This article is a cartography of a meeting of the employees of the healthcare services network, graduate and post-graduate students and professors, at a seminar at EERP-USP, at which the PSF Family Health Program was discussed, as well as the challenge posed by inclusive and solidary health practices. It is a group production recorded in a log in which affections and perceptions were recorded during the course of the seminar and then analyzed from the perspective of change and changing the style of action, as well as of the healthcare practice agents themselves.
