The study object was the product arrangement "Terra's Baked Pantanal as well as the ties between members, enabling governance and collective performance, reverting to local development. There were relations of the actors, highlighting the role of social networks and support bodies. The arrangement has articulated and mobilized actors members, enabling the emergence of social capital, seeing in this way governance.
