implica a militância do filósofo. Esta luta se faz pela análise da atividade filosófica, como meio de interferência nos processos de produção social, acompanhada pela clínica do trabalho filosófico, como desvio desenvolvido a partir das rupturas analíticas. Discute-se a composição do coletivo de trabalho e a sustentação do gênero de atividade em filosofia por Deleuze. A intercessão com a atividade docente se coloca como crucial. Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995) is approached as worker philosopher, a builder of concepts. Philosophy is defined as a productive activity in the capitalist context, which implies the militancy of the philosopher. This struggle takes place by analyzing the philosophical activity as a means of interference in production processes followed by the clinic of philosophical work, a departure developed out of the analytic ruptures. It discusses the composition of the collective of work and the maintenance of the genre of activity in philosophy by Deleuze. The intercession with the teaching activity appears crucial. Specific situations addressed by Deleuze in his philosophy are treated: drugs, literature, madness.Resumo em Português:
O artigo visa refletir sobre a experiência do efetivo policial permanente em dois conjuntos de comunidades cariocas, inserido no escopo das Unidades de Polícia Pacificadora (UPP). Foram realizados dois estudos exploratórios, em agosto e dezembro de 2010. Na esteira do conceito foucaultiano de biopoder, discute-se a UPP como rede de relações de poder que a compõe e a legitima, pensando-se o local em que se instala, a política de Estado a que responde, os atores com que opera e as produções históricas das relações entre Estado e territórios populares. O campo de análise constitui-se, assim, nas práticas e saberes localizados no cotidiano e nos efeitos produzidos com a presença do policial na paisagem da favela. Se novas regras são trazidas com as UPPs, novas identificações são mobilizadas e as modulações de conjunto abrem lacunas, o governo de si não se produz sozinho, mas combina-se com diversidades na gestão da vida.Resumo em Inglês:
The article aims to reflect on the experience of police standing on two sets of communities in Rio, included in the context of Pacification Police Units (UPP). Two exploratory studies were conducted in August and December 2010. In Foucault concept of biopower, we discuss the UPP as a network of power relations that compose it legitimizes and, thinking the place where it is installed, the state policy that responds to the actors with which it operates and historical production of the relations between state and popular territories. The analysis consists, therefore, knowledge and practices in daily life and localized effects in the presence of police in the landscape of the slum. If new rules are brought to the UPP, new identifications are mobilized and the modulations of all open gaps, the government itself cannot occur alone but is combined with differences in the management of life.Resumo em Português:
Envolta em um mundo de beleza, riqueza e aventura, a boneca Barbie está imersa em uma pedagogia cultural, com o intuito de ensinar a supremacia de um tipo de corpo, etnia e comportamento. Este artigo tem como objetivo discutir as representações da boneca Barbie na cultura lúdica e o modo como tem afetado a construção das identidades infantis, especialmente em relação à identidade de gênero e à diversidade cultural. Analisa-se o que estudos específicos têm revelado sobre as representações culturais da boneca. Para tanto, foram tomados como referencial os Estudos Culturais, tendo como marco teórico a abordagem Pós-Estruturalista de análise, tratando a boneca como um artefato cultural. Shrouded in a world of beauty, wealth and adventure, the Barbie doll is immersed in a cultural pedagogy, with the intent to teach the supremacy of a body type, ethnicity and behavior. This article aims to discuss the representations of the Barbie doll in ludic culture and how it has affected the construction of children's identities, especially in relation to gender identity and to cultural diversity. It analyzes what specific studies have revealed about the cultural representations of the doll. For such, cultural studies were taken as referential, using as theoretical framework the post-structuralism analysis approach, treating the doll as a cultural artifact. We highlight their effects produced in the media and in the discourse of childhood configuration.Resumo em Português:
A objetivação do ser humano, que segue os ideais de precisão das ciências físico-matemáticas, bem como a sua identificação com o fato biológico, orienta o projeto de ciência da psicologia, desde o século XIX. Michel Foucault aponta esta questão como um paradoxo. A redução do ser humano a objeto dado se mostra contrária às considerações de Martin Heidegger ao tratar do problema do Ser. Portanto, partindo das observações desses dois autores, será realizada uma crítica ao modelo positivista de cientificidade adotado no desenvolvimento da ciência psicológica moderna e, para, por fim, problematizar a ética que se supõe necessária nesta questão.Resumo em Inglês:
The objectification of the human being in its psychological feature according to the ideals of accuracy of the physical-mathematical science, as well as its identification with the biological fact, guides the project of psychological science like a positive discipline since the nineteeth century. Michel Foucault pointed this question that a paradox. The reduction of the human being into an object of reveals itself to be contrary to the considerations of Martin Heidegger over the issue of the Being. O objetivo deste texto é fazer uma resenha do livro intitulado Pesquisar na Diferença, uma publicação coletiva, inspirada pelo Abecedário de Gilles Deleuze. O livro é composto por verbetes, cada um dos quais ligados a uma ação que se faz presente no pesquisar, tal como é entendido pelo grupo de pesquisadores que compõe o volume. Observar, desejar, escrever, afetar, tatear são alguns dos verbetes presentes neste livro. Os autores que se reúnem nesta publicação definem a pesquisa como uma ação encarnada e situada, como uma prática de composição de mundo e que por isso mesmo, é eminentemente política. O presente trabalho pretende colocar em análise o percurso metodológico construído por psicólogos-extensionistas em uma experiência de assessoria com educadores responsáveis por um projeto de educação popular. Tendo o método como objeto de reflexão, buscamos, nas noções de diálogo (Paulo Freire) e de experiência (Walter Benjamin), retomar alguns fragmentos de memórias para pensar o lugar que ocupávamos nesse projeto. Repensar a nossa assessoria por este prisma nos permite refletir sobre as formas de fazer extensão e pesquisa nos campos da psicologia e da educação, entendidos estes como os lugares dos experts que aplicam seu conhecimento para transformar uma determinada realidade.Resumo em Inglês:
The present work seeks to examine the methodological procedure built by extensionist psychologists in a consultancy experience with educators in charge of a popular education project. When we take the method as an object of reflection, we seek, based on the notions of dialog (Paulo Freire) and experience (Walter Benjamin), to employ some fragments of memories to reflect upon the role we played in this project. To reflect on our consultancy from this perspective enables up to reflect upon the forms of carrying out extension and research work in the fields of psychology and education, understood as the places of experts applying their knowledge to change a particular reality.
