Abstract
This article is part of a series of studies and researches entitled “Biographical Profile of João Guimarães Rosa (1908-1967)”, a project developed by the Siruiz Group - Studies on Communication and Literary Production (CNPq / UnB), and focuses on the writer’s relationship with the press, analyzing his connections with reporters, editors and media outlet’s owners, in addition to his aversion to interviews, between the years of 1947 and 1967. The focus here is his presence and appearances in the media and the writer’s close association with the press in his time.
